    Mediocre food, small portions, and not worth the price you pay. Many items don't come with sides, but you can pay their ridiculous prices to get one. Our to go order was incorrect. No masks required in the bar area and no spacing requirements at the bar.

    Yummy as ever been craving some red lobster for awhile. I tried the crab stuffed shrimp rangoon with chilli sauce it was delicious I recommend trying them

    Came in with family today for lunch and we were seated quickly enough. Our server was nice and friendly. Food seemed a little behind in coming from the kitchen but flavors were to my liking and everything was warm all the way through. I had the Lobster topped flounder with the orzo rice and crispy brussel sprouts. I definitely would get the orzo rice again based on the flavors mixing well with the stuffed flounder. The lobster sauce on top of the fish didn’t overpower anything either but was a great addition. The crispy brussel sprouts were beyond tender and delicious, crispy as all can be and covered in an amazing soy ginger sauce and topped with crispy onions. Definitely worthy of ordering your own and forgetting to share with everyone! I of course can’t forget the cheddar bay biscuits, plus pop in the air fryer for a quick reheat and even better the second time. Overall definitely a happy lunch, and will be back for more of those brussel sprouts!

    We drove from Lincoln here. Our server Rebecca was amazing. King & professional. Fast service. Restaurant was clean and I was impressed how fast we got our food. We will definitely be back.

    All of the Food was so salty . my steaks were so salty it was inedible. They gave me different steak and it came out super tough. The bar harbor lobster bake came out looking like soup flooded with runny sauce . service was really good though

    If I could give zero stars I most definitely would. Horrible experiences here. Drove from Lincoln to Omaha (since Lincoln location is no longer) to get dinner on a Tuesday night. Arrived at about 6:30. Had a 10-15 minute wait. No big deal. Was seated, the waitress came over with a HUGE attitude. When we asked to order she threw her head back. (No joke) like it was an inconvenience for her. We were cut off multiple times while trying to order. I then got up and went and spoke with one of the hosts, and explained what was happening. She told me “we are just really busy right now” i told her I totally understand, but I won’t be treated with the disrespect that I received. Especially after driving the hour to come eat. Went and sat back down, and a manager came over. She was EXTREMELY loud. People from other tables were looking… And she was just as rude as the waitress. I will never waste my time to come here again. Horrible experience….

    Red lobster. What to say here. Red lobster is a fairly good seafood restaurant. It is "seafood Applebee's" and honestly you get about what is expected. Prices are high, food is average to good and service is usually pretty good. Today the tables around us stayed dirty for most of our visit. The server did well but overall it just isn't a good value for the money in my opinion. 3 stars because it's okay

    Went to crabfest. Ordered steamed crab legs for two. The crab legs themselves were small and the meat was real hard to get out. Taste was ok but too much work. They only brought out one plate so I had to use my little bread plate. Only one set of cracking tools also.

    We arrived with a party of 6 at 6:00 and said no wait. We got say down and didn't see Waiter or Waitress, so we left at 630. The people around us we noticed were complaining to. Very disappointed.

    Group of 4 celebrating a birthday on a Saturday night. We averaged $30 per person. 2 ordered the unlimited shrimp. One ordered maple chicken and the last was lobster tacos. No major complaints about the food, when it was delivered. Although the baked potato was delivered to a different table and then took 10 minutes to be replaced. My Bahama Mama was disappointing. I don't know if the bartender messed it up or if it sat waiting to be delivered, but it was half melted and hard to reblend. But the major frustration and reason I will never be to this particular restaurant again is we waited for over an hour after we finished eating before we were finally allowed to settle the bill. The waitress touched base with us 4 different times telling us that she was trying to split it and was having difficulty. Leaving all 4 of us with the impression we were getting paper receipts. Only to be given the tabletop kiosk to pay. When we stopped to express our frustration and concerns with the manger about feeling trapped waiting and the disappointment at watching a different table have their celebration acknowledged but ours ignored, we were brushed off and told that there was nothing she could or would do about it. I am a fan of Red Lobster but I will never go to this location again.

    Went for my birthday and our waiter was amazing. Ordered and split the ultimate feast which was delicious and had the lobster dip appetizer along with a brownie overboard for dessert. First time at this location and will definitely be back.

