    Absolutely terrible. This is one of THE WORST Bdubs that I have been to. And I have been to several all across America. This is terrible. It is dirty. The staff are incredibly rude. We were there at a downtime and they were still extremely slow with a takeout order for two chicken sandwiches. They made us wait 50 minutes on the bench by the door after taking the order. I asked repeatedly for the order. They told me it was not ready. They lied. Only after waiting fifty minutes did they bring it out. The food was cold and nearly inedible. This is absolutely atrocious. Wendy’s or Burger King would be better by a longshot. At least the food from their, even if greasy, would be warm, and the staff would not be rude to you. Absolutely do yourself a favor and do not go to this location!

    They had a BOGO dea on Tuesdays if you have the App!, so im having wings for lunch and dinner, Yum!! Extra crispy, sauce on the side... Jennifer got everything right 10/10 come see for yourself

    The first time I was craving some wings. So my family and I stopped by Saturday, it was full of people so we decided to order online. After I ordered online, it said there would be a 2 and a half hour wait for my food..I understood because there was a lot of people. I chose to go inside and cancel it because I wasn’t going to wait 2 and a half hours for my food, we were very hungry to wait for that long. The manager said he would take care of it and refund me my money back. After a week, it turns out they still hadn’t refunded me, so I went back to claim my money and also purchase some food. The person in the front, she was very nice. The problem was the manager who didn’t even apologize and gave me an attitude when I politely asked why I hadn’t received my refund. Was it too difficult for him to give me an apology and move on instead of giving me an attitude and demanding me to give him my exact amount and card info. Even though, he gave me an attitude, I gave him a second chance and ordered some more food. The food was atrocious. There were feathers in my wings. The pictures below prove my point. I would like my refund back for the second purchase. This has never happened to me before. Go to Bellevue or Council Bluffs for better food and service!!!

    We spent 42 dollars on Door Dash delivery and I did not receive my fries with my burger. They did not put bacon on it and did not leave off the hot peppers from the burger that had all been specified on my online order. I waited for over an hour for a wrap, burger and fries on a Thursday night at 1015?!?! Not happy at all with this delivery or the Dodge St. location. Will not be using Door Dash for Buffalo Wild Wings, or going to the Dodge St. location ever. Ridiculous.

    Horrible presentation and disgusting quality. Ordered 15 wings and they arrived with little to no seasoning/sauce, some pieces were over cooked and burnt, and dried out carrots. I called to let the manager, Tristen know about the quality. GO TO TRACKS OR RAYS WINGS, they would never do me like this, especially for the price that I paid for delivery. They have better quality and never slack on the dry rub and sauce on their wings, I will not order from here in the future.

    Food was fantastic. The lady checking us in seemed to care more about her phone than job but Heather the bartender made the entire trip so much better with the energy and effort put into serving us. She is absolutely hilarious and made everything so much better. She made us want to come back.

    Here is what I wrote their corp cs: I deliver food to your customers. I stood 5 or more min before I could get anyone to ask someone to help me. Two young men came and asked what I needed. I told them I was there for a to go order and gave the name. He brought the bag to me and as I reached out to grab it and he deliberately dropped it about a foot onto the counter and when I asked him to give it to me next time he said "I did and you dropped it". I commented that he didn't and began to leave when he leaned over the counter laughing and waving to have a good day. I stopped and demanded to speak to the manager. She came walking up to me demanding I give her the food in my hands and I was never to treat HER employees that way again. I told her I was NEVER rude to them and showed her what they did. She tried to grab the food already in my hand telling me she was canceling the order..I told her she WAS NOT taking the food in my hands as I WAS going to deliver it. Now..I get paid even if she took the order. Remember these are NOT my customers they are YOURS. I understand some drivers may not be optimal BUT your staff and manager was the worst I've ever had. I've been delivering for 4 yrs and NEVER had a problem or been treated with such disrespect. I reported this to Doordash and told them not to worry as I will never take orders to your customers again. I am 61 yrs old and worked 7 years under Mr. Marriott for Marriott hotels. If I would have EVER, even remotely, treated the people making him money disrespectfully, I would have been fired. I have no idea if they broke the containers the customers food was in when it was dropped. I find it funny managers and employees feel they will still have a job if they have no customers or delivery drivers to pick up the orders which make up most likely half of their business. Customers can go anywhere to eat. I am treated respectfully by Wing STOP employees.

