Malashock’s have been so accommodating with my wedding ring when it comes to soldering it and repairing it in a timely manner. They are so kind, friendly and treat me like family. I was worried when I moved out of state, but they make sure to work around my schedule and are able to look at my ring when I come back to NE. I have recommended many people to Malashock’s and they are all just as happy with their experience!

The personal attention and customer service is outstanding. They have such a unique and equisite selection of jewelry. And, whatever they don't have, they can have made. They actually made a custom wedding band for my engagement ring. I would not shop at any other jewelry store.

They are some of the nicest people I've met in Omaha. They took great care of the need I had to get my wifes ring fixed and I love good people! I will be back for any jewelry need that comes up in the future! Keep up the Good Work!

These people know how to take car of their customers. I've used them many times for over 10 years and the same people still work there. You won't find that or this level of customer service at the jewelry chain stores. You won't be disappointed!

I could not have asked for a better place to buy a ring. My fiancé was stuck on getting something online because of the variety and we wouldn’t have to deal with pushy sales people. We went to a few ring shops and for the most part that’s what we ran into. And then we went to Malashock’s! It was such a breath of fresh air working with Sarah! She was very informative and not pushy at all. She walked us through the whole custom ring making experience and tailored everything to what my fiancé wanted! And when it came time to purchase the ring they were very discreet and careful not to let my fiancé know. Another thing I really appreciated about my experience with Malashock’s, that I didn’t find anywhere else, was that everyone was very genuine and personable. So kind and easy to talk to. And extremely knowledgeable. Before I went to Malashock’s I didn’t know the first thing about wedding or engagement rings, but after my first appointment there I felt like I was armed with all the information I needed to make a smart purchase, and the best part is that my fiancé has a custom ring and I saved money in the process! We love the ring, and we loved our experience. We will definitely recommend Malashock’s to everyone we know! Thank you Sarah for all your help! God bless, -Brandon

I love the customer service at Malashock’s. My husband and I have been in there several times, originally looking for a wedding band. The staff make you feel like part of their family. We have given our business to them a few times since then, and have no regrets. They go above and beyond. I would recommend this family jewelry store to anyone. I like the idea of supporting local business and this one is a real gem, literally!

I was looking for a engagement ring and I was referred to Deb @ Malashocks by a business friend of mine. She did not disappoint. I called her to set up an appointment on a Saturday, she asked for some ideas on preference of the rings looks. I gave her some scatterbrained ideas for sure. Then that Saturday I walked in and was greeted very kindly by another employee and Deb was with another customer. The other employee then showed me to the rings and let me look through some and didn't hesitate when I wanted certain ones pulled out of the case for a closer look. I soon had a dozen rings out of the case. Deb was soon over and brought over a ring that she had picked out with the ideas I had given her. I was amazed, I didn't see the ring she had picked out for me until then. Low and behold, that was the ONE. I bought it that day. The Fiance said YES. All thanks to Deb and team. The entire staff at Malashocks are great to work with. None of them are pushy like some other jewelry salesmen. Hopefully I don't need them for another Engagement. But they are atop my referral list and will not hesitate to visit again. Great people.

I have never written a review for them, but should have long ago. In 1979-80 we bought my engagement/wedding ring from them. We spent the following years purchasing other rings, earrings, and necklaces. They are always welcoming and so helpful! I have always been to happy with any repairs they have made, and especially happy with the work they did to put my mother-in-laws wedding ring back together. It was absolutely beautiful when it was completed. Our daughter went there too, when she was ready to have her wedding ring created. I highly, highly recommend them!

If you’re looking to get engaged or get married Malashock’s is an awesome place to start! It’s locally owned in Omaha. We went in to shop for an engagement ring and all of the ladies who work there are so amazing! They have helped out our families in the past and remembered every single one of them! We bought our engagement ring and wedding bands from them. They have a beautiful selection and not too many to get overwhelmed by. You can clean your rings for free and get them checked out every time within a few minutes!! Everything was so easy and fun the whole time we were there! They were never pushy about buying anything and gave their honest feedback on each ring! It took me 8 months to decide if I wanted a wedding band and I never felt bad for going in and not buying anything right away! Thank you Malashock’s for being the best in the business!

I read reviews of others before visiting this store, and everything that has already been mentioned is absolutely true. We came in to find out more about their gold buy back program, and to look at their selection of engagement and wedding rings. Debbie took out all the time that was needed to answer our questions. Instead of pressuring us to sell our jewelry to her, she suggested we try to sell it online so we could get more of our money back. She even took the time to help us craft a sample description for the posting. We were astonished and beyond grateful. We did end up making a purchase, but never felt pressured to do so in return for the services and advice we just received. If I could give more than five stars I would! Malashock's will be our go to for jewelry.

Malashock’s came highly recommended to my husband when it came time to go shopping for an engagement ring. Our experience with the woman in the front of the store has always been pleasant, however it has been quite the opposite when interacting with the woman in the back of the store at the register. My husband is from Omaha, however we are traveling healthcare workers so we are in and out of town a couple of times a year. My ring came in much bigger than the size 4 he had ordered so it was sent in to be resized. We had a destination wedding so I decided to have my rings soldered together months before and not wear my ring from that point on until we got married. When I started wearing my ring I noticed pretty quickly that my rings were crooked. Upon further inspection, my husband’s ring was crooked as well. We were out of state working for several months but at the first opportunity we took them in to have them sent in and corrected…the woman in the back of the store preceded to make rude comments to us about waiting so long and why didn’t we bring them in right away. Her tone was accusatory as if WE had done something to our rings. I explained that we had been out of state in Hawaii working…I also explained that we would have to have someone come get our rings when they were finished, bc we were leaving town again, although after the interaction we had we felt we should just wait and pick them up ourselves. 3 months later when my husband came back to town, he picked up both of our rings. When I flew back he gave me my ring and it was again too big for my finger. Finally we get another opportunity to go in to yet again send my ring in for a third time. At this point I’m extremely frustrated. I speak with the woman in the front of the store and ask her to size my ring bc it is fitting pretty loosely. She tells me it is measuring at a 4 1/4. So I tell her that in the process of fixing my ring maybe it was somehow sized differently…I don’t know much about the process but have no other guesses as to how it became 1/4 bigger so we go to the back register to begin the process of sending my ring in yet again. The woman at the back register begins to argue with me that the ring was not resized. I told her that at this point I’m frustrated, and express that they have had my ring more than I have, and she goes on to blame me because they were waiting on us to pick them up. Very rude, no accountability for the fact that I have had to send in my ring three times. No remorse it’s just all our fault. I will never spend another dime at this establishment. This is the most important piece of jewelry that I own and I’m being made feel like a nuisance for wanting it to fit and also for expecting the quality and craftsmanship to be excellent. I don’t think my expectations are that outrageous but what is outrageous is how we have been treated and how many times I have had to send my ring in to be fixed. I don’t think Mr. Malashock would be pleased to know that his customers are treated this poorly while he is not present, being that he personally helped my husband pick the diamond for my engagement ring.

👍👍 Wow. Treating me as a whole person - and family - and not just ‘today’s sale’. They were not pushy and went out of their way to help me find the right gifts. Even with swapping out the runner up for first choice on my custom order - albeit later arrival than my target date, it’s worth the wait. The...

👍👍 I walked in and asked the lady behind the counter what she would charge me to get some links removed from my watch band. She gave me her rate, which I thought was reasonable, so she roughly suggested 3. However I thought it only needed two so I had her start there and she said it would be about 10 m...
