The resident program was good for prenatal and pediatric care. Anything other than that seems to be out of their scope of practice. NEVER go here for any mental illness issues as they have no clue what they’re doing. They think of textbook solutions instead of understanding and seeing what patients are going through. Yes I’m grouping all their residents as insufficient in this area as I’ve seen many of them. I’m sure I’m looked at as a “problem” patient at this point and never want to be seen here again. I waited an hour to see the doctor today and didn’t feel like any of my needs were listened to. I left in tears w/o any help. I’ll never see another resident. Period. No experience with real mental illness issues.

This place was better when I was going back in 2015, but I guess it's difficult for some doctors to actually LISTEN to their patients and help them find a solution. I recently got a call from Dr. Heisler to talk to me about my husband and she'd ask me questions and proceed to interrupt me while I was answering them saying "can I finish?" over and over. She then spoke to my husband and he let her finish what she was saying and once she finished he had told her what's going on, for the millionth time, and she interrupted him. She was also an hour and a half late to the appointment she had with him and he couldn't talk to her about concerns and get answers he needed because he had to be out front to wait for his ride or he'd be stuck at the clinic. She could have had someone go into the room he was waiting in and say "sorry for the inconvenience, but the doctor is more behind than anticipated so we will have to reschedule." but that never happened. She was unprofessional but somehow my husband is in the wrong. Heisler had put a referral through to a behavioral health councilor, which was not necessary to begin with, who had called my home and I explained to him what was going on. About a day or two later the director of the clinic called my husband and told him that he'd have to agree to a behavioral agreement if he wanted to continue going to the clinic. If you don't want to hear the patient out about what's going on you need a new line of work. The patient knows their body better than anyone. This isn't the only issue my family has had with this clinic about a doctor not listening. There are a few doctors and nurses that are here or have been here that actually care, but sadly it's not many. Not everyone is a textbook case and you cannot treat them as if they are. You need to think outside the box at times and adapt to the situation. If you don't care what are you even doing as a doctor? This clinic seems like it's turned into an upscale version of SeaMar. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. The communication between this place and the hospital is horrible as well. I'd trust the Grinch before I keep Heisler as my husband's PCP.

I dont normally write reviews however this doctors office is so awful that I felt the need to take the time to warn everyone else. The staff are friendly enough however god forbid you need them to complete ANY paperwork for you.... and I mean ANY. They thoroughly messed up my wife's FMLA claim after surgery and then years later it took us over a month and hours on the phone to try and get my kids vaccine records. This office is a joke when it comes to organization and record keeping.

DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!!! they call CPS before setting a medical plan. My son has trouble gaining weight and before getting results, cps was called. Results show he has digestive/constipation issues and that's why he doesn't eat much. They'll have your kids removed for things out of the parents control or "medical knowledge". Keep copies of your kids shot records cause they won't allow you to have the transfered. Nurses have left this place because of their policies. Keep that in mind!

Absolutely horrible and unprofessional practice. For the 2nd time in a row my husband shows up for an appointment, and told his appointment was canceled. He has left work early both times for the appointments and they show zero concern about wasting people's time. This place deserves zero stars as my husband's health issues are being prolonged due to him not being able get care. All because of the unprofessional behavior from this practice.

Overall experience here was unfortunately not a great one for me. Very poor communication skills after several attempts over various visits. Had to call and ask for my test results for 3 different tests and was told to check mychart online, which I already had but needed clarification as I'm not a medically trained professional. just didn't feel listened to and supported here. This is my first pregnancy and definitely didn't start my care out on a good note. Currently switching to a different office after a nurse hung up on me today. Hope others have better luck but I do not recommend this office.

Literally could not be more worthless. This is the third time I've made an appointment to get a referral somewhere else and they just forget to make a referral. In this case it's for my 2 year old daughter so she just doesn't get the medical care she needs because they are incompetent

Doctor office referred me to a rumatoligist that hasent been taking patients for over a year. When I call my primary care giver office lady that answered tried to play stupid and just kept saying ill let the doctor know. This is what we pay for????

Had my annual physical scheduled for months in advance. I recived a letter that my physician was not going to be around when I was scheduled and to call to reschedule. I called to reschedule and waited on hold fo 15 minutes and then was able to complete the scheduling of my physical appointment, so I thought. I get to the appointment and the MA asked what I was there for. I said my annual physical. She said that I was not scheduled for that and it would require 40 minutes. I said there is no reason to remain and left the exam room. The front staff asked if I wanted to reschedule, I gave them the parameters and they said I would be contacted through my chart. That never happened! But, I decided that I had had enough of this clinic (this had been going on for years, scheduling and then rescheduling) and find another PCP. I subsequently received a nastygram for a missed rescheduled appointment but I had already found a new doctor.

This place is awesome! The only problem is we've had a lot of doctors, but they warn you of this in the beginning it's because they're residency doctors. I have enjoyed meeting all of them and they all have been great. My kids have liked all the doctors too. As long as you do your part to follow through they will help you! It might take time and you have to be proactive or have a great advocate if you cannot do that yourself. I had a really great appointment today and yesterday and I am excited because I feel like I was actually helped by doctors and I haven't been helped and seen as a person like this in a long time.

Never ever come to this place it's a big waste of your time the doctors are rude and don't help their paitients my dad has a severe prostate infection and the doctors won't treat it and the doctors always giggle and laugh and not take their paitients seriously and he is in severe pain and you won't give him anything for the pain i mean come on how hard is it to give him the proper medication my dad is telling you guys that he's in pain and you think it's funny and you don't help anybody i have seen people walking out and they are not happy and my dad put in for a perscription and you didn't put in his perscription and then my dad went there again last week when he was there the doctor didn't help him then when my dad left the doctors and nurses laughed how hard is it to treat your paitients you need to help people when their telling you their sick or in pain you need to do your job right. Never come here to this place if you need help go to the hospital they have been helping my dad never come here and we will never be going back.

I would never get calls back for my test results. I had appointments just scheduled for me without me making them. My medications were changed on me without a proper notice. I will not be coming back nor recommending this place to anyone. Save your money and time.

I have been a patient with them, and my children have been patients of them for over 20 years and have received the BEST and most thorough care! The Dr's, Nurses, MA's, and admin are all wonderful!

I really appreciate going here. Everyone is nice, and I never feel rushed. You can ask questions and they explain to you. Everything you might need to do or people you may need to talk to is right there in its own area. I live the landscape as well

I have had good care here but also have a wonderful doctor who goes above and beyond. Reception is always nice and courteous and Ive never had a problem with them. Im very happy with this clinic and do not understand the bad reviews ?

Don’t bother setting time aside for an appointment. Be careful leaving work early or expecting your appointment will be honored. They will cancel it without any notice. This is the most unprofessional medical practice I have ever came across. When asking to see a supervisor the person that comes out will have a extremely condescending attitude and tell you with body language that they can care less about your troubles. If you have any type of medical issues that need addressed I would recommend finding a more reliable and credible medical establishment.
