took 15 minutes to take my order of two big kings then charged me $26 and refused to give me a refund, told me to somehow cancel my payment as if that makes sense. the “manager” also had the nerve to act snarky as if they didn’t just take our money ugly ahh pale white dude needa get fired before he get popped fr with that attitude around here didn’t even make no sense explain to me how you’re the “manager” but don’t know how to give a refund.

I would give this NEGATIVE star if I could. As soon as we walked in, I noticed the ENTIRE floor by counter was sticky. As we ordered and walked to choose a table to sit, the floor was STICKY in so many places. They got our order wrong so we asked them to make it right. They gave us the right meal second time. I noticed the employee would walk around the counter to the main room and chat with their friends or family. One of them (I hope an employee) had a baby and walked behind the counter into the refrigerator (see pic of open door. I didn't want to capture their faces) So unhealthy. The tables(we had to bypass three because they had WEBS and were so dirty) are not in good shape. Tears all over the benches. The TV was not on either. Probably will never come back here, there are other better places within a block of this place. I also would rather drive another 5 minutes away to a different BK than go to this one here. Stay away. As of now, the reviews aren't good. There is a reason. (I'm sure I could find more issues but I just wanted to eat and get out of that place asap)

after the BK on our side of town was backed up, do to only 2 staff, we headed out for our hike hungry- but this BK was on the way so we finally ate! Service & food were an 11!!

Came in at dinner time (5:00 PM) No other customers were there .Waited more than 5 minutes for Anyone to even Acknowledge that I was there. Another 5 minutes till I was waited on. My Server took 10 tries to scoop out the dregs left in French Fry Bin. No Wonder No Other Customers were In this Burger King

Very very wrong to make fun of someone when they can't talk. You don't know why they can't talk. I might of had a disability but for that what happened ill never go back there. I would give a negative star if I could. I have been there many of times and never had problems till tonight. I called the manger and all he can say is I don't believe that. Will it happened and I'm sorry what happened to respecting guess? I highly suggest if your disabled or can't talk correctly you don't go there.

45 minutes after ordering, we got our food. The manager was on his phone the WHOLE time and our food was wrong! We ordered a double and got a cold single and the fries were not salted. Corporate needs to help this place out!!!!

This place is gross and it takes forever to get your order in. It’s been this way for YEARS and no one has ever done anything about it. Burger King as a whole should be embarrassed.

I just wanted some fries but at 9:30pm no one would answer the intercom or come to the window to take my order. I saw only one person in there cleaning didn’t even come to the window when I honked to see if I could get anyone’s attention. Very rude.

really really nice employees, always nice and super friendly and helpful. management needs to fix the sewage problem that's been ongoing. every time i come in the food is great and service is good but it stinks really bad in the lobby. the smell is the worst in the mens bathroom so maybe a bad p-trap or something. thanks a lot guys and thanks for being open.

"I know you just waited in line, but please pull around to the front and continue to wait another 15 minutes. We're waiting on fries." 20 minutes later, the fries were cold and soggy. Close to the worst BK in Omaha. Very close

Best bk experience I’ve had in omaha. Kind and fast service. Location on 107 and Emmet couldn’t compete. White guy manager with tats was awesome! Keep him !

Its been a long time since I've had a hot and tasty whopper! Today my whopper was delicious and my fries were hot which is always a plus! Drive thru customer Service was average but thats to be expected!!!

Place has gone done hill fast. Drive thru is nlmore important. Only 3 people working. If you go here expect at least 10 min wait or longer.

Came to the drive through and Sara was just extremely rude to the point where I left without order
