    My brother and I were driving from Portland to Seattle to see a Friday-night Mariners game. The traffic on I-5 was worse than we expected, and we were hungry and in need of a quick lunch. This Starbucks is very convenient to I-5, and we got lattes and sandwiches, and then were on our way.

    I asked to use the bathroom after purchasing more than $25 worth of items and was told they closed their bathrooms to customers due to misuse. I was under the impression bathroom access was required by regulation and when I inquired with the Store Manager, Kristin, she claimed they aren’t required by law to provide customers with access to bathrooms. Even if not illegal, it’s horrible customer service and lack of empathy to deny a paying customer access to bathrooms that are clearly in service and being used by the workers. I literally almost peed my pants. Thank god for the kind workers at the Starbucks off of 6th and Sleater Kinney.

    This is my all-time favorite Starbucks. They seriously have THE BEST baristas, hands down. Not only do they make amazing coffee, they're fast, FRIENDLY, and make you feel at home. Words cannot describe how much I love going here. Christina (both of you!), Renae, Jon, Tomas, Leah and everyone else - I love you guys!

    Kristen is the absolute best! Her customer service and genuine care about her customers is top notch. My husband is fighting stage 3 cancer. Several times I have gone through drive thru with tears and she always makes sure I leave with a positive thought and smile on my face. Her kindness to my husband is outstanding and always thoughtful. Kristen deserves a raise,employee of the year and and everything this world has to offer. Thank you Kristen for shinyour light!!

    Early morning drive-thru, I was probably close to being one of the first customers. No one else in line. Friendly people got my order right but for the wrong price. I ordered a venti mocha with an extra shot, the sign showed my total to be $5.96. With tax. When I got to the window they wanted to charge me $7.06. I don't drink coffee at Starbucks all that often so I don't know the actual prices of their drinks. However to have the drive thru electronic billboard tell me one total and then have the employees tell me another price and not give me a receipt, Makes me tend to think that the employees are overcharging for extra tips. I'm not sure what's going on I'm just telling you what happened and the perception I was left with. Quality of the drink was fine, overall customer service is very polite but when I'm charged to different price then the drive-thru board showed, then you don't get all your stars. An easy 5 star experience ruined for lack of communication.

    Friendly service, ridiculously busy. In the last 3 months I've visited, I've either gotten my order wrong, they forgot to make it because of the crowd, or someone else took my drink. Not what the batista can control all of them due to the volume of people they serve, just saying avoid if you are in a rush in the peak hours of morning and lunch.

    John has Impeccable costumer service! He is hilarious and kind through the ordering screen. Elijiah was kind and bonused us a free coffee. Great place to come!

    I just came off the interstate. After holding my bladder for four hours. I typed in “Starbucks near me“ arrived at an open Starbucks, and was told I could not use the restroom because it was closed to the public. I could’ve bought a coffee if I had wanted one… And the partners are free to use the restroom… But I, as a customer, am not able to use the restroom. Worst customer service ever! If I could give zero stars on this, I would… I only hope that the barista I talk to you someday, has a lesson in holding her bladder for four hours, and thinks back on this moment.

    One of the baristas here wrote a simple “happy birthday” and drew little balloons and presents on my birthday drink on Monday. Whoever you are, I know it was small but it meant so much to me. Thank you

    3 years ago I wrote a raving review about this place. Unfortunately things have gone downhill badly. I was here a couple weeks ago and ordered a 16oz iced vanilla latte I asked if there was a 20oz and was told oh you want a large. When I got to the window the worker was a short boy with long curly black hair. I made a joke about him saying large I thought it was taboo for Starbucks. At which point he corrected me for saying large. That's when things got weird. I asked him what he had charged me for and he said a venti. I told him I only wanted a small coffee as it's for a 16 year old and this was 5 pm. At which point he smirks and says I'll have to get a refund then. I told him that was fine. Then the shift manager came and started counting out the change she got frustrated literally THREW THE CHANGE at me and was like here that's all the difference would have been anyway. When I asked for a receipt they closed the window in my face. I didn't do a review because i never experienced anything like this before here and thought it was one off. This morning (a week later) I came in the morning to get breakfast and lunch before work. When I got to the window I asked if the manager was working. The worker a taller woman with black hair told me (very rudely) he's in the back doing something. I asked if he was available she said he has work to do you can talk to a shift leader. I asked again just to be clear he's not available correct? She rudely gave me my food and was like no. She then closed the window before I could even say anything. My lunch wasn't even edible but that's besides the fact of how horrible my visits have been here lately.

    So they were out of what my husband and myself get every time. So the lady suggested another drink. I'm so glad she did since we barely venture out of our comfort zone. I'm in love!! Way to go Starbucks lady.

    It’s 7:45pm and Google says your open until 8:30pm. There’s people inside still but no one operating the drive thru. Might need to update your hours so people know and don’t waste their time or yours if your closing before the time posted online.

    I ordered a breve latte (a latte made with half and half) on my app and when I got there to pick it up I could see that it wasn't made with half and half. I asked a barista who had pink hair about it and she said they were out of half and half so she made it with 2% milk and told me to go to the register and get a refund. I asked her if they had whole milk and she said yes. I then asked if she could remake it with that. She said no, and told me I had to go to the register. I asked her why she couldn't just remake it with whole milk. She interrupted me and said no, and told me to go to the register then walked away. I did speak to the supervisor who was very nice and very professional. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience because of the young woman with the pink hair. She was rude and dismissive. I've never been to a Starbucks where the barista wouldn't remake a drink when it wasn't right.

    Literally one of the best Starbucks experiences ever! While I’m was trying to pay, my almost 2 year old was having a crisis as she needed a different song played. The barista at the window heard and got a pup cup for my kiddo and made our day! Thank you!

    Was wonderful experience. Caitlyn was wonderful she fixed an order that was wrong from another Starbucks. I offer to just pay and she and the manger credit me with a gift a card for the wrong sandwich. Kudos to Caitlyn.