    Completely under staff. They have a sign up that states to wait to be seated. I was then directed to stand and wait for 5 minutes to even be seated because they are busy but there were clearly open tables to be seated at. When I asked the manager Heather about about the situation her response was they only have two servers, so waiting upfront rather then waiting seated was the right answer. Overall a bad experience.

    My family and I came in today and thought we could get early dinner around 3-4pm. After waiting 10 minutes before a server came to us, after getting our seats. Waited over an hour and still have not gotten our food. We all stood up and left. The place was not even busy. One of the worse service my family and I had. Our appetizers was not even served before the meals. Maybe other locations are better, but I would avoid this location.

    We stopped in after a concert and the wait was unacceptably long due to a staffing shortage. Not their fault, just a fact these days. We were served reasonably promptly after we were seated but one of our party waited an extra 10 minutes for his food. The food was typical for this type of restaurant consistent with their other chain locations. Of course there was a sporting event that night so the crowd was loud but that's to be expected. The staff did their best under the circumstances .

    Slowest restaurant ever, its burgers and wings, not fine dining, wow. They have three table sitting, 15 people waiting for delivery, and at least six people waiting to be set, and in 20 minutes I saw two workers walk past and no one said hello, why would anyone pay to eat at a place like this??? I used to always avoid delivery pick up now I certainly won't be eating here either. I went to a barbecue street down the place and was served immediately 👍

    Waitress was awesome. The food was good, but some kitchen workers started physically fighting in the dining room. The last time was at this location, customers started physically fighting. The time before that, a homeless individual tried to fight right outside the door because i told him i dont smoke when he asked for a smoke. Too many fights in my experience.

    The food was good but the price was outrageous. I had a burger, fries, & split the cost of an app with water. It came to $30 somehow. The waiter was full of himself. He tried to flirt, complained about his other table not tipping well, and tried to tell us he's used to making 300 to 400 a night in tips. He forgot to order the appetizer & when we asked about it he said it was cuz he forgot to ask what sauce we wanted, but he had asked because he told us he doesn't like ranch. We were done with our food when it finally arrived & I was surprised to see the full price still being charged. The place was pretty empty but they sat another table right next to us. Before they could sit in their seats the smell of their cheap body spray that they apparently swam in before walking into the restaurant made it uncomfortable to breathe and we asked to move to a different table. We were told that we could move to the next one down and we did even though it didn't make much of a difference. When we asked for the check he made a comment about how it was attached to the other table so he'd have to go print a ticket out and run the card. That must have sounded like too much work for him because after waiting for a few minutes & he hadn't returned with it we got up & scanned the other table's QR code, paid, & ready to leave when he came back with the paper check. He made the experience kind of creepy. I know he thought he was being charming but it was annoying & I was there to visit with a friend not to entertain the waiter's rude comments.

    There were very few people dining in and we stood at the door for awhile waiting to be seated. The wings were served to us cold, the fries and wedges were warm, but not fresh, and the service was very slow. We had to ask multiple times for refills. They did have a good selection of games on.

    The food was easily microwaved. It's definitely something i could have made at home. It has slowly gone downhill and may be hitting the bottom soon. The waitress was nice enough, but we sat there a good few minutes while they argued who took the table... there were only 3 other tables occupied.

    Horrible! Waited 1.5 hours for our food to come out cold half the order and then another 15min to get the rest incorrect. Manager then asked What do you want me to do about it. It was seriously hand down worst dining experience we have ever had!

    Went here today and I always love the traditional wings, but our waitress was not so good at her job. She didn’t ask if we needed refills, didn’t ask if the food was ok or if we needed anything. We literally only seen her when she took our order then gave us the food, just twice. Took about a hr just to get our food and drinks.

