They did a good job on my coffee and heating up my sandwich, but the fact that they don’t honor the app points or rewards is inexplicable to me. This place is crazy busy and it would have a minimal affect on the overall picture. Do the right thing and honor the app.

I had a very bad experience at this Scooters. The gal that was making the drinks was very disrespectful. She made 2 of our 3 Blenders & & asked politely if she had us down for 3 drinks. She wouldn't look at me or acknowledge me. She made some additional drinks & I waited a few more minutes. I asked her again if she had us down for 3 blenders. She would not look at me but she started to mock me. I waited a few more minutes & I raised my voice a little bit & said Miss I wasn't sure you if you heard me on the 3rd drink. She wouldn't look at me but she said yes & everyone else standing here heard you too. Awful service!!!

A small coffeand shakes outlet at Eppley Airfield Omaha airport. Just at the entry for security checkin and exit for baggage point. There's nothing much at this coffee place. But for the kind of small airport, this is ok. There's coffee shakes and a couple of things to eat as well. Overall a pretty ordinary experience.

Got food poisoning from their PB protein shake. I went against my better judgement when I saw all the dairy products sitting out, who knows how long they’ve been out. It hit me on my second flight. Horrible experience. It was the only thing I’d had to eat/drink for hours so I doubt it was anything else. There was only one person working and she was hustling and quickly got products out. The only good thing about my visit. But she probably didn’t have enough time to put perishables back in the refrigerator.

Omaha Airport Terminal B Scooters is the slowest and worst service I've ever experienced from a Scooter's Coffee. Understaffed and ignoring customers. At least the coffee was reliably good.

Genuinely the worst cold brew I’ve ever had - don’t even understand how it could be that bad something was seriously wrong with that drink

While Scooters products are very good, the service is lacking. Of the three employees I come across when I stop in, only one is friendly and says hi. The others look like they are bored and/or don't want to be there.

Dude said "I'll be right back" left and went to the food side. Waited 5 minutes before the next barista showed up. Ordered a bagle sandwich and latte that was 20 dollars. Sandwich was boardeline awful. And someone knocked my latte out of my hand so there went another 9 bucks down the drain. Over priced and lousy. Plus bad customer service. I'm a local and expect better from scooters. I know price gouging when I see it.

Cash register never works and way over priced compared to any other location, even for an airport location.

The lady at the Omaha Airport was not pleasant and complained about being there too long and had nothing to smile about. Poor service

Ridiculous price for a puny, sub standard, barely tasty breakfast burrito.

I typically love Scooter's coffee. I actually look forward to the coffee when I come to Omaha. The coffee from the airport terminal Scooter's is by far the worst coffee I've ever had. It was burnt and I did not get the correct size I ordered. If I could give this location less than 1 star I would.

Closed early so I couldn't buy the coffee I was expecting to get in the airport. Small airport with small terminals with limited options available, so closing early shouldn't happen IMO.

Rude baristas, lousy coffee, and didn't accept their own gift cards. Seriously, it says RIGHT ON THE CARD that it's accepted at ANY Scooters location. Screw this place, never again.

Staff was friendly. If you like good coffee, get it somewhere else; while edible, it is otherwise NFG.

The food I ordered was great. The person running the register, however, was shockingly rude and nasty to me when I pointed out that I was overcharged. I don't use those words lightly. I don't go around karening out on food service workers, and I don't usually bother writing Google reviews. Shockingly rude and nasty. I've never been treated that way at any business in my entire life. We aren't talking about a grumpy worker giving less than stellar customer service. If Scooters wants to reach out to me for the whole story, I'll gladly tell it. And there were plenty of other employees there who witnessed the incident and will corroborate.

Anyone is search of coffee is better off bringing your own dirt and hot water. Seriously, not worth your time. Worst customer service. One of the employees did not greet me or say anything—he just looked at me. The same employee told me that they are “normally closed at this time”...as he was making (and taking orders!) for different drinks. If they are closed, they’re closed, got it. But after I left, he continued to take orders from different people. Super good feeling...save yourself the aggravation
