    Waited in line for over 40mins got my order ,so happy I have my order and got home. Unwrapped the 2 french dip and the 2 fish and 1 Rueben. The Rueben was so soggy the bread was falling apart all the way through! small lump of corned beef and half a piece of swiss cheese !! THe fish burgers were the same soggy and that was without the lettuce and tomato! Dared to open the 2 French Dips (MY usual favorite) Ha! Bread was ok meat was circa half as much as before, and yes a half a slice of swiss cheese on each one. Called the place on Harrison and explained the problems, asked if they could deliver a reorder since this one was uneatable. Apparently they had no delivery drivers even though the web says the do deliver and they use "Doordash". It was suggested I come back to the store and pick up a new order. Screem! I already waited 40mins in drive through line, wondering If I would run out of gas before I finally got to the window. Can't say how disappointed and disgusted I am at the moment and I will think hard and fast about trying this arbys again since this is not the first order problem from there. O.K. wait for it, I got ALL this for only $33 ! P.S. I did feel sorry for the young man who did seem new, he tried very hard to be calm and helpful . GRRRR!

    8PM last night...entire restaurant including the drive-thru was closed. Arby's needs to crack down on franchises like this one that are still using the pandemic as an excuse to close way early and keep dining rooms closed. Sign out front said "drive thru only"

    Ordered a beef and CHEDDAR... this is what I got. Won't be eating here again- I'll go to McDonald's or Wendys- both across the street.

    My family and I went there for dinner around 6 pm on a Sunday and were completely ignored by the employees. No one would take our order through the drive through. Furthermore, the employees also turned their backs towards us at the window and blatantly ignored us. The customer service was horrible and we weren’t even able to get any food. I would not recommend going to this Arbys. There are definitely better options to eat out in Olympia.

    This place is horrible. Lobby is never open and drive through takes 30 min. (3rd time this month)The person at the window heard me on the phone with Door Dash support letting them know I was stuck in a drive through line and suggesting to them this store should not take Door Dash orders. When I finally got to the window to pick up the food she said “Do you have a problem?!” Then proceeded to yell at me and tell me “we only have 6 employees working!” I told her I wasn’t even going to say anything, she’s the one that came at me! Unbelievable. Not my problem anymore though since I will never go back.

    Great service, great food. Ask for sauces and utensils! Mozzarella sticks were so crispy. **If you order by way of doordash a lot of times they'll forget the sauce but the food is still good it comes hot if you have a good.

    I love arbys but my great grandma could cook faster then these guys. Waited 45 mins in the drive up line (INSIDE is STILL CLOSED) They spilled a drink on me … whatever. But they really tried telling me I was wrong about my order they was trying to rush me through drive-thru w/o my $5.09 sandwich. Nope I’m not waiting almost an hour for an incorrect order not today s@t3n

    Get security cameras for the store! You have vandalized 3 or more times, including a repeat offense on the drive-thru window! I would feel safer going there if you had cameras! Besides that, I love your French Dip❣️❤️

    Was going to give 1 star after a previous visit...online says closes at 10pm... I got there before 9pm, and they said they were closing and were not serving roast beef...isn't that what you mainly sell? I asked why, and he told his other crew member that I kept cutting him off... I simply asked what was part of the 2 for $7... Kid was rude. The next day went during lunch, and the lady was awesome and sweet, and the food was good. So she earned another star. Go during the day much nicer atmosphere.

    Always Awesome... Every time pretty much... The only bad thing I can say is that unfortunately it is a little pricey and only can afford to eat once or twice a month unless I have coupons or they have some good deals in the app which is definitely worth it to download

    Went here the week of Dec 4th drive through had one car in front of me, took 10 minutes to get the order and move that car, then I get up there and no one answers, I wait 5 minutes and say is anyone there; a male voice says wait a minute, I wait another 5 or more and a car pulls in behind me. After 15 minutes I just pulled out of line and left. Not sure what was going on but the service was non existent and I will never go back.

    Went to the Arby's on Harrison tonight around 6:15 went through the drive thru and it took me 40 min to get through the short line. When I pulled to the window finally it looked like the employees were in the middle of a fight and they weren't even sure the right food was in my bag. I've had bad experience with this store before when it comes to the wait but had I not been stuck between other cars I would have drove off.

    Very slow! Their drive through is soooo slow. Not coming back. The owner should stand outside around noon time sometime and count the dozens of cars that pull in and then drive off after seeing the drive through line. 38 mins to get up to the order speaker is far too long. Makes me wonder how they can afford to stay open with their inside dining closed, and seem to only have the capacity process literally 6 customers in 40mins!?

    Went through the drive-thru. Took them forever to get food and then they didn't give me the cheese I ordered. So I had to order cheese again and it took them forever to get it. Cheese. The easiest thing for then to make. All they do is pour it. Tried my food and it was terrible. It tasted bad. Freezer burned cheese? Why would you even freeze cheese? Little shreds of meat as opposed to slices at other Arbys. Even the french fries were horrible mushy fries.

