Good size portions and I really liked the eggrolls. Wasn't a huge fan of the peanut butter chicken but my coworkers loved their orders - sesame chicken and kung pao chicken.

First time visitor. Dined in after the business lunch hour so there was only a few leaving tables left. Clean. Warm welcoming environment from entering to leaving. EXCELLENT service. Our gal was so attentive, friendly and personable. She obviously loves her job and the people she works with / for. Fresh, fast and hot food. Rice cooked perfectly. Chicken tender and flavorful. Sesame sauce: *we forgot to ask for light sauce, personal preference* but it wasn’t overpowering and had great flavor. Ordered lunch special so the portion and price was perfect! Highly recommend. Will return often.

My partner and I were strolling downtown, I told my partner that we should give this place a try. My partner was hesitant because the place is empty. The moment we got inside, the Asian - Chinese owner/staff at the front desk was only acknowledging my partner, who is a caucasian, he ignored me and won’t even look at me while I am talking to him. I wonder if he reacted that way because I am an Asian 🤨 and thinks that I cannot pay on my own. The food is ok, but we don’t plan of going back, will share my experience everywhere! I regret going there!

I paid near $15 for an order of chicken and garlic sauce, got back home and there was literally no chicken. I'm not sure what this place is normally like but it was an absolute disgrace what they gave to me expecting me to not take issue with it. Do not recommend.

We ordered the dinner A for 2 people. It was ok. The hot and sour soup & the crab Rangoon and spring rolls were good. The almond chicken and sweet and sour pork were ok. The owner was nice and service was quick.

Panda House is no longer under the previous ownership and it shows. we placed an online order on February 3 at 530pm. the confirmation indicated it would be delivered by 545pm. We knew this was wrong by past experience. At 630pm, still no food so I called. I was told the food was out for delivery. We live 10min away. at 700pm we tried calling and got no answer. We tried five times, never got an answer. At 710pm the food arrived. The egg and spring rolls were soggy, the rice undercooked and the Generals chicken so spicy it was not edible. I paid for extra vegetables and never received them. We never had this issue under the former ownership. We won't be ordering again.

I haven't eaten at Panda House since I was a sophomore in high school in 2008, but I think about this restaurant on a fairly regular basis. Their Hot and Sour soup literally set the bar for me. No other has ever compared. I'd walk home from school and stop here just for a Hot and Sour Soup to go. I still crave it literally all the time. When I went in to eat, I'd get their Volcano Beef. I also haven't had a dish that compared to this. What a fantastic dish, that I wish I could still get to this day. I love Panda House Downtown. It's only of those places for me that I'll always have nostalgia of. If it's anything like it was more than a decade ago, you'll want to eat here. And try the Hot and Sour Soup!

Quaint, understated, at a very reasonable price. The wonton soup is priced way below its quality. A very pleasant authentic experience.

We stumbled upon this gem with a large group after a very long/hot parade. We were greeted with the friendliest welcome, seated promptly and tended to amazingly. Staff was on point. And the food....DELICIOUS! We also had multiple awesome conversations with one gentlemen staff, possibly owner? HIGHLY recommend.

In town for business and craving spicy lomein. We also order orange chicken, sesame chicken and chicken lomein. They were delicious and flavorful. The portion was very small for dinner. I was disappointed with the small portion. It was pretty good for American chinese good. Overall, I recommend ordering the lomein and order it spicy.

I am still in the restaurant eating and this food is effing FIRE. so good 10/10 best Chinese I've had in town. Both our meals are perfectly crisp and fresh and beautifully displayed. Service was super fast and friendly. Food came out so quick. it was just all around awesome and the price is WORTH

Overall the food was very bland, I ordered the combination lo mein with wonton soup and the crab rangoons. All of the food was very bland and didn't have much flavor. The wonton soup was very diluted broth with a flavorless wonton that I ended up throwing away. The crab Rangoon weren't bad they had decent flavor but were very greasy. The lo mein was a decent portion size, but also lacked any flavor. Overall customer service and atmosphere were the only thing I enjoyed and wouldn't come back here.

First timer, They were recommended by a friend. I ordered takeout via the phone, there was no online order system. Tidbit appetizer, Lemon chicken, Amazing chicken and egg drop soup. They asked my rice preference for the order (fried) but failed to include it in my order. All restaurants interpret basic dishes differently, typically I expect vegetables in the lemon chicken this only had one lemon twist and chicken with the (slight lemon) sauce on the side . I had no expectation for the amazing chicken (first time) but it was bland (more sweet and not sour or spicy) and I felt the veggies were over cooked. The tidbit app was just sad, the Hulla beef was ok but the fried stuff was over done and the ribs were tasteless and seemed boiled. The only thing good was the soup. The service was quick and cordial. This is not what I hoped it would be, I'll keep looking.

Came to Panda house after the pride event of 2022 and was seated right away, food was out immediately and service is top tier. They truly take pride in their business and employees were ecstatic to see the community come together. Definitely will be returning to one of my new favorite restaurants. 10/10 would recommend!

The service here was very considerate and the food was delicious. They have so many yummy different menu choices it was hard to decide! Cocktails, beers, and saki are also offered; I ordered the No 1 Son and my friend ordered a plum wine...both were excellent! We had fried dumplings and won ton soup for appetizers and I ordered Tangerine Beef. I was worried about it being spicy so our waiter offered to make a note of no spice. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. It was a great experience, my friend said it was his new favorite Chinese food restaurant, and we will definitely return.

I moved to downtown Omaha. I have been coming here off and on for a while the staff is super friendly and seem happy to see me. I only get 2 dishes either broccoli beef or combo fried rice. I always get egg drop soup and sometimes crab ragoons. Although not the best Chinese restaurant in town the food is very good and decently priced. Inside is not busy it seems which gives it a nice dining atmosphere. I can tell this place is used mostly for take out or delivery. But very nice place. And very friendly staff.

My husband found this place. We want to try new restaurants since we are new to the area. Super glad that we did. Everything is fresh, served hot. Delicious food. Good portions so we had to take some home. Staff was super nice. Loved it so much. Thank you so much for a ln experience.

I work downtown and this is one of my favorite spots to eat lunch. I have eaten there in person and gotten it for take out. My family and I go out of our way to eat here, the staff and owners are the absolute best and the food is always so good. I especially like the peanut butter chicken. They always remember our family when we dine there and we will forever be thankful for the hospitality.

An average "American-style Chinese food" experience. Quick service and fair prices.

All of our selections were excellent. The staff greeted us with genuine friendliness. The shrimp with vegetables with white sauce was a standout. Our picky 9 yo stole the majority of the potstickers and suggested that we come here every year (we live 6-hr away).

I ordered vegetable curry and steamed rice for lunch. In the curry, they have included the chicken pieces. Once notified the waitress, they re-cooked the dish for me in a rush and it wasn't cooked properly. There was raw smell on the sauce. it could have been cooked little longer to taste much better. I had fried rice here once and it was good.

Food was great and service was friendly but interiors need some work. The environment is pretty sad. Would still recommend for take out.
