My husband and I love going to Tokyo Sushi with friends! You cannot beat the all you can eat lunch special. High quality and the staff is always nice. My husband has a good allergy and they do a great job of keeping his food separate and he’s never had an issue.

I’ve been inside of this restaurant and have ordered from there before, I have never had any complaints and was always so happy whenever I leave. But today however was different when I ordered food; I ordered 2 spicy crab rolls, so far three out of the twelve have plastic wrapped around the crab. Why? I understand the plastic is from packaging/to keep the product fresh, but w h y

I would definitely come back here. Food was really good. Only challenge I ran into was that the server didn't speak much English, but other than that it was nice place

We tried the ‘All you can eat’ dinner at Tokyo Sushi. The sushi was really good but couple of things we would like to share: 1. All you can eat dinner only lets you get 4 sushi rolls/person. We requested the waitress to bring eight rolls but she said that you should start with 7 and brought only 7 without confirming with us. 7 rolls were more than enough but she decided to choose which 7 out of 8 to bring by herself which was awkward. 2. The order took more time to prepare than it usually takes at other sushi restaurants. 3. The shrimp tempura wasn’t fried properly and could have stayed in the fryer for few more seconds/minutes. 4. Ambience is not too great. Again the sushi itself was really good but there is room for improvement for above mentioned things.

The whole experience was garbage. I was hoping to catch an early dinner and hang out downtown with my teens. We saw several people dining here as we walked by and decided to give the place a try. I asked about items on the menu, but our waitress couldn't explain to us due to a language bearer. She acted as if we were bothering her. We ordered the all-you-can eat sushi and a few appetizers. I've had better sushi from grocery stores. It tastes as if it was pre-made and refrigerated. The side salad consists of iceberg lettuce only, and the appetizers were very low quality. We will not be returning.

I ordered sushi from here after ten years of walking past because it looks like it’s poor quality from the outside I decided to try it and save some money by not ordering at BLUE so I ordered for delivery on Uber eats let’s just say you get what you pay for. The quality of the food is terrible, presentation terrible, I feel sick the literal worst sushi I’ve ever had no wonder I walked past this restaurant for sooo many years! I got the spring rolls which were okay no filling can’t beat fried dough dipped in sweet and sour The asparagus salmon roll was coo at first but it’s so warm it fell apart the filling is giving canned salmon lol left a bad after taste Spicy crab roll is a Block of imitation crab and the tempura is nasty it’s not even spicy The king roll also imitation crab it lacks flavor and the presentation makes you not want to eat it a big glob of mango sauce should be tasty but was not Again the it is the quality of what you pay for so I can’t be too disappointed 1/10 wouldn’t recommend I should paid double and went to blue sushi 🍣! Not to bash these working it’s my honest opinion

Great food! Service was terrible. I don't know how some of the waitresses even work there. Rude, didn't clear plates, didn't speak to us but once the entire time we were there. Usually have a good time all around. Will always go back because all you can eat sushi for the price especially during lunch is worth it.

I was in town for the day and I ordered a spicy tuna roll, miso soup and seaweed salad to-go to bring back to my hotel. The seaweed salad was the only thing decent I could eat. The miso soup was so diluted it tasted like sink water with a few pieces of seaweed and green onions. I honestly couldn’t tell if the tuna was fresh or canned and the presentation was sloppy. I feel bad writing a bad review because I normally don’t do this, but it was so upsetting getting back to my hotel room hungry and unpacking this. The restaurant looked clean though.

This is a pretty good spot to get into in the old market, when the usual places are full. Good sushi, for a good price in one of the most popular places in the city. It seems to be a bit under the radar compared to the places in the area, but if you haven’t tried Tokyo yet, you’re missing out. We got a table of 4 in, with no wait, at prime dinner time on Berkshire weekend. The host/manager who sat us did a wonderful job explaining how everything worked, since none of us had ever considered all you can eat sushi. But for $25 a person? It’s at least worth a try, and it was. Sure, I don’t think it is really close to the best sushi I’ve ever had, but you simply cannot beat it in an all you can eat setting. Tokyos hand rolls also hold a special place in my heart; like really, how am I going to say no to normal sushi wrapped up into a big sea weed cone instead of a normal shaped roll? Everything else just feels boring now in comparison… One last thing, I ordered the spicy tuna pizza off of the rolls category(pictured), not knowing what to expect. You get a patty made of rice, which is fried, and topped with their spicy tuna mix and some sauce. It was a pleasant surprise, good flavor, with a style of cuisine I had never imagined possible. Regardless, I am craving it again as I lay in bed writing this.

