A few days ago I ordered a Grilled Chicken salad. Instead, I got a bacon? salad with slimy cucumbers and brown slimy lettuce. Today I got a got a Sourdough Grilled Chicken sandwich with no bacon. Not only did it have bacon on it, it also had a bread tab inside of it. My small dry was also cold and 1/3 of the way full. I’m done with this Jack in the Box.

Stopped by on a Friday after work. Inside was pretty clean. A few staff on hand were friendly. Service was a bit slow but decent turnaround time. We ordered a couple chicken tender boxes and my kids loved them. Their soda fountains are great, let's you chose from tons of flavor options like Mello Yellow and various Cokes etc.

I'm still shocked at how expensive fast food has gotten. The Boba tea was awful but the little tacos were great. Again, just shocked at how expensive it's gotten. Prices are the reason we went from eating out 4 days a week to maybe 2 times a month! I really like the food though!

I had ordered a burger with no tomatoes. It had tomatoes. The manager Carissa was quick to fix it with a smile no questions asked.... Service with a smile! Thanks Carissa!

Stopped in here saturday oct 28th with my granddaughter. I had not been here in some years and It has been updated. Nice and clean. 2 staff working from what I could tell but seemed to work harmonious together getting drive thru taken care of and us as well. Wait time was not long at all. Food was delicious and brought out to us which was super nice. Most fast food places u have to wait for it then go up to get it yourself. I wish I could remember the young mans name at the front register. he was awesome. We will be back. Thanks!

If you come here to jack in the box you already know whats coming. That greasy chewy soaked tacos that we know are bad for us but we just can't stop that golden yummy knoshing! Perfect lebowski style!

The worst fast food I've ever had, and everyone in the group felt the same. Ridiculously poor service, but I don't know that the employees knew what professionalism was or had ever been taught. It was also the most expensive fast food I ever had had a burger joint. So sad.

Worst Jack In The Box I've ever been to- first off, we're the only customers in the drive-thru and only one person in the lobby sleeping at a table. We order and they tell is to pull up in front of the outdoor dining area to wait for our order. Why? We are legit the ONLY people there. 10 minutes later our food is brought out. The order is at least correct, but the Sourdough Jack has cold bacon. The Chicken Fajita Pita is just unseasoned chicken breast, wet cheese (yeah not melted, just wet so its all slimy), and like 2 chunks of tomato heel. Looks like someone assembled it while being electrocuted- pita all broken, toppings spilling out. Don't bother with this location. 👎👎

With as expensive as food is I kind of expect it to be made fresh enough when I pick up fast food. The fries were all hard and crunchy and lukewarm like they’ve been sitting around way past food safety allows for and like they were reheated a few times. The tacos were stale and tasted like they have been sitting out too long. Burger was rubbery and embedded into the soggy bug like it had been nuked and sitting out a while. I was legit worried about food poisoning and didn’t eat the meal.

It's a good fast food place. When I go here, it's drive-through. My orders are always correct and the ingredients are fresh. The staff have always been friendly.

This place is a joke! Not even close to busy and they cant get things right. Came in around 2:30 pm and ordered using a coupon for just 2 sausage breakfast sandwich meals. Took almost 15 minutes. Finally one of them notices I was still standing there and asked if I had been helped. Told her i was still waiting for my food. She said "oh" went and grabbed a bag i had seen sitting for quite some time and said here ya go. Really? That hard to make sure things are served on time? I sat inside and watched person after person have to wait ridiculous amounts of time for basic things. A lady had to pull around from drive through just waiting on nuggets. She sat there for a good 10 minutes before the counter girl went and asked if anyone had brought her food out. She said no and the girl said it would be right out. 5 minutes later its finally out. Then there's the employees going out and puffing away on e cigs right outside the front door. Definitely will not be back to this place. Seriously in need of new management.

This is a zero star review. This location closed an hour before advertised. When i went to the drive through everything lite up the drive through window wven asked us to order. We did and sat there with no confirmation for a whilem Three cars (one in front, us, one behind) all had to drive away because it was closed. The McDonald's across the street is normally unreliable and closed super early. Not tonight.

Sweet break out from burger and fries. My son loves the tacos and they are such a good price I take him a couple times a week. It our thing. And we always get great service there. Love the staffing.

Worst jack in the box. They just need to shut it down. Waiting in line for 10 minutes to take our order saying hes not ready and can't take it yet. Person at the window didn't order anything. Rude unprofessional whoever runs this jack in the box should just quit. Close it down.

