Malashock’s
came
highly
recommended
to
my
husband
when
it
came
time
to
go
shopping
for
an
engagement
ring.
Our
experience
with
the
woman
in
the
front
of
the
store
has
always
been
pleasant,
however
it
has
been
quite
the
opposite
when
interacting
with
the
woman
in
the
back
of
the
store
at
the
register.
My
husband
is
from
Omaha,
however
we
are
traveling
healthcare
workers
so
we
are
in
and
out
of
town
a
couple
of
times
a
year.
My
ring
came
in
much
bigger
than
the
size
4
he
had
ordered
so
it
was
sent
in
to
be
resized.
We
had
a
destination
wedding
so
I
decided
to
have
my
rings
soldered
together
months
before
and
not
wear
my
ring
from
that
point
on
until
we
got
married.
When
I
started
wearing
my
ring
I
noticed
pretty
quickly
that
my
rings
were
crooked.
Upon
further
inspection,
my
husband’s
ring
was
crooked
as
well.
We
were
out
of
state
working
for
several
months
but
at
the
first
opportunity
we
took
them
in
to
have
them
sent
in
and
corrected…the
woman
in
the
back
of
the
store
preceded
to
make
rude
comments
to
us
about
waiting
so
long
and
why
didn’t
we
bring
them
in
right
away.
Her
tone
was
accusatory
as
if
WE
had
done
something
to
our
rings.
I
explained
that
we
had
been
out
of
state
in
Hawaii
working…I
also
explained
that
we
would
have
to
have
someone
come
get
our
rings
when
they
were
finished,
bc
we
were
leaving
town
again,
although
after
the
interaction
we
had
we
felt
we
should
just
wait
and
pick
them
up
ourselves.
3
months
later
when
my
husband
came
back
to
town,
he
picked
up
both
of
our
rings.
When
I
flew
back
he
gave
me
my
ring
and
it
was
again
too
big
for
my
finger.
Finally
we
get
another
opportunity
to
go
in
to
yet
again
send
my
ring
in
for
a
third
time.
At
this
point
I’m
extremely
frustrated.
I
speak
with
the
woman
in
the
front
of
the
store
and
ask
her
to
size
my
ring
bc
it
is
fitting
pretty
loosely.
She
tells
me
it
is
measuring
at
a
4
1/4.
So
I
tell
her
that
in
the
process
of
fixing
my
ring
maybe
it
was
somehow
sized
differently…I
don’t
know
much
about
the
process
but
have
no
other
guesses
as
to
how
it
became
1/4
bigger
so
we
go
to
the
back
register
to
begin
the
process
of
sending
my
ring
in
yet
again.
The
woman
at
the
back
register
begins
to
argue
with
me
that
the
ring
was
not
resized.
I
told
her
that
at
this
point
I’m
frustrated,
and
express
that
they
have
had
my
ring
more
than
I
have,
and
she
goes
on
to
blame
me
because
they
were
waiting
on
us
to
pick
them
up.
Very
rude,
no
accountability
for
the
fact
that
I
have
had
to
send
in
my
ring
three
times.
No
remorse
it’s
just
all
our
fault.
I
will
never
spend
another
dime
at
this
establishment.
This
is
the
most
important
piece
of
jewelry
that
I
own
and
I’m
being
made
feel
like
a
nuisance
for
wanting
it
to
fit
and
also
for
expecting
the
quality
and
craftsmanship
to
be
excellent.
I
don’t
think
my
expectations
are
that
outrageous
but
what
is
outrageous
is
how
we
have
been
treated
and
how
many
times
I
have
had
to
send
my
ring
in
to
be
fixed.
I
don’t
think
Mr.
Malashock
would
be
pleased
to
know
that
his
customers
are
treated
this
poorly
while
he
is
not
present,
being
that
he
personally
helped
my
husband
pick
the
diamond
for
my
engagement
ring.
