👍👍 Great place to gather with friends or come alone and make some. The vibes are immaculate and you can tell real thought was put into the whole design of the place. The plants are a welcoming touch. The drinks and music are great the food is better! Looking forward to coming back next time I'm in Omah... People often mention time, drinks, amazing, great, fantastic,

It's a lively little place to sit and have cocktails. The ambiance is excellent. Service was very friendly and nice. I went twice so far. The first time was for dinner with a friend, the next for a local Omaha event. I'm not actually that fond of their non alcoholic juice/cocktail option. I forgot I had it the first time and didn't really enjoy it and I ordered it again the second time as that's the only option they have. My friend however was very happy with hers when we had dinner. Alternatively the drinks the night of the event I was told was ok. My other friend said the drinks weren't as balanced. Ceviche 4 stars I enjoyed this dish the most when I went. It didn't hit a 5 for me, but if I'm going to sit there I feel this is the safe solid option to order. My friend thought it was excellent (she's Brazilian). My other friend who is Mexican thought it was ok. I don't know if because of their upbringing and the style of this particular dish hits differently. Unfortunately I forgot to grab the receipt and am going off the photos. As the only one that stood out was a ceviche. That's all I really remember. So I'll need to skip marking all the stars for the other dishes. Parking can be difficult in this area depending on when you go. It's all Street parking for the most part.

We stopped after we went to a show at The Orpheum. Convenient and easy parking. Relaxing fun atmosphere. The waiter was very polite and the place wasn't overly crowded. Yummy appetizers and Marisol says, the Pisco Sour is right on point.

I love this place. The dining room is really cute and fun. We sat outside on the patio, which was lovely but the tables were really tiny. The service was great and food was fantastic. I highly recommend the cheese empanadas and the chicken skewers. One sightly negative experience was the bathroom, which is very dimly lit. I have a visual impairment and as soon as I walked into the bathroom I tripped and fell over the trashcan because I couldn't see it.

Cumbia is full of unique flavors for the Omaha area. The owners are fantastic and passionate about what they do. We've been here twice and have loved everything we've had so far!

I never write reviews for places, but I needed to this time around. I am in Omaha for a business trip from Denver, and decided to give this place a shot based on reviews. First off, the waitstaff and ownership are just amazing. They were so gracious to walk me through the menu and drinks, explaining what they specialize in. I was stuck between a few items, but they gave me some recommendations and I was so amazed with the quality. I got myself a house margarita, cheese/chicken empanadas (the sauce with the cheese ones was jaw dropping), Anticuchos/Chuzos, and a Chicharron Sandwich. The flavors and quality of the food was beyond my expectations going in, even after reading the countless reviews of this place showing their quality. I will be going back tomorrow when they open before my flight, as it was simply that amazing. Cannot wait to try a bag of the coffee I purchased as I was leaving. I plead with anyone that reads this review, please go to that place and give it a shot. The food was top notch, prices were amazing, and the staff are so friendly. To the staff: See you guys tomorrow!

What a beautiful atmosphere with super kind staff! Their Empanadas and ceviche were top notch and their Pisco sour and Mojito’s were terrific! Can’t wait to come back to try more.

The restaurant has a very relaxed an authentic vibe. It’s self seating which is helpful as the staff seemed busy. After sitting down, there was some time before they waitress came and took our order (at which point we put our entire order in one go). The drinks came out fast and were delicious! They seemed to not have many of the seafood options and ran out of the vegetarian ones as well (huge bummer!). What they did have was delicious and came out fast. We liked the empanadas and the fried cheese curds the most. The jam was not nearly as spicy as I would have liked (probably because most locals wouldn’t be able to tolerate anymore spice). The price point is very reasonable for the quality of food! There were a few draw backs like waiting a long time to have our orders placed, and they didn’t give us water.

We loved this place! Fun casual atmosphere, I can see this being the perfect place to hang out with friends in the summer time. It was my first experience with Colombian food and I enjoyed several outstanding flavors. I had the Choripan sandwich. I considered the vegetarian version, but it wasn’t available and I was informed their vegetarian options were very limited. Not a big deal (for me, but just FYI) and I’m happy with my selection. The sausage and chimichurri were outstanding. Really loved the jalapeño ale as well (shoutout to Kinkaider Brewing). You can taste the jalapeño but it’s not very spicy. The empanadas were nice as well and we especially enjoyed the salsa that comes with them.

Cozy bistro with a fantastic ambiance. Small plates and fantastic drinks, great place to try Colombia inspired Latin cuisine. Sharable plates makes it easy to dive into the very complete menu. The service was attentive without being intrusive. The drinks are amazing!

Wonderful relaxing experience from beginning to end! Our server was friendly and knowlegeable. Food (and drinks!) were delicious. Great ambiance and decor. If I'm ever back in Omaha, I will go here again!

Amazing place, owners, food, cocktails, coffee, and vision! You need to try their authentic espresso drinks (including espresso martini - literally the best I've ever had!). You'll never want other coffee. I love all of their dishes that I've tried. I've never experienced South American food like this. I love trying new things and each thing I try does not disappoint!

Service was excellent, cocktails were great and so reasonably priced, atmosphere is cozy, and the food was delicious and authentic, and this is coming from a Colombian! Don’t expect a huge menu though, it’s mostly small plates. We sat at the bar so the service was immediate and very personable. Highly recommend the empanadas, the picado, and a Medegin. I also love some of the small details like playing a beloved old sitcom, El Chavó del Ocho, at the bar. Can’t wait to go back!

Great Dinner. Service was great. Food came out very fast and tasted great. Ceviche with banana chips and the Pisco Sour were the best.

Lovely dishes. Easy to share. Beautifully presented, light and flavorful, delicious. Drinks also beautiful and refreshing. Lots of green, wonderful quotes on walls/floor, inventive decor. Bathroom walls/ceiling entirely cover with comic book pages and quirky monkey lamp. Great service.

Busy little hip place. Food was fantastic. This is a small cozy place though, so call ahead for a group. Plan your visit around Orpheum traffic. The eclectic cocktails are amazing.
