Everything went right with the takeout lasagna Family-style bundle (serves 4-6). Ordered the day before for an 11:00am pickup and it was ready to go when i arrived. The Lassgna was hot and fresh, salads plentiful, crispy and fresh. Surprised that it came with 24 breadsticks. Ordered extra dip (5-cheese) which was very good. Overall, the food, employees and ease of ordering/pickup made this a great Experience.

Olive Garden has got the best Alfredo Pasta without any doubt. We always get Shrimp Alfredo and Five Cheese Ziti Al Forno with some extra parmesan at the top. Olive Garden has also got really good breadsticks that are served warm for free as starters. The sides that we usually go with are Minestrone Soup and the House Salad.

Ate here for lunch today with a few friends. Good portion sizes- the chicken was super tender and juicy. Alfredo noodles cooked perfectly, sauces were creamy and delicious. Large wine selection, the spiked lemonade is wonderful too. Also soups are hot and filling!

When we arrived, I noticed dedicated Veterans parking stalls in the parking lot, A+. The hostess was very polite. The dining room was a disappointment. We walked past numerous tables needing to be bussed. We stared at the unbussed tables during our entire meal, not very appetizing or romantic while looking at other people's dirty dishes. Our waiter, Robert, was helpful and kind. The Zuppa Toscana & Chicken Gnocchi was excellent. We ordered the Tour of Italy & Chicken & Shrimp Carbonara. The Chicken Parm was burnt and tough, but the Lasagna was good, all part of the Tour of Italy 🇮🇹. The Carbonara was excellent! And for dessert, we ordered the Strawberry Cream Cake. It was also excellent. I would highly recommend it. The only other complaint I have, is our waiter visited our table a couple of times and never cleared any of our dishes after our meal. I had to keep sliding the dishes to the empty part of our table.

We had a party of eight. We arrived very early at the restaurant... About 4:30 pm .... There were not many people at that time. But our waiter served other tables first, people that had come in after us. I guess when it's a large party they don't give you preferential treatment. Also there was a game on the table that we played, nowhere did it say we were going to be charged for playing that game, yet when the bill came we were charged... I think that was a rip off.... The salad was good. The soup was good. The eggplant Parmesan was also good. The lasagna was quite salty and cool...(not hot)... I couldn't get the waiter's attention to send it back so I ate it anyway.... I think they need more waiters and waitresses. I think they are very short staffed. I don't think I'll return to that location again. There is one closer to my house in Shadow Lake... We chose this location because family was coming from Fremont and it was more convenient for them....

We ordered from olive garden to celebrate my 85 yr old mother in laws B-day. Had lasagna, breadsticks and salad. It was excellent! Service was very friendly and complete. Large amounts of food, plenty of utensils, serving spoons. With the huge salad, we were given dressing, croutons, etc. I would highly recommend olive garden!

We came here for lunch. Our server was amazing we loved her. She was super sweet to my daughter also. We had salmon ironically and not pasta but it was delicious. I'd highly recommend. My daughter had Mac and cheese with grapes. The breadsticks are always delicious and fresh. The salad was good as well.

Had a great visit. I don't get to go to Olive garden very often but you can always count on their lasagna to cheer you up. They have a new lasagna brownie in the pictures too. Might go back soon to try it too as it looks fantastic.

We had zero wait time. Every employee that interacted with us was pleasant. Our server, Abby did a great job. The food was great. Our salad was fresh and tasty. The bread sticks were, as always, excellent. We had a very good (excellent) experience.

I’d love to give this Olive Garden location 5 stars because the food was good and our server was very sweet… she could have stopped by a bit more frequently but at least she was wasn’t part of the horseplay going on at the hostess station. At one point there was as many as 9 employees messing around, eating and being loud while our drinks, salad and breadsticks sat empty.

Our waitress vicki was amazing!. She was super nice and on top of things., came yo our table and other a few times to make sure we were OK or if we needed anything. 5 stars for Vicki alone.

They were pretty busy when we visited on a wed night. But everyone was friendly and we were seated no more then 10 min! Out waiter was very prompt and quickly took our orders and checked on us frequently! We were able to order and eat in under 2 hours. Food came out hot and delicious!

