We
stopped
here
on
the
way
down
to
Charleston
for
the
weekend
based
on
a
friend's
recommendation
and
I
wasn't
disappointed.
The
fried
chicken
was
better
than
the
chicken
sandwiches
that
my
other
people
ordered,
but
it
was
all
tasty.
The
ordering
process
was
a
little
hard
to
figure
out
for
someone
who
had
never
eaten
there.
You
place
your
order
and
take
a
ticket
but
then
don't
pay
until
the
food
is
ready
and
you
pick
it
up.
Since
there
were
people
standing
around
waiting
for
to
go
orders
it
was
hard
to
tell
what
to
do,
and
no
one
who
worked
there
volunteered
that
info.
Even
though
our
orders
were
placed
immediately
after
each
other,
the
second
chicken
sandwich
was
on
a
different
ticket
and
took
about
10
minutes
longer
to
make
than
our
other
food.
That
was
kind
of
a
pain,
but
not
a
big
deal.
The
prices
were
great,
and
the
customer
base
included
business
folks
in
suits,
sherrifs,
US
Army
officers,
and
all
sorts
of
othets,
which
tells
me
this
place
is
consistent
and
a
favorite
with
locals.
