I asked for a caramel macchiato, and asked for an extra shot of espresso in it. She didn't know what a macchiato was so I told her just make a coffee drink with whole milk. She informed me they can't add a shot of espresso so I said okay no big deal on that. A different gal made my drink. My drink ended up with only milk and the flavoring! I asked the gal who made it if there is any coffee in it and she said oops! I forgot! I'll remake it. You could look at this thing and realize there was no coffee in it. The gal who originally took my order remade my drink and it LOOKS and TASTES exactly the same as the first one! Here's a picture of the remake. And this is why I usually go to other coffee shops.

I thought I’d try something new so I ordered one of their waffle breakfast sandwiches but when I opened the bag, and I wish I was exaggerating, it looked like it was thrown against a wall; it was in pieces! I took it back to the drive-thru and showed the server, and all he did was shrug his shoulders and say “I mean it’s not perfect”. What a sad start to the day.

This is my favorite Scooter's! I used to live in Papillion and I would literally go out of my way to get coffee from here just because the baristas are so awesome and they always get my order right. (Did that for over 2 years and I still have no regrets). Everyone who works there is super friendly and polite. Most importantly, they never mind when I hang out for several hours to work/procrastinate from doing my work by chatting with them xD

hello Viewers, I am a big coffee drinkers and probably grab a starbucks every morning whenever I am on the biz trip. I never see a Scooter's coffee in San Francisco area, but I am attractive by the full red cup and a cute name when I visit Omaha. not sure if it's all the scooter's coffee will taste like 2 stars, but this is definitely one of the lowest ranked latte I had for a while. it taste like a water. besides, I notice scooter's coffee menu are more focus on the smoothie type? maybe a this is the store for the dessert type? anyways, I am not impressed with this scooter's coffee specifically. another nightmare is when I land to Omaha airport, and the only coffee shop available is another scooter's coffee. Spent near $7 for a drink that is only filled halfway and disgusting. This is disappointing. I won’t be coming to this scooters ever again.

Why does a place that sells coffee cups/tumblers/bottles not put coffee into said container? This location has put a blender drink into my Scooters branded tumbler in the past but they wouldn't yesterday. So I just drove down the street to another Scooters that would. Super frustrating.

How to delicious pumpkin caramelicious latte and blueberry muffin. The young lady behind the counter was super helpful with my son helping him decide what to order in ensuring that his drink was at "kid temperature". She also told him that if he didn't like it to let her know and she would make him something else.

Consistent waits now. Used to be a 2 maybe 3 minute wait with orders (ordering ahead/ordering in drive thru) now you're lucky to get out of there in 15mins and that's with you and maybe one other car. Two times now the girl says oh pull ahead we got you. Get up to the window and she has no idea of the order or can't find it. Place needs some organization, urgency, and consistency

By far the worst service I’ve had here in Omaha!!! I’m all the way from California and we walk in to order 2 drinks and the lady doesn’t even say hi but she tops it off with taking 3 different drive-thru orders and still doesn’t regard that she has customers that walked inside!!! Completely RUDE and doesn’t even deserve a 1 star!!!

Even though the Wifi was having issues on the day I visited (ended up using a hotspot to work), the staff was extremely kind and refilled my water bottle generously when I had finished all my drinks. Sometimes kind people is all a place needs, even if things don’t go as planned. Enjoyed my visit to this location.

They have great coffe but the service was not very good. I had order a cookie and the punkin muffin they charged me for tge cookie then told me at the window that they where all out and same with the muffin.

Always great stopping by for a smoothie. Staff is always very happy and always friendly. I love all Scooters but this one is the main one I go to.

This coffee looks really disgusting and it looks like everything just sank to the bottom everything just floating on top I asked for a vanilla blended and when I get my scooter's somewhere else they do it perfect. This 1 looks like all I can see is FOAM on top everything black at the bottom it just stays really bland and flat AND does not set well. Better off going to the other scooters couple blocks away from this one. The staff was very welcoming though.

The white coffee and long black are exceptional. They have quality coffee beans and great team with amazing latte skills. Food is modern and clean, delicious.

I come here so often as a UNO student and the baristas are the nicest people i have ever met. One of the girls put me on matcha and i swear my life has CHANGED because of this drink🥰

My husband goes down there almost every day and gets me s pumpkin spice carmelicious blender. Yesterday and today have been quite the challenge. Yesterday they just put the white foam on top. Very nasty!!! Thank it s morning they tried to give him a coffee over ice with white foam and cinnamon on top. He called them on it that was not what he ordered. The person at the window told him he was going to have to pay extra for the product they used n that one. What!!!! Pay for their mistake. I don’t think so. He finally got his order but sbout came unglued. Pat Tapp

I come here with friends every Wednesday. The employees are always super friendly and make for a pleasant experience. Scooters coffee isn't the best tasting coffee in the world, but the employees bring it to 5-stars.