    Wait at the drive through for 20 minutes, while the manager is outside smoking, go around to the window to ask if the restaurant is open inside bc the doors are boarded and there's fences around the building, as I walk in the manger goes in before me and doesn't hold the door so it slams in my face, I asked what's going on people are waiting in the drive thru for about 20 minutes he says "yeah, well there's only like 3 of us" while shrugging at me. So he reluctantly asks me what I want, I start to order and the drive through guy says "dont tell me you're going to order like 10 things bc we can't do that right now." I was like "wow. You guys are being so rude right now." He says "I was just joking." He was clearly stressed, not joking. Worst way to handle a customer. Telling them they aren't allowed to order a lot. I was going to order one thing. Seriously horrible, I'm reporting them to corporate. Never been treated so poorly.

    Stopped for a quick sandwich on a road trip. Drive-through only. Dried up, way overcooked roast beef. Worst food we've gotten at a drive-through ever. Arby's appears to be failing everywhere we were on the west side of Washington. Closed, dilapidated...never again on the west side. Spokane Arby's are well taken care of & the food is as it's been for decades here!

    This Arby's is habitually the slowest Arby's in the Olympia area. I have waited over 30 minutes, seriously 30 minutes in the drive-thru. I've waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru at other times and said screw it and jumped out of line in the drive-thru. I just went there again today because I saw that there was only one car in the drive-thru and it still took 25 minutes and I'm pretty sure the gentleman that took my order was high. He didn't know what the names of the sandwiches were. I had to repeat the name of the meal order 4 times. He took 5 minutes to repeat back one sandwich order. I had to say Coke three times. There was a long pause, like full 3 mins. I had to ask if he got everything. When I got up to the window the order was wrong anyways. For more than $12 you should get a full meal. Nope. Just a small sandwich overloaded with sauce and no fries. The manager gave me some "free" fries as I noticed there were none in the bag as she handed it to me. The guy looked baked out of his mind and just stood next to the broken milkshake machine as the manager worked. 3/23/23 4:50p

    Customer service was absolutely terrible to start. Had we not had someone behind us, we would have found somewhere else just based on that. Unfortunately we went ahead and got our lunch, I was disgusted with the lack of care and the way everything was just thrown together. I had so much mayonnaise ( which my sandwich wasn’t supposed to come with) that it was all over both sides of the outside of the bun as well and so much on the inside, my chicken was drowning. We generally dont eat out at fast food and Arby’s is usually a treat for us, this was a sad, messy , disappointment. I get bad days but the heavy sighs without us changing a single thing on our order seemed a bit over the top, and dramatic as a guest.

    The meat is completely shredded to pieces and parts are burnt. Completely uneditable. I have had many bad experiences here with customer service and long lines. Will never be returning to this location.

    They had limited staff (like everywhere these days) and we waited quite awhile BUT kudos to the crew for the delicious food! Mozz sticks were crunchy and still hot when we got home and sandwiches were tasty. Great job folks!

    I'm becoming less and less of a fast food fan since covid hit. I usually only do drive thru around paydays, but after the stop at Arby's this week, I will probably pass next time. I live literally right around the corner from this location, and barely five minutes after getting the bag of food,it was barely warm... and you know how french fries get after they've cooled down, where the texture is different? Yeah, that was my experience... Kind of a waste of twelve bucks.

    Was the WORST classic beef and Mac & cheese.. I ordered classic beef with cheese, didn't get the cheese and it was COLD, THE MAC & cheese tasted like fish.. the kid at the window was nice. But I will never go back and I hope we don't get sick!!

    Went once, and it was closed, when they were suppose to be open, read some reviews to see if there was any answer, then I called, turned out they had some employee troubles. After reading a handful of bad reviews, I decided to go later that day. About 7 cars in front me, and I got through within 10 min. My food was hot, service was nice too. So IDK what everyone else is talking about. Maybe went at a more busy time. But I would not give them any less stars.

    Drive thru is the only thing open. Long lines, limited hours due to staffing shortages. But staff are friendly. Treat people kindly and it's amazing how far it goes. Love the new country rib sandwich. Best Arby's sandwich ever. Miss the potato cakes.

    Dining room has been close since COVID even though regulations have lifted months ago. Drive through is always backed up and wrapped around the parking lot and many people bail before they get to the ordering menu (lots of lost revenue). Food is sometimes hot and order is accurate about 75% of the time. I really enjoyed having my lunch in their dining room back in the day. Now, I can't risk waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru line. Not sure what happened, but how they turn things around.

    On 12/12/23 5pm Portland restaurant go through drive-thru all lights are on including drive-thru if person comes across tells me that they are closed for 30 minutes due to they needed a break. I asked if that was a joke they said no and as I was pulling out of the parking lot I could see the workers outside smoking cigarettes. Give me to tell me that the entire store shuts down at 5:00 at rush hour to take a smoke break the entire crew. Welcome to biden's economy