I stopped by later in the evening. There were three cars ahead of me. It took a true 10 minutes for them to get to me to order. I am guessing they are still feeling the staffing shortages. When I got to the window the person was kind and on her game. All of the food components were hot and delicious.

Food was not made to the standards of other Jack In The Box. We ordered two chicken potato melt munchie meals and a grilled chicken meal. None of it was cooked correctly and there was hardly any cheese on any of it. One slice that was unrelated. The buns for everything were not heated or grilled as at other stores. We are very disappointed in this store and don't plan to purchase food from there again.

They refused to fulfill a confirmed DoorDash pickup order. Called DoorDash to confirm and they stated that this jack in the box had confirmed the order and there was no reason that they should not have been able to make it. The guy at the drive through said he couldn’t make it, and was very rude-automatically acting like it was a burden that we were there. we offered to pull up to the drive through window to show the confirmation for the order and he just stated that his manager said the they couldn’t make the Order, even though we had confirmation on both ends and proof of said confirmation. They have an obvious lack of communication skills here.

There is never a line at their drive thru, employees are awesome and the food is always correct and hot.

New customer. Tried big breakfast. Nothing exceptional. The pancakes were cooked on one side only, the bacon was flat but the eggs were good. Filling and reasonable priced

It was as often rude unprofessional sloppy low grade customer service and lastly but not the least wronged the order its a place of disappointment and money wasted

Ordered popcorn chicken, took one bite and it was ICE cold, likely still frozen. Absolutely disgusted. I did let them know and my meal was remade but that should never happen. I won't be back

A+ for CONSISTENTLY making you wait for EVERYTHING! If it wasn't for the automated drive-thru greeting, nothing would be immediate. Food is only hit-and-miss. I'll do the longer drive to the one on Martin

Based on my experience, the food was decent overall. Wait time at drive thru was minimal. Customer service was fine. No issues presented.

If you want to spend 30 minutes waiting behind 2 cars in the drive thru, then this is the place for you! If you want to see employee incompetence beyond your wildest dreams stop in to this Jack in the Box today! Impressively bad service and attitude of staff.

My significant other and I have an rv. We stopped by to grab food on our way home and the manager said I can’t order in because the lobby is closed. The manager (I believe a woman) said “she can walk through the drive through” seriously. No rv person should stop by here especially with rude management. We left. Jack in the box sucks.

Their drive thru menu items don't reflect the price charged before tax. No special orders, no extra anything. Ex: breakfast Jack's are listed at $4.19 on menu, but i was charged $4.29 before tax. Wouldn't doubt if there were other discrepancies. I believe we all understand inflation, but prices should be reflected accurately.

Got to the drive through and the guy said he’ll be right with us then we waited at least 10 mins and he still “wasn’t ready” to take our order so we decided to leave after waiting a couple more mins come to find out he was just chatting with someone in a white car there was cars waiting behind us as well super unprofessional do not recommend this place. 2:35 ish to -2:45 on Thursday oct 27th

Got here at 5. It's 530. Still waiting on our small order to feed these kids. This place needs staff and repairs. Get it together people. The owner needs to pull his you know what out of you know where and stop lining his bank account with terrible neglect and a refusal to hire and pay reliable staff! This is suppose to be fast food.

If I was able to rate a zero I would. Traveling thru Olympia and decided to stop for food. It took 20 minutes to make the food. Hit the road to continue my trip and to my surprise every part of my order was wrong. I called the store to let them know and they said to bring back the food to throw away and they’ll make it fresh.yeah I think not. This has to be the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at jib. For those who live here and eat at this place I feel sorry for you.

The mint shake is ok, not a fan of Oreos in it. The lady at the window was rude.

Their motto is a late night snack 24/7. Open sign on, google says it's open. The sign said to call to order. I went to 4-5 locations, like legit every one in my county. They were all closed on a Friday night at 3am. They all said they'd be open online and then they had their open sign ON!!!! But they were all closed by the drive thru being blocked off. Honestly the biggest jack in the box betrayal since they got rid of cheesy potato wedges and the big cheeseburger. I think I'm just done. three strikes and your out man.

I remember this company tasting better. After being away for several years, I came back and it's just not as good. I tried a couple of locations, and they're all the same. The food isn't that good anymore. Sad.