    I was dining here this evening when a woman walked in to receive a door dash pick up. She had to ask 3 times for her door dash order and when the man came to counter to hand her the food, I was completely shocked to witness what I did. The man held out the bag as if he wanted the door dasher to reach up for the bag, and right before she did he let it drop and the food slammed on the counter. This is someone's paid for, food! She asked him not to do that again and as she walked out he mocked her. She turned around and asked for the manager. The manager was completed disgusting to this woman and demanded she give the food back and she was going to cancel the order. The dasher said no, she wasn't giving the food back she was going to deliver it to yhe customer. The manager accused her of being rude but I watched the entire thing. She wasn't rude at all. I won't be dining here again, I'll take my group somewhere else also. Or at least to a different location. Next time I door dash, i.hope to get a caring door dasher like this woman. That manager and the employee need to seriously retrained, or not hold their positions any longer.

    They had Cauliflower wings this time... The server was ok. Their personality was different, a little bit much, but basically got the job done, not what I would have preferred for my server. The order wasn't exactly correct, but not messed up enough to ruin our dinner. Asked for a boneless and a bone in order, and brought both with bone in. Dinner was prepared fast, like 20 min after we sat down so that was nice. We were in and out in about an hour which was all the time we had so that was very convenient on a Saturday.

    Training needs to be better. Our checks were constantly coming back wrong and we witnessed other guests waiting 10 minutes to get seated and then when were getting seated one of waitresses said to put them in a different area bc it wasn't her turn. The guests were seated and waited 10 minutes before they got up and left due to not being served.

    The manager "Q" is beyond disrespectful! And one of the younger employees laughed at me on the phone and hung up in my face. I then drove there but I did not say anything. Although I ordered my winds 20 minutes before arrival, I still waited an additional 40 minutes inside the restaurant! There were literally only 3 tables sat so they were not busy whatsoever. The manager "Q" and 2 other employees were sitting in a booth laughing and cursing nonstop while the kitchen was completely unattended. Myself and numerous Ubereats drivers waited for over 30 minutes. The Uber drivers left without the orders. And the staff constantly used the n word every other word right on front of guests. This place has been like this for years and years.

    trash location. Waited 10 minutes for the hostess to greet us. Were then told to wait 20 minutes for a table even though half the restaurant was empty. After 20 minutes we were told it would be another 20 minutes. We ended up leaving as we were lied to. Terrible customer service at this location. Avoid at all costs.

    We should have walked out as soon as we walked in. We had to wait for a table even though there were over half of them clean and the hostess wanted to clean one from us, then the waitress didn't have correct menus, wasn't sure what kid's meals were. Adults have been sitting for over 15 minutes with no drinks that were ordered or water. Only thing correct thus far is that the kids got a beverage. Cleanliness and customer service are out the window at this establishment.

    When we went in we got greeted with a big smile. The cashier name was Sapphire. She made us fill so welcomed. I can't remember the managers name but he was so nice. Wings are great! We had a great time.

    Food is never ready for pickup. All the time. 30 minutes late and one driver had to wait over an hour for a simple order. Update to be fair the one star was for the lateness of the orders however I did try some of their foods on many occasions and I give the food 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ To be fair I went back a few times after a break. 4 more times and it was a totally different experience. Everything on time. Excellent service. Their tables were mostly filled with people and their foods and workers seemed relaxed. I put Buffalo Wild Wings on top as best places to eat and pick up. 5 ⭐ for food and service!!!!

    Server was good, Service was poor. Length of time it took to get food and drinks was too much for a simple order. Seated us at a table in the middle of the floor and when we asked to be seated at one of the open booths along the wall, we were told they were unavailable. That's not how you treat your customers.

    The worst BDubs I have ever been to. Restaurant was at less then 50% capacity when we went on a Saturday evening. Took forever to be seated. Our appetizer of onion rings came out in a big clump of fried weirdness and had to be sent back. 2 out of 7 orders were wrong, and one was forgotten altogether. We had to repeatedly ask for napkins, silverware, celery/carrots, and dipping sauces. Then when we were finished our dishes were never cleared and we had to wait forever for the check. Absolutely awful; will not be back to this one.
