    This McDonald’s does not background check employees, and employees many underage workers. The manager Brenda routinely pressures employees to work in unsafe conditions, and creates a toxic work environment. The manager Brenda often does not give customers receipts, because she gives employees the receipts to fill out the customer surveys. This is because she gets a bonus if there is a certain amount of positive reviews, so rather than increasing customer experience, she withholds receipts and had employees fill them out on the clock in exchange for free food. I hope the owners of this franchise bring in new management, who cares about the employees and customer experience rather than her own financial gains.

    Horrible service, literally took 15 people standing in the lobby before the staff decided to come from the back and acknowledge the customers. Even after coming to the front not once did the employee ask if there is anything she can do to assist anyone. The only question asked was “does anyone need to pay at the register”, but before anyone can say yes or no she quickly walked away. Based off of the signs posted this location doesn’t have front counter staff only kitchen staff. We counted at least 6 employees in the back and not one of them were actually working. All we heard was personal conversations and laughter as if everyone was on break. Once we arrived at home we noticed all the burgers were literally just buns and patties, not a single condiment or pickle was even added. The kids sticker packs had already been opened and used which sucked because my kids wanted to use them themselves. I do not recommend this location, they seem to always have an issue with poor quality employees. If you need McDonalds for any reason I highly recommend just driving another 2 miles and use the one in the Haggens parking lot. Don’t waste your money at the Harrison Ave location.

    They only got one star for service because I'm not allowed to give 0. Curbside pick up order for a large iced tea and a medium fry. I waited in my car for 15 minutes before I went inside to find nothing was ready and no one had a clue. There is no point in complaining to the franchise owner, Kim Presto, because she's a horrible human who treats her employees horribly (which is probably why they don't care.) Picture of my iced water... errr tea.

    This particular location charges for everything including if you want extra anything on your burger. That is all fine if they would actually instruct employees to make sure if someone orders extra xyz it actually has it. I would call 5 small pieces of dehydrated onions per burger "extra" and certainly isn't worth the cost. It seems this location is okay with ripping off their customers. I have no issues paying for it as long as what I paid for is actually given. Otherwise it is essentially stealing money from their customers. I've attached pictures so everyone can be amazed by the extra onions 😂 both my burgers looked like this.

    NEWEST REVIEW- 2/7/2022 I ordered the newest menu hack surf plus turf with a large fries and a sprite via grubhub. I only received two seperate burgers ( it's supposed to come as one burger ) , no drink, no fries, and none of my instructions followed. EVERY SINGLE TIME I ORDER FROM THIS MCDONALDS VIA GRUBHUB IT NEVER GOES RIGHT. Not only that but my grubhub driver is always texting me saying that y'all didn't know there was an order so they'll have to wait.. so what I think it is, is , y'all are not receiving grubhub orders so when drivers arrive there, y'all rush the order and end up forgetting items.. if that's the case, do not accept grubhub orders or simply FIX THE SYSTEM. ------------------- old review- DELIVERY DRIVERS SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WAIT IN THE DRIVE THROUGH!!! LET.THEM.IN. ORRRRR HAND THEM THE FOOD THROUGH THE DOOR!!!!!!! Nobody has time to be waiting in those long lines for customers food that already ordered way before all the cars in the drive thru!! stop being ignorant and get hip to the times!! Seattle drivers pick up at the window for mcdonalds.. why is it any different at this location? 🙄

    Went through the Harrison McDonald's drive-thru this morning. Before ordering, I asked if they had apple and blueberry pies. The answer was yes. I ordered three apple and one blueberry. I paid for my order, got to the second window where I'm told they only had one apple and two blueberry. I was asked if I'd like something else or a refund. I didn't want either but settled for the pies they had and a chocolate chip cookie. One chocolate chip cookie does not compare to an apple pie. Nor should an apple pie look like this (pic attached). C'mon McDonald's, get it together!

    Horrible service, if you want your food quickly do not go here. The one time I go in for breakfast as a dine-in before work and I waited 14 min before I just walked out before I was late for work. I understand that drive-thru stats are important but you can't neglect your other customers. Absolutely ridiculous, will be coming back to get refund although I doubt I will get it even though I didn't get food.

    It took me over half an hour for me to figure out that the cashier took my order to the wrong table. They had brought it up to the counter to complain, so I was left wondering what happened. Me, and these ladies were standing at the counter for another 15 minutes before I finally lost my patience. The cashier refused to apologized, and seemed very cold and unprofessional. I asked for a refund, and he refused to look at my receipt.I do not see the money returned to my bank account after he had supposedly did it. I want my $17.25 back.