If you get the all you can eat, you can't take anything you order to-go which is common for most all you can eat BUT paying a surcharge for uneaten portions is ridiculous. The server had no idea what was in the food dishes nor drinks. It took over an hour to get the sushi rolls and the food was just ok. In my opinion, just go to Blue Sushi.

Not my favorite visit here. This is a great place to grab sushi for cheap, it's only $14.50 a person for all you can eat. This last time I was sick the next couple of days. Never happened before, but I'll rpobably not be back for awhile.

When you are craving sushi and want more than you can handle? Come here for all you can eat sushi, salad, and appetizers all for one price. Staff is friendly and the sushi is tight! LoL. Would recommend this to anyone wanting to overload on outstanding sushi.

Always a good experience. The sushi is fresh and they are usually attentive to refills. One of my favorite all you can eat sushi places, although I think I prefer dinner over lunch as there are more options.

Tokyo Sushi was a very fun and unique restaurant. It is very good, cook to order, all you can eat Sushi. Th restaurant was very clean and prices were reasonable. The prices aren't on the menu, but I believe the entrees were approximately $15 for adults. My very minor concerns were that the on street parking is paid parking that requires an app on your phone, and fortunately, my nephew had been there several times and understood how you filled out order forms. My new parking app and I will definitely go back!

In terms of price, this has to be the best sushi place in Omaha. All you can eat for less than $20 per person is very generous! Also the sushi itself is very delicious, maybe not the best if you're expecting something that tastes Japanese, but for a place where seafood is often expensive and must be imported, this is close to the best you're going to get! The waiters are very good about explaining things to you if you have any questions about anything on the menu.

I do not like sushi, my family does. I was happy to see they serve teriyaki steak. It was delicious!

I know what you're thinking, sushi, in the middle of Nebraska?!? That was my thought also, but having come from Hawaii and Seattle this place easily completes with the quality and value of any place from more traditional sushi hot spots. The all you can eat lunch is a particularly great value.

There was a 20 minute wait for a table but I expected that because I had googled the busy times before we went. We had a good time. It's an amazing price for their all-you-can-eat lunch special. We'll definitely be visiting again.

The food was delicious - especially considering it's an all you can eat sushi we did. We only ordered one round with starters on it as well. We enjoyed all the sushi we ordered, no complaints there... I just wish they would've checked to see if I needed a refill on my drink... Uhm, ever. That said, everyone was very busy as we were there for a late lunch so I can't fault them too much. (I took a pic after my friend snuck a couple pieces....)

When we got there Friday at 6:25pm, a few tables had people eating. By 6:45pm, the restaurant was mostly full. Staff was polite, helpful, and attentive. We did all you can eat and ordered 4 different times to be sure not to get ahead of ourselves. Our 12 year old man child enjoyed it the most. The rolls were not tight, so some fell apart while eating due to the rice being a bit off. It wasn't as cold and sticky as typical sushi rice, but I'm guessing that was due to the volume of orders. Not a big deal. Sashimi hit the spot.

We love this restaurant! Fantastic choices for all different items and the sushi is perfectly prepared. Best sushi I've had in Omaha and I've had a few different places here.

Incredible deal for all you can eat lunch special, but small stomachs beware. The ala carte pricing of the sushi you leave on the table because you're stuffed will cost 2 dollars A PIECE. Amazing overall in terms of flavor and price point outside of that little bit.

Great experience. Service was a bit slow, and the sushi you get is what you pay for. Not sure if it was the sushi or something else, but not long after eating we were both feeling sick.

I'm here to set your expectations if you haven't eaten here before. I only have eaten here for lunch and their lunch prices. However the options are numerous for AYCE sushi and other items. You can get many rolls that taste great and the other sides are awesome too. I

A phenomenal place to eat!!! I have tried half the menu and Toyoko Sushi never disappoints. I recommend going for lunch between 11am-3pm. The variety of delicious options is perfect. Additionally, the restaurant has the best staff, is one of the cleanest restaurants, and provides an amazing atmosphere. Some of my favorite menu items are: #45 Spicy Salmon Roll #36 Spicy Crab Roll #31 Asparagus Salmon Roll #10 Grill Chicken Wing #9 Yakitori #21 Egg Roll #22 Calamari Ring

Great little out of the way sushi place in downtown Omaha. Some of the best sushi I have ever had and that's speaking of the sushi I've had whilst in Guam and living in Japan. Very speedy service and a great lunch special with all you can eat sushi make this a no brainer whenever I am in Omaha.