The only word I can come up with is impeccable. Jason was our waiter and Brandon(I believe) was the manager. Jason made us feel comfortable and his hospitality was on point. The food came out hot, fresh, and tasted like gold. Only issue was the meatballs didn't come out fast enough for our appetizer but brandon made it right in immediately upon figuring out there was an issue. The parking lot could use a pickup as well. Overall can't get any better unless you go to Flemings steakhouse!!! Thanks Jason!!!!!

Between the food and service alone, it's worth a stop in. Cozy fireplaces and various rooms for dining, breaks up the lunch room feel and provides an almost special dinner night feel. Classy but not so upscale you don't feel comfortable in your khakis and a nice shirt. Italian cuisine is served and they do have a kids menu for the little ones

Took my adult son there for his bday. There were 5 in our party. Waitress was excellent! We went for endless pasta deal they had going. It was very delicious & had many options to choose from. We definitely got our money's worth! Salad & breadsticks were good as always & we tried a dessert. It was just as delicious & much larger portion than expected! Everyone in our party really enjoyed this dinner!

I got a togo order. Food was ready ahead of the quoted time. The person who brought my food out was very friendly and professional. The food was delicious and everything was packed correctly. Olive Garden has the best to-go system out of any restaurant. Thank you for always being great.

We dined at Olive Garden on 169 and Center in Omaha. Laura was our server and she was incredible. Attentive, knowledgeable, kind, friendly, quick with unsolicited refills. Just Johnny on the spot with everything. The food was also incredible. Top 10 experience.

Went here for my daughters birthday dinner. They had an area and table large enough to accommodate our family. The server did a great job keeping up with drinks, and the food was good.

Recently went here with my boyfriend and our group of close friends and the food was amazing, the waitress was kind and attentive, and overall, we enjoyed spending our time here-especially after doing mini-golf and driving around for awhile! Hopefully we can return here soon - we absolutely loved it!

My server was AMAZING! Her name was Jazmin. She checked in on us very well. Great customer service and patient with our 3 kids. Gave good recommendations for food. Will be coming back!

We held a family birthday dinner celebration here for our oldest boy. We had great service, and (as always) great food! The atmosphere was a bit less private than preferred, we had a table right in the pathway between two eating areas. It is also a real pain that you can't make reservations, we had a wait of 50 minutes for a table of 11 and we informed them well ahead of time (days and the evening of) but still couldn't reserve a table. Overall, a good experience but I'd do things differently next time.

Food good as always but service was horrible & seriously felt disrespected. Waited 25 minutes to get seat then get seated at the bar that was empty when we first walked in and was when we left I guess they have a dress code no one told me about (we came from the lake) 15 more minutes for drinks. Got our food then another 10-15 minutes for 1 refill on breadsticks that we got from a different waitress...our waitress got a standard 20% tip but in all honesty she didn't deserve 10% especially on a $107 bill.

I sat at the bar with Tyler - Tyler gave us a delighting experience and friendly service we have had not found our last few times out in Omaha. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. 6/5

The food and service at the Lakeside restaurant seem to get better every time I go here. The prices are going up too. I was a bit surprised to see our bill was $73 for 3 people. Fettuccine Alfredo, cheese ravioli, and chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and 2 iced teas are all we ordered. Good thing we didn't order any cocktails! =)

Haven't been in years. Surprisingly food was much better than before. A little hiccup with the seating. Server was very pleasant. Overall a great experience. I can add to my list of places to eat. 👍👌🍽

My husband and I were there on Monday the 3rd. Sat in the far dinning area. Our waiter went above and beyond in his service to us. Clean cut young man, Tall with dark hair. Sorry, but can't remember his name Very personable. Made sure we were always well taken care of! So, whoever he was, he needs a big raise and a pat on the back! Great experience!

We were seated Farley quickly. Our waiter Dylan was very nice and helpful. Food was delicious

Avoid going on the weekend. We were a party of 5 and had to wait 45minutes for the main dishes to be served. Restroom was in dire need of cleaning.
