The lady taking the orders is very rude. I just had one order and she starts sighing and tapping her pen like I’m an inconvenience with an annoying look on her face. What happened to great customer service? I wasn’t being rude at all so I just canceled my order and left. When I walked away she spoke in Spanish like I couldn’t understand her smart remarks. This isn’t the first time she did this either. No thank you! So we went up the street to a different taco truck who had great service!

*Ordered through Ubereats. I was so impressed with this place! I would highly recommend it to others! I tried the mulitas and sopes and would absolutely get them both again! I think the mulitas was my favorite thing overall! I steak Street tacos were excellent. Rice and beans were on point, and the beans were extra flavorful and done well. My friend had the steak burrito and Cuban torta and reported that both were excellent! We will be back again for sure!

Been going here for years, love it. However, today I ordered 2 regular steak burritos. I was given 2 burritos with cheese, and I'm lactose intolerant. Won't be going back to the downtown location again.

Asada and carnitas tacos were awesome. Paired them up with some cider from next door. Just what the doctor ordered!

We just love these guys!!! After going for a long time we finally now just share one burrito between the two of us. They are freaking huge so it's either share or eat it for 2 days by myself. I can honestly say we have never got a meal from here that we didn't absolutely love. Honestly, this place has ruined brick and mortar Mexican restaurants in Olympia for us 🤣.

Awesome place! I'm from Southern California, so I was not expecting much, but I was so wrong. This place has the street tacos that I know and love from my town. It is slightly limited, but has the basics plus more types, I am spoiled and wanted Cabeza, which they didn't have, but the Lengua (tongue) was fantastic, as good or maybe even better than what I usually get. They also have bottled drinks available submerged in ice. So cold and good! This is a food truck situated in a little kind of lot area with 3 other food trucks. There are benches to sit at if you want. Very cool; I liked that feeling of the place and area. My worker guy (possibly owner) was very nice and spoke Spanish with me cuz I wanted to, but his English was perfect. My sister and I got 4 tacos and too drinks and the total was about $12. Just right.

I spent a long solid year considering this review and finally I just think it’s worth saying. I used to get 4 tacos plus a lot of beans and rice at this truck for $12 or less. I pay $20 now and get way less for it. During the pandemic they raised their prices to “compensate for the economy”. I noticed speaking with the staff and visiting lots of taco trucks in the area that they own 5 trucks in this area. During the same they were jacking up prices they managed to throw a fresh new paint job on all 5 trucks they have. The prices have since not gone down and in fact continue to go up. Beans and rice are cheap and easy. There shouldn’t be such an incredible decline in service and quality while also a price hike. I’m done eating here. I think I’ll make the same $20 meal at home for half the price.

My favorite taco truck in Olympia by a lot. They never scoff at my asking for extra cilantro or jalepenos inside my burrito and the food is delicious. I will always make the drive downtown to get a burrito here rather than from any of the spots closer to my house because its so much better and the folks working in the truck are friendly and efficient.

I really love this place. It reminds me of home in Salinas and the folks are lovely. But the last 2 times I've gone to the Westside truck, there's a lady who's very rude for literally no reason at all and I've noticed shes over charged me 5 or 7 bucks extra for my food. I know this because I get the same 3 things from any of their trucks, the prices don't match what she charges me on the menu, plus tax, my receipt is crumpled before i can ask for it so i never get it and the truck downtown doesn't charge nearly as much. I wish someone would look into this cause obviously that is not okay. I haven't eaten there sense.

Best veggie burrito in town. The problem is I ordered chicken. But 3 bites of chicken really? 15 bucks for a veggie burrito. that was supposed to be chicken. These rip off pukes should be ashamed of themselves

Little overpriced. I asked for spicy salsa to go, and it was sweeter than spicy. Also got charged for a side or rice, and when I got home, they forgot to put the rice in my order

The food was tasty. Our pork quesadilla was super greasy. And the quesa birria that I ordered was an actual quesadilla rather than the cheesy birria tacos with dipping broth that everyone knows and loves. Descriptions on the online menu would be nice for people placing to go orders online

This place is amazing, the food is so good the comes out of the truck. I ordered a giant pulled pork burrito, when she called my name and I picked up my bag, it was heavy. The burrito was so amazing, great flavor and the salsa was on point. I eat here all the time. So I will be back really soon.

I've tried their tacos and one of their big quesadillas. All very enjoyable! I will say the quesadilla was quite oily, but I didn't mind it. The flavors on everything were really sharp. Also, the staff was very nice and the food came out pretty quickly.

Weak. No flavor on the carne asada. I grew up in Arizona and am used to delicious street tacos. These tasted like they had not been marinated and had no seasoning at all. Dry, whole having no char at all. A little bit of crispy and burnt ends is what makes carne asada so special. And the meat chunks were WAY too big. Made for a really disgusting taco. Maybe try marinating your carne in orange juice and coca cola like we do in Arizona. Cut your meat into tiny cubes and turn the temp on your grill up. Maybe don't cook your meat the night before and let it sit overnight. So many things done wrong

The steak street tacos were excellent. The rice and beans were perfect, too. If you want to grab a drink, I tried the mango bottled drink and it was awesome with the tacos. I'll definitely go back the next time I'm in Olympia.

These trucks are great. Had the al pastor this time. Great flavor. Never had a bad meal.

This is one of the most consistent places to eat downtown. The people that Staff it are kind and generous. Pricing has changed for inflation but totally worth it.

They have a lot of variety and the flavor is pretty good and is clearly made with quality ingredients. The only thing is that everything seemed to be slightly lacking in flavor. Maybe it needed a bit more salt. I got the flautas, pork tacos, and the cheesy birria taco. The flautas were thicc, and they had nice slices of avocado on top. I was very pleased with them, but they needed a bit more flavor. There was only one man on the cooktop, so the food took forever to come out. By the time I got my food, the rest of my group was almost done eating. Overall, it was good food that needs just a bit more something to be over the top.

I was disappointed that They we're out of propane henceforth couldn't supply what I wanted to eat . don't have a business if you don't have what it takes to run it

Definitely a gut bomb, I didn't feel too good for a couple days. May have just been the improper food combination in the burrito as I typically eat healthier than this, but either way, if you order one of their meat burritos you may want to prep for some downtime! The rice definitely seemed old though-if it wasn't leftover and made same day it was maybe undercooked or something, not sure about the other ingredients. Probably won't be back. If I try it again I'll be getting some tacos or something lighter, and hopefully won't experience the digestive issues.
