This is my favorite coffee spot in omaha. I love their coffee flavors and their coffee beans. This is the only place that I know who has coffee flights. Try any of their 4 coffees in a flight form. My favorite is the butter beer. It never disappoints! Be sure to sign up for their rewards program. I was able to work my way up to a free coffee today.

We came here for some hot chocolate and coffee this morning. The coffee shop was full which is a good thing. The staff was very prompt and they were all working so hard. They were all friendly and delivered excellent customer service. We like to fancy this place from time to time as a treat as a family. Everything was delicious my wife even got a scone. My son got a hot chocolate. That’s his number one go to. The facility was well-maintained and very clean. Everything seemed organized and clutter free. Despite the fact that they had a full house you were still plenty of room for everyone and more. Parking was a little tight outside but that’s OK a few extra steps never hurt anybody. Will be coming back here time and time again.

Got the Harvest Spice (pumpkin white mocha and hazelnut latte 🫢) and it was SO delicious. I could still taste the espresso amidst all the flavors, and it was perhaps the best fall drink I've had this season. 🍂 The space was huge and cozy, and the service was fantastic, too.

Zen is my absolute favorite coffeehouse in Omaha (especially Zen West). I go there so often, they know my name and my order. The baristas are absolutely stellar at what they do. My favorite drinks are the Pumpkin Patch Latte (a secret menu item) and the Tropical Paradise Lemonade. The best way to try a selection of their drinks is to get a flight. Love this place!

I have been to Zen several times now (mostly this location) and I am shocked I haven't taken more photos...its probably because everything is so good I just consume so quickly. I highly recommend trying the Honey Bee Latte and this peach toast. Both are truly incredible. I love this place. It is always a happy vibe, has great food and you can earn points here (which I love). I can't recommend this place enough! 10/10

I love their coffee we tried them last Sunday and it was amazing! I told my fiance it was gonna be my new regular coffee shop! I was however disappointed this last time we went went we decided to order online because I new it was gonna be busy it was a Saturday morning and we had to wait in line forever and then they said someone else picked up our order.. she was super sweet and remade our coffees super fast but it was the wrong order and we didn't realize till we had left and tried it and we were super sad bc we were excited to try new drinks there and we ended up not liking the drinks we got l! But overall love the place and lady's there are super sweet! Update! The manager emailed me and refunded me for my order from when they messed up our drinks they were super sweet and responded in minutes of my review! My fiance and I go here all the time it feels like! it's definitely our go to coffee place I rate it better than Starbucks and scooters! They have a great variety of coffee and tea and even offer coffe fights where u can try multiple different coffees! we have never had an issue with our drinks they make great quality coffee and have delicious toast flights and scones! They always are super sweet and even if it's busy you get your coffee fast warm and still great quality! If you buy or bring your own cup you get a discount which is amazing:(

This place is incredible. Our coffee flight was amazing at a very reasonable price, all of them perfectly brewed and sweetened. The bagel I got was also amazing, perfectly sweet and spicy. The baristas were fantastic. Another customer was asking for their flight remade at the busiest time of the day for being too watery when the person they were with's flight wasn't (The complaining customer had oatmilk and had let the drinks sit and the ice melt, watering them down while the one they were with had regular milk and did not let them sit.) The baristas not only remade their drinks but still found the time to decorate our tray and make our experience wonderful. I will come back to Omaha just for this coffee.

One of the busiest coffee shops I’ve seen in a while! Cute location with great coffee choices. We got an iced honey lavender latte and a cold frothed lavender latter!

Had the pleasure of visitng Zen Coffee West this morning! I will start by saying - I don't like coffee.. I know. Blasphemous. Why did I visit a coffee shop when I don't like coffee? Well, for starters, I needed somewhere to kill some time and not many places are open at 7AM! And I knew they had some delicious non-bean based options, so it made sense to drop by! The Sunshine Daydream was just that - a sweet and pleasant drink packed with fruity flavors that really gets taken over the top with the bottom layer of grenadine. I snagged one of the HoneyBee toasts as well and loved every bite. The atmosphere was quaint and quiet, and the service was quick and friendly. I'll definitely be returning!

My mom and I stopped in to try a flight and it was very unique and fun! My favorites were the pistachio white mocha and the elderflower lemonade. No joke, I could drink them both by the gallon. (I later went to the Zen drive thru off of Pacific to get the pistachio drink and it was made exactly the same, so kudos for consistency!) My mom and I also tried a blueberry and a ham/cheese scone. She LOVED the savory one. I think we will be back again during the colder months to try out some of the hot drinks!

Love love love is sooo cute and homey. Went with a friend and had so much fun. The food was great and I love the fact that they have gluten free/friendly options.

I thought avocado toast was overrated until I had it here. I ordered the caprese toast with added avocado. The contrast between the sweet balsamic and the salty pesto was amazing; especially combined with the acidity of the tomatoes. The fresh mozzarella was so soft. The customer service was fantastic. They recommended the spiced mocha (seasonal) and although I've doordashed their coffee before, I wasn't prepared for how beautiful and delicious it is when it's fresh. This place knocked it out of the park. Highly recommend.

We went on a BOGO day, got to try 4 of their drinks. The strawberry smoothie and belgian waffle coffee were the standouts for me, the chunky monkey iced coffee and elderflower lemonade were both tasty too. Good start to a morning 🌄

First time visit, absolutely lived up to expectations. The coffee is rich and flavorful without any bitterness, or harsh aftertaste (banana bread latte was my favorite from the Flight). The Toast Flight was amazing, so many wonderful flavors, but the strawberry Nutella was hands down the best. Great atmosphere, wonderful food and drink, will definitely be coming back!!

Amazing coffee flight as well as toast flights. Very well done and quite the taste. Laid back environment and cool to spend good time with family or friends. Quick service as well as courteous.

Our first stop on a girls day out. We absolutely loved the coffee flights and avocado toast. All of the coffees we tried were fabulous. We made a reservation and had a table ready for us when we got there. Looking forward to going back and highly recommend checking this place out.

Warm and welcoming environment with the nicest staff. Oh, and the drinks and food are top notch. I've recently tried 2 different toast flights that did not disappoint and while usually a straight coffee drinker I'm now obsessed with their egg not cold brew! I hear the Stroopwafel latte is worth any drive🤣

I love the cold brew but the inconsistency is too apparent here. I went yesterday and got a cold brew with strawberry foam on top. It was delicious. The most amazing flavor. Then today I got it again and this is what it looked like when it got handed to me. And it does not taste good. I am disappointed. I was looking forward to a delicious one I had just yesterday. Today was much busier but to me...you should still have consistency with your products.

Nice atmosphere and staff. Coffee was very bitter, possibly they don’t know how to steam almond milk properly. The banana bread latte was quite sugary, which was required to overcome the burnt almond milk taste.

Zen is one of my favorite coffee companies here in Omaha. I’ve had great experiences at both locations but today at the West location was fantastic! I stopped in with my kids and got a kids drink flight for them and a flight for myself. Usually at Zen you have to retrieve items at the counter yourself, which is fine, but today the workers brought both flights and the food we ordered directly to our table so I didn’t have to leave my younger kids sitting all by themselves. I wish I would’ve gotten names but I sincerely appreciated what they did! As for the coffee and food, you can’t go wrong. The everything avocado toast is delicious (I didn’t get a picture of it, but the sliced avocado was perfect), the rotating pastry selection is fun to try, and the coffee flight is a great way to sample some of the awesome flavor combinations Zen comes up with. The coffee itself is very smooth as well. As always, Zen knocked it out of the park!
