My child was seen here for a number of years and as a first time mom I was never listened to about concerns that I ended up being right about all along. Early intervention would’ve helped my son a lot for all of his issues and now he’s leagues behind. He may not have as functional of a life as his peers in similar situations that had access to early intervention. We have since moved but I needed records from this location for my sons school and last year it wasn’t an issue to get - this time, each person I spoke with had something different to say and one person even pretended to “go through a tunnel” even tho I wasn’t even an ounce frustrated with her was just trying to get the record I needed as it had to be DIRECTLY from them (not from me). They refused to send anything over to the school despite multiple approvals. Just frustrating and honestly it just hurt my feelings talking to the last person I spoke with. Maybe increase vacation time. At the end of the day, they work hard and still deserve it. I think it’s less the individuals problem and more of a higher up issue. As for the doctors that brushed off my sons obvious issues, idk what to say about that.

Since my review was removed due to incompetence, neglect, as well as not taking accountability, I will be pursuing the BBB next. My experience was terrible here with Dr. Kratochivil. Multiple phone tags between talking to the owners and management, my kids were blantenty ignored. They were given their first dose of the hpv vaccine. After that appointment, they scheduled another one six months out for the second dose. A week before the appointment, I called to have a reschedule due to me being sick. I called multiple times and left multiple voicemails, no one returned my calls or even cared. For that matter, we went to the higher management to make a formal complaint, still nothing but excuses. This is very sad especially coming from someone so highly thought after like children's hospital. Not only my concerns but most importantly my kids medical needs were ignored as well. I am extremely disappointed and will pursue until my kids have proper medical attention.

Minimal wait times to see physician. Helpful, kind, and knowledgeable staff, clean and bright rooms. We felt respected and that our son was being well cared for by staff that were using the most up to date medical knowledge to help him.

I love Dr. Hartley! She's very evidence based and helps ease my mommy anxiety when I come in with a million questions. She also helped ease my anxiety around how much breast milk my nearly toddler is getting. A urine sample was needed from my intact son, however, and the nurses pulled his foreskin back and made him bleed. There needs to be more education on how to properly care for intact boys in the pediatric world. For this instance I let it go because we needed a catheter to check for a potential infection but normally I wouldn't allow anyone to tug on his foreskin.

My children get the best care from children's and specifically their doctor, Dr. Loucks. She is amazing, very nice, personable and gets to the root of issues. Anytime she is unavailable, we are seen by other providers or locations, we still get great pediatric care.

The staff was attentive and friendly, the wait time wasn't bad either.

Children’s physicians was able to get us in for a quick appointment to check my sons ears right before we left town for a weekend getaway! They were amazing and accommodating!

Dr Moore is the BEST. My kid had a fever with no other symptoms and he correctly got diagnosed with strep so we can get meds and back to summer fun!!!

I just wanted to take a second to brag on Dr. Drake. She has seen our son since he was born and she has shown us so much kindness. We never feel rushed and she really takes her time and makes sure his care plan is best suited for him. She is very understanding and compassionate. I would recommend her to all new moms and seasoned moms. I am so thankful we found her. Thank you Dr. Drake.

Dr. Jamie Drake is the best doctor hands down when it comes to children! I highly recommend Children Physician at the Dundee location.

My daughter was in a lot of pain, crying and miserable from an earache. Sunday late morning I took her to the Children's Physicians where she was treated almost immediately and with genuine care and concern from all staff members including the receptionist. They really cared about how she was feeling and dealt successfully with her crying/screaming. The Doctor who treated her (Dr Sarah Cleaver) was great with my daughter! Thank you!

Absolutely love Dr. Loucks! She has been our pediatrician for 8 years. Her and the entire staff are fantastic! She is easy to talk to, listens well, and is just all the way around, great.

We are new to Omaha and are so happy with our experience at the Dundee location. My daughter had her Kindergarten physical and everyone was super friendly. Her nurse, Caitlyn, made the effort to connect with her and make her feel at ease. All of my questions were answered and addressed by a knowledgeable professional! I highly recommend this location. My only wish is that they had designated sick and well rooms.

I was reccomend to come to this clinic to see Dr. Drake for my youngest child. Cliinic was waybout kf my way but worth it to make my kids happy and feel safe and comfortable on their dr visits. We liked it soo much we have been coming here since 2016. My oldest loves Dr Drake and the rest of the crew soo much she wanted me to switch her to this location as well. (NOTE: my oldest is 15 and has had same family DR. Since birth) We absolutely love it here. Have had no problems at all. We have used urgent care multiple times as well as their Saturday appointments. They are pretty prompt with getting you seen. I feel the staff and Drs. are very well educated and know what they are doing and have fun doing it! We also see Dr. McMasters She's pretty amazing and my son absolutely loves going to see her. Would definitely reccomend this location.

Dr. Drake and her team are amazing! We have never been to a doctor's office where the caring attitude is a full circle - front desk, nurses, and the doctor. All so sweet and caring to each of our children. We aren't rushed through appointments when we are there and always get our questions answered. I have sent two emails this week through Children's Connect and had a nurse respond within the hour. AMAZING! Also, their new office is pretty great! The chairs are wide enough to set car seats in them, it is quiet, and we were in and out (with 3 kids) in 45 minutes. So glad we made the switch to Dr. Drake!

This health care system is HORRIBLE! A bunch of incompetence! I called before my appointment and stated I was running late and the lady told me she was connecting me to the front desk. She supposedly transfers me to the front desk and the lady tells me that my estimated arrival time is fine. Fast forward, I arrive at the location with my child and they state the appointment was marked as a "no show" . I ask who did I speak to at the front desk. The ladies state I didn't speak to any one of them. So whoever answered the phone did not transfer me to the front desk. Incompetence! And whoever spoke with me and stated it's okay that I'm arriving late is incompetent as well! Because the end result? My child could not be seen. As a result, I am switching providers and switching to another healthcare system because they are incompetent!

Absolutely love my child’s Dr., Specht, I got answer immediately & he showed he was concerned just as much as I was (her mother)! Very comfortable taking both of my children here & continue to do so as needed.. great dr!! unfortunately it is hard to find a honestly Great Caring Dr. anymore. So my family & I are greatful for him & the nursing staff!