    The absolute worst McDonald's I've EVER been to. The workers are rude and they are sneaky with stuff. I've gone there a few times to give them another chance but once they gave us only 1 fry when we paid for 2, went back to get the second one and the lady (manager) was extremely rude to us because THEY forgot our fries we paid for, then gave us one that was stone cold, then we said it was cold and she said we are lying and wouldn't refund us or give us hot fries that we paid for. And ANOTHER time we bought two burgers and two fries and they gave us ONLY 1 burger and cold fries, they wouldn't give us warm fries and gave us the burger THEY didn't give us and it was cold. Then recently there was a deal for a free medium fry if you buy a certain burger and we bought 2 of those burgers which means we get 2 free medium fries and luckily we noticed but they charged us an extra $10 for the fries and we noticed right after we were handed our receipt. who knows how many people they steal money from. The lady was very rude to us, as they were giving us the money back for the fries that are advertised for FREE. Then we pulled forward to grab our food and the fries we stone cold AGAIN, and we were told it's because they had to wait. Well duh you had to wait because YOU messed up our order and wrongly charged us $10. So you guys sneekly charge us for something you shouldn't had, then we bring it up and you give us cold burgers cold fries and no straws for our slushies. what is wrong with this McDonald's? seriously this is the worst one I've ever been to and the staff is very rude. It was the same manager that was snarky and extremely rude and said that we were lying about the fries being cold. I don't see how this lady who is so rude and tells the customers that they are lying is still working, real disappointment that you couldn't choose better workers because it's the SAME MANAGER who messes up our orders EVERY TIME.

    I'm biased to McDonald's. So take this review with a grain of salt. The one time low cost and fast food chain has increased prices to regular restaurant prices and quality as diminished over time. They hook people on cheap tactics like adding sugar to everything and make it slightly convenient to shop there. The only thing that makes this chain enjoyable is the consistent ability to maintain the same level of quality. Though the food lacks soul, and when I eat it I feel like my entire being just gets sad. It doesn't sustain me neither body nor soul. Service members were great.

    There is tall employee who makes inappropriate jokes taking about girls. I ordered 10 pieces meal and short on .75 after tax with I had .75 in my car lucky nevermind that food is great anlost took my drink that comee with it. And keep giving me wrong total like it's a joke.

    The young punk (because there is no other word to describe him) working the drive through window with his pants halfway down his legs, so the whole world had to look at his underwear, is a prime example of what is wrong with our world today. Oh, and did I mention that the entire time we sat there, he was talking on his cell phone, never once acknowledged us and shoved the food out the window at us without looking. Pathetic excuse for customer service.

    After standing in front of the register for what seemed like forever while the manager explained key functions to the new employee, neither one of them acknowledged my existence. It wasn’t until one of the two ladies sitting behind me asked the other loud enough for the manager to hear, "Is she ever going to help this lady?" It wasn’t until then when she asked for my order. I only asked for one thing, and I sat down and waited. I didn't wait long, but I did notice a lady standing there for a while. It must have been her mother outside motioning to her like it was taking too long. I know I was eating and had been there 30 plus minutes when she finally got what she was waiting for... a large cup of coffee! She thanked the manager and walked out without getting mad at the wait. Understandably, her mother, on the other hand, had to say something. She told the manager in so many words that 45 minutes was crazy considering that they weren't even busy and left. The manager just waved her off. While I sat there, a man from the drive-thru came in because they didn't give him utensils or jelly but an enormous amount of butter for one biscuit. Later that day, my family wanted some food from there, but I told them that we should wait until shift change, so we went and got pizza, and it was great.

    Nice, clean restaurant with only a family of four dining in. No one at the counter when we walked in. Not a fan of ordering at a kiosk as It seemed to take longer to place order/pay versus ordering at the counter. Received take out food in a timely manner. Checked bag and no napkins--apparently you have to ask for some. Did not know that as there was no sign present. Worker seemed kind of grumpy when I asked for napkins, and then placed a two inch stack on the counter. When I laughingly let him know that I didn't think I needed that much, he didn't seem amused. I was impressed with my chicken sandwich though; not the cold fries so much.

    Worst dining experience and they are not abashed about it either. Do not expect to be helped if you plan on paying cash inside, using kiosk or not. If I ever again succumb to the persistent requests of my child to dine inside, I will definitely use the the drive thru then dine inside.

    By far the worst McDonald's in the world!! Had to wait 30 minutes for 2 medium fries, a cold burger, 2 incomplete Happy Meals and had to stand in line with other unhappy costumers to get the rest!!! Manager is trying it's best, but has to work with -mind my words- a bunch of morrons!

    Food was fine wait wasn't long at all. But inside the store it just sounds like a bunch of teenagers yelling and cursing. In reality I wouldn't care but in a professional manner you shouldn't be yelling to the point where the whole restaurant can hear your personal conversations. Customers don't want to hear the employees yelling the F-bomb when there's kids in the store. You all just sound like high schoolers.

    Love the atmosphere of this branch of McDonald's, but it's still just McDonald's food at the end of the day. Was stopping by to wait for my oil change to get finished next door and it took 20 minutes to get my order of a singular iced coffee.. To be fair there was much worse service at the last McDonald's I went to, I usually only go to mcd's like 10 times a year and my last 5 experiences has been extremely poor service, from waiting 30 minutes for my order or just getting robbed essentially by them giving me the wrong food entirely.. Even though I barely got my drink I ordered it was a really relaxing interior though to just hang out. But the service of McD's has gone downhill so far from where it was..

