I'll start by stating the obvious, being Mexican sets your standards for Mexican food pretty high. With that being said, totally would come back here. We arrived at 7pm and the place was packed. We were able to get a spot at the bar and order food there, as well as drinks. Staff was super friendly despite how overwhelmingly full it was and we did not wait long on appetizers and dinner. Very attentive staff throughout the night checking on drinks and meals. The food was good: had tacos, creamy burrito, and margaritas which were all delicious. Careful with the fresh hot sauce for the tacos if you're not used to spicy stuff. Definitely will return.

Service was ABSOLUTELY the worst!!! They asked if we had reservations which we didnt. Put our names on the list and went to the bar. Waites for 15 minutes before a girl askednif we were waiting for a table. We said hes we wanted a drink while we waited. She was very nice and took us to a table where we waited over 20 minutes before we were even acknowledged. DONT wasre your money on the guacamole and don't even bother asking for salsa cause they will bring you nasty hard tortillas, beans and 3 teeny tiny salsa. My main dish had a wonderful flavor, the only highlight of an awful 3 hour experience. After sitting for 20 minutes asked for water again..over 30 minutes for our margaritas..the poor service never ended. Like seriously I could go on and on. I NEVER write bad reviews but for the prices I CANT BE QUIET!! Very very disappointed 😞

LOVE El Sitio and the unique and delicious foodie experience they have to offer! The first time we went with friends and did a sort of tapas thing, ordering all the appetizers and an entree to give everything a try, and we were not disappointed! So many table tile and sizzling options, which we love:) the second time we went again for lunch and each tried burritos, all of which were fantastic. We will definitely be back! It was all amazing, and I have to say the wagyu was a personal favorite😊

Oh my oh my…this was such an amazing experience. The food was phenomenal. All the flavors were perfectly balanced and the presentation of the meals were beautiful. The drinks were made with fresh lime juices and mint leaves. This is a place you have to check out. Even the decor was beautiful and authentic. When you step into the doors your transported into a little Pueblo and if I do say so myself “it’s a Pueblo filled with amazing food, staff, and the drinks”. Go check it out for yourself.

One of the best dining experiences we've had in a long time! Our bartender, Ricky, was fantastic... not just amazing handcrafted margaritas, but wonderful suggestions on dishes to try... and genuinely engaging. The food... well, make your reservations early because this place is packed for all the right reasons! Adding pictures that will do it more justice than my descriptions! Bravo!

This was an excellent experience, I found the location because I love steak and they serve a Tomahawk, I have had Tomahawk attacks at other restaurants and its always been more of a gimmick than anything, but this place looked different and boy did they deliver. The Tomahawk steak I had was one of the best Steaks I have eaten in a restaurant, and my wife's molcajete was amazing. The drinks are very well presented and the Guacamole was outstanding. This has to be one of my new favorite locations for a date night. Prices are very reasonable but I chose the most expensive thing on the menu so our bill was a little high but we'll worth it. There are very reasonably priced items also on the menu.

I've been here 5 times so far and their food is reliably great. Their service is usually excellent. The meal is well presented and is an experience, hence the high prices you see. Great variety to choose from, my friends and I have explored a good portion of the menu and haven't been disappointed. The guac is fresh and assembled table side, and the queso fundido is as great as the likes I get in Mexico (get it with chorizo and thank me later). Honestly it's the drinks that put it over the top, they are just lovely especially with the flower garnish, and the cazuela alone gets me comfortably buzzed. I also love how the venue is decorated - it's made to look like you're outside/in a courtyard.

We'd heard this place was good and wanted to try it! We really liked the food and place for the most part. Some of the food was overcooked, (corn on cob appetizer, corn was soft, somewhat mushy, very overcooked) and some of the chicken was over cooked). HOWEVER!!! The food that was cooked properly was really, really good! Presentation was beautiful 💯❤️. Waiter was nice, but never asked if we wanted more to drink which is a no no, maybe they were new tho, other than that, they were nice enough. This is located at the old Urban Onion location (I think?) Also, they do not lie about their Carne asada, my bf says it's one of the best he's had. We'll def be dropping in again. We also felt the menu was very reasonably priced for what we got and the amount of portions. ❤️ The presentation was unique and beautifully laid out.

Food was pretty good, we really enjoyed it. Service was good as well. The food presentation was pretty cool. They used cutting boards as plates. Located in city center of Olympia so might have hard time finding closer parking. We had our elderly parents with us with disabilities so we were able to park right in front. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food that you get. I had to try their Cadillac margarita…and OMG it was delish!

I want to start by saying our service was great! We had fajita steak/shrimp and the birra tacos. The presentation made the food look amazing! I felt the food was lacking spice and SALT! The steak for the fajita was cut very thin. The birra tacos were just oily and lacking the chili flavor I was looking for. Maybe I've been blessed with mi abulas home cooking but this was a 6/10.

