Orders have been incorrect almost every time we have gone to this location. They also have you pull around and never give you your food at the window. Takes longer to get your order here then any other location. This is the closes location to our house, we now drive to the one on 84th.

Food was old... Messed up my order 3 times... No sauces... Gave me happy meals when the receipt specifically states regular meals. Incompetent manager... Got refunded w no apology.. Never go here. Waste of time and money

I've never been so disappointed in the service I got as I was the day I tried to get some quick food here. My order was wrong when I asked them to fix it I was told I would be charged the extra which was fine but then a manager came to the window and said I needed to go back through the drive through line to order the coke that was missed om My order. So u asked for my money back the guy laughed in my face a then gave me the wrong amount back, they even deducted my pointsu from my app for an item I was purchasing with my rewards and then deducted more the same night and I have no idea for what they will not get my business anymore.

Drive-thru was fast. Food was good.

The problem I have with this location is the AI drive thru. It's absolutley awful. I never applies discounts or deals, so I constantly have to correct it. Even then, it is never correct. It just can't understand basic human speech inflections. More often than not, it's not correct. Employees are losing valuable customer service experience using AI to do their job for them. Get employees to take orders.

Placed an online order for a few items. Placed it 30min before arriving. Took them 30 mins to get the order ready. Fukn ridiculous.

Went thru drive thru, and they use automated ordering. Hated it. Wanted to make a change and couldn't get it to understand me. Finally got a person and food. Got to the ballfield and was missing a sandwich. Bad experience.

The kiosk did not print my receipt, and then when I talked to the manager, he argued with me over the quarter pounder and cheese. I should have gotten for free. He finally gave in with frustration in his voice and said he would make it. I had to go up there again because he forgot to give it to me. He forgot to give sweet and sour sauce and ranch with our order as well as accidentally making it to go instead of for here. There are other restaurants near the zoo that you should choose over this McDonald's. Don't waste your time.

Fries hot, not fresh. Nuggets crispy but rubbery inside. Cheeseburger was good. Completely unpredictable each trip I go if food will be delicious or just bad

Ordered online while sitting in restaurant. Said order on the way. Waited 15 minutes and still no food. Went to the counter and showed manager I already paid. He reordered the food which too another 15 minutes. Almost every table needed too. We ended up spending almost an hour at this location. Poor management I assume.

McDonalds always sucks, but sometimes it’s a craving. I eat it a handful of times a year. Never ordered online for pickup outside, until tonight. I live 3 minutes from the location and left immediately after placing my order. I wait 20 minutes, watching quite a few cats go make their way through the drive-thru. I go in and fortunately am handed my food right away, but not before an employee blatantly lies to my face and says she looked out and didn’t see anyone. I was parked in stall one, literally right outside the door. She never came out, if she did, it was directly after my order was made. Again, McDonald sucks, it a corporation, but people sucking is a choice and that lady sucked.

Worst McDonald's, not that it matters as they don't care. I placed my order on the app, before even leaving my house, lol. I still waited over 20 minutes once I got in the store. The workers including the manager, the middle aged white guy, will look at you from the kitchen but nobody acknowledges you. I had to holler several times before anybody came over and then they got upset because I yelled at them on the 3rd time. The issue isn't that they are that business, they just continue serving drive-thru customers over ones inside. This is every time I go there. This time I took note of the drive thru, when I arrived. Like 8 customers who got there after the last that was there when I got there, was able to place there order and get it before I got mine. Again keep in mind I had already placed mine before even arriving. These workers are worthless, they play around too much in the back.