    I ordered on the mobile app and sat in line for over 30 min at the drive through and by the time it was finally my turn, McChad(depicts how he behaved and communicated), tells me over the intercom that they are closed, cutting me off before I was able to Speak about my order. Before I was even done talking he was already saying sarcastically “I don't have any mobile orders“. I didn't want to waste any more time dealing with McChad so I went home and double checked the order. It most definitely was placed at that store.........edit: I called the next evening and talked with the manager on duty and he said to come in and he would take care of it. I would have left a 5 star rating but when I got home I was still missing a McDouble and McChicken, I should have double checked but...... Still, they were good about getting things fixed so I appreciate it.

    Understaffed, great customer service even though they had an overcrowded line. But they are hiring if anyone is looking for As a job who reads this review. don’t hesitate to take your résumé in and talk to Chris, You will be hired on the spot more than likely I’m not going to guarantee it but he will get you all squared away, right then and there.

    Every screen needed a good wipe down. Oil is also due for a change my fries and chicken were super dark compared to the classic golden yellow and golden brown. But it was quick.

    I'm not going to lie... I experienced some horrible service at this McDonalds. To be fair it is McDonalds, so I suppose it might be far reaching to expect/hope for good quality customer service. I have also never experienced this level of poor service at any other McDonald's that I've been to. I came in the drive through, thinking I was going to get breakfast but then I saw lunch and realized that it sounded better. So when they asked me for my order I told them I needed a minute to figure out my order. I told them what I wanted. She asked if that was all, and I said no, I also wanted to order a meal for my husband. Mind you, there is no one behind me, no line. And my pauses were not very long. I heard through the microphone the girl mutter 'come oooooon' to herself. And then a second later speaks into her headset informing me that drive through is for people who know what they want, they have a lobby if I need time to think. Excuse me? ... There is no line. My pauses to think weren't hardly long enough to warrant frustration... And I could be wrong but there are many reasons why a person might go through the drive thru. Individuals with disabilities, who struggle more than the average person to get in and out of a vehicle. Parents like myself, who have children that would make going in and out of a lobby far more difficult. As someone who worked for many years in customer service I was taken aback. I politely told the girl, no thank you, I chose the drive thru. Finished my order and went on my way.

    This particular McDonald's ALWAYS COMES THROUGH. We have been to other McDonald's in the area that claim to be open 24 hrs with disastrous results. We sometimes find ourselves craving some Mickey-D's at 2am and although this restaurant is farther away than the others, we know that our experience HERE is what it is supposed to be. We show up, we order and pay for food, You give us food. No hassles. Come to this location if you want late night Maccas

    Last week it was a hair and this week it was a pile of onion chunks onion bits and the tiniest bit of ketchup on one burger, mmmm tasty. Cold undercooked French fries absolutely every time that are always half full any size you order. Fire the burger prep and fry cook. This McDonald's is dirty as well, our happy meal had actual dirt stuck to the bucket. Kiosks are not user friendly but they're friendlier than the staff. This McDonald's needs a updated inspection and reported to the corporate manager for improper preparation food and cleaning.

    WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I have worked in the food industry before and this was the worst experience ever. First off I went thru the drive thru and the never answered. So I came inside and ordered. My food was hot and the people were nice but then I made a second order which was a coupon for free apple slices and a 6 piece chicken nuggets. I gave the cashier my money and was gonna run the rest on card. She apparently ran it all on card. Which was fine but, I wanted my money I gave her originally. When I brought it to the managers attention. They apparently counted the till and said it was spot on. So I asked to talk the cashier who took my order and they wouldn't let me talk to her. I have never had this much of a problem before. But this was horrible.

    The kiosk takes too long. Waited half an hour for our food. Dump the kiosk and hire two kids to take orders. The customer s you're losing would easily pay for it.

    If there was a 1-☆ review for time. They'd get a negative. Great friendly people, but the amount of time it took to get food is outrageous. I ordered at 4:22. Didn't get our food until after 5pm. Absolutely ridiculous. If I wanted to wait this amount of time I'd have went to a gourmet restaurant

    ordered a large and got a small. when i asked them to correct it they made me sit at 3rd window for 3 mins before telling me they couldnt fix it because “the machine makes the measurements” well now you’re just ripping people off. this is our hard earned money, the least you can do is fill up the cup. mcdonald’s isn’t worth it anymore and they don’t even care. something needs to change soon, it’s getting ridiculous.

    Multiple times have come here, always missing something from my order. Today ordered 4 sausage muffins and 2 burritos. Got two burritos and 2 muffins. Got charged for all 4 sausage muffins. If you do ever get food from here check your bags before you leave the window. How hard is it to do your job?