This place literally has it all!! My wife and I went to dinner here for the 1st time for our Anniversary dinner and it didn't disappoint at all. You walk in and it feels like you are at a old Mexico style house but not run down its classy. The smoke from the smokers in the kitchen fills the dining room and it smells amazing. Our waiter was amazing he knew the menu well and was able to elaborate on the taste of each menu item he explained. We ordered the AVOCADO AT THE TABLE, SHRIMP FLOMBAY, & MAR Y TIERRA. My gawd it was amazing and we both were full but unlike other Mexican restaurants the food wasn't heavy or make you tired...so the ingredients used are homemade and quality. The staff treated us to a slice of strawberry cheesecake with drizzle and it was beautiful and smooth. To say that this place is top notch is an under statement...this is going to be my "GO TO" Mexican restaurant from now on!! If you are a business person I HIGHLY recommend you bring your clients here or if on a 1st date, Anniversary, birthday or heck just because you won't be disappointed with the staff or the food. We walked out of there very happy and pleased with everything. The price wasn't bad either for what you get and the service, knowledge of menu items by the staff and atmosphere. It us a hidden gem and treasure and glad we found it...hope you all get to go and enjoy it as much as we did :)

Whoever rated this anything but 5 stars is a LIAR. This is THE BEST & MOST ELEVATED form of Mexican food you will find in the PNW. Pictures and words won't come close to justice for the quality of the food, the treatment from the staff, and the beauty of the ambiance. This place sets the mood, hits the button, and throws you a towel when you're done. Come here now. You will NOT regret it.

Reservations are highly recommended especially for weekends and Fridays. Tomahawk steak ($120) was phenomenal! The steak was a bit dry closer to the bone, but the rest was juicy. Steak was split by two people and we left feeling full, but not too full, just right as it was split. Atmosphere tries to replicate la plaza mayor (main plaza) that are seen in Mexico. Honestly the vibe is nice, servers are friendly. Parking is difficult, we had to park a little more than half a mile away.

Our service was good here. No problem with our server. Atmosphere is okay.. not super impressive. However what I didn’t like about this place is spending $120 on a steak that is chewy. We ordered the tomahawk steak and was really expecting more from it… not happy at all about it. I wouldn’t recommend this item on the menu. The salsas were good so was the guacamole but that was about it..

Came here to treat my wife for Mother's Day after shopping at Dree's around the corner. I heard good things about the restaurant and they were all true. The staff was super friendly and the food was better than I was hoping for. We all left happy and full. Appetizer of chips with fresh Pico de Gallo. Super fresh and crisp taste. I got the street tacos with steak. My wife got the Sitio Burrito with pulled pork. My son got a quesadilla. 10/10 will come back. Our new favorite Mexican style restaurant.

The food and drinks were so good. The chips and salsa app was perfect… the three different sauces included made me so happy! Both of our burritos were huge and delish! Service was 👍🏼. Def recommend !

Top 5 reasons you should visit: 1. Atmosphere here is amazing! Love the authenticity of the restaurant it feels like you've been transported to Mexico! 2. Service is absolutely amazing! They are so attentive, you never go without. 3. Prices are reasonable for a Mexican restaurant. I'd say $30-40 per person if you're drinking and less of you're not. 4. The dishes are authentic. Dishes you can't get at other restaurants. I highly recommend the Pina Al Pastor! I mean it's served in a pineapple for goodness sake, how cool is that! And the wagu appetizer is so fun and interactive. They also make fresh guacamole at your table! 5. Drinks are top notch! If you're into tequila, they have one with a scorpion in the bottle! Or if you like margaritas, their Cadillac margarita is so delish!! Highly highly recommend this place for date night, day date or just because. We've been there twice and will keep returning.

What an amazing dinner extravaganza we got to experience at El Sitio!! Every dish was sheer perfection, and our servers were spectacular!! Bartender Ricky produced delicious drinks, margaritas!!!!! palomas, vodka pasion and mojitos. All the entrees were superb but the favorite was the pina al pastor, it’s a must!! Our server Laura provided excellent attention to detail, especially for a large party! She made great suggestions and the flambé show was incredible!! We can highly recommend this as a restaurant destination!!!

We eat at El Sitio nearly monthly. The staff is friendly and attentive (shout out to Rom, Ricky & Santiago). The atmosphere is relaxed. We love the molcajete which my husband and I share and then have leftovers. I love the sauce in the bowl. (Molcajete has beef, chicken, shrimp, pork.) We recently tried the parrillada which is huge and will have leftovers for days! (Parrillada has carne asada, chicken, pork, short ribs, chorizo and quesadillas.) The table side guacamole is so fresh. Ricky makes the best margaritas ever! The salsa is amazing and unique. This is our favorite Mexican restaurant.

The food was excellent would 100% recommend to anyone, the service is on point you are never left waiting. The queso fundido was really good as a starter we have it every time we come here, the waygu Denver is great you get to cook it on a hot stone good for a family starter or an entree delicious, for dessert we had a flan which had been made the same day we were there and tasted great.

Always find something interesting to try. This time try these stuffed pineapple which was delicious. Recommend stopping by and checking out. Large venue, the service is much faster and and more attentive than the last time I went. Still no domestic beers on tap. Four stars this time!

Stumbled across this place by accident on a late afternoon when the place I’d intended to go was closed — even better than where I’d meant to be! The quesabirria tasted just like home, the atmosphere was lively and pleasant, and service as good as could be. Don’t miss the selfie wall when you walk in and definitely don’t miss the flan. 🍮 Delicious on all counts.

Came in for lunch today, the El Sitio veggie burrito is perfection. Go get yourself one. Don't order delivery, call direct then come in and pick it up if you want it to go, save these folks some $$ on Doordash fees.