    I’ve eaten at Red Lobster for years and been satisfied with the food here. I love the stuffed mushrooms and the lobster pizza for appetizers. The lobster is also very tasty and so is the seafood Alfredo pasta. The dessert is delicious as well I have had the cheese cake and the chocolate cake is good too.

    My wife daughter and I tried to get dinner Friday night and (normally) the service and food are almost always amazing. We ordered at 7:20 pm and by 8:15 pm we are wondering what is taking so long and where was our waiter? He finally came to our table after we flagged him to come over and he apologized and said there was an issue with a fan breaking in the kitchen. That is understandable, but waiting a whole hour later to tell us is not really acceptable. We politely asked if it would be much longer? and if so we were just going to leave because my 5 year old daughter was starving. He came back after another 10 minutes almost and said it's going to be a while longer and there's no ETA when it'll be done. So he took my email and phone number down and stated that management will contact me for the inconvenience. It's been a couple of days now and I haven't received s phone call or an email. I really don't want anything free at all, or any type of compensation, I just wanted to have a nice family dinner at one of our favorite restaurants. Now we really don't ever want to go back there again out of spite. All it takes is one bad experience sometimes.

    Came in to eat about 7:45 there were open tables all around.we were told it would be about 15 minutes. Went to sit at the bar.we were sitting over 5 minutes before the green haired bartender even acknowledged we were there. Then she made drinks for someone else. While making the drinks she gagged about 4 times! Finally got a drink my drink was good my husbands DP was flat. Got seated ordered salads came after the meal had to ask for them 3 times food was good but not one empty dish was removed from the table. Waiter couldn’t remember anything we asked for yet pretended to write it down. Had to walk to the front to get our check. Then told there were technical difficulties. We were charged for games we did not play and 4 dollars for a soda and no refills ?? Charged for 2! Salad charge that was supposed to be part of the $25 endless shrimp ultimate dinner. This had to be the worst experience I’ve had at any restaurant we will never be back even though the food was wonderful! There was one man working that looked like the only one doing anything! Poor poor service and who is managing these lazy employees? No one that needs to be!

    *server selecting her own tip amount then management, not being able to fix the issue* One of the most upsetting experiences sever and management wise I have ever had at a restaurant in my life. The food was good not the complaints here. The service started out poor and then dramatically declined as the night went on. from the first second we sat down I felt as if we were forgotten about. A simple job that all servers can follow is remember to put silverware on the table. Also waited for drink for a large amount of time. After already waiting just to be able to order the drinks. Before are drinks came we were ordering our entrées and I find that as another huge mistake on our servers part. Our server seemed as if she was working 100 miles an hour. By talking over me as I was trying to order and just had a very disrespectful demeanor the whole night. Until I complained to the management. That brings me to the biggest issue of the entire nights our server selected her own amount for her tip. That to me is the most upsetting and disgusting thing any server has ever done to me while I’ve been out. And after talking to a manager the only answer I got was that’s because the amount has already been selected that’s why I cannot change the amount for the tip. Being forcefully set at a tip amount after a bad service is one thing. But not being helpful and respectful as a manager is another thing that’s just disappointing to me. This was single handed the worst service I have had in my life at any restaurant. And I am very serious I will not be returning to the store. I feel robbed and disrespected. I wish customer service was held to a higher standard in this establishment . And I’m sorry for the bad training to all of the servers with the management for not setting a better example for how to treat an upset customer.

    Stopped in for lunch and we seated right away. Becky was Fantastic! She gretted us soon after we sat down. She told us of all the specials and took our choices. She was always checking on us to make sure we had an enjoyable visit!! Great service, great food!

    Our server Cindy was great, very nice and stop by often to make sure we didn't need anything. Food arrived quickly but that's where the fun ended. This fish was all mushy under the breading and not that good. We will not be back

    Was using gift coupons for a previous curbside order that was only partially received. This time I picked up the order at the bar. Ordered the same order as before only to return home and once again missing sides. DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU LEAVE RESTAURANT. What I did get was good but when you spend good money at a restaurant you expect to get what you ordered.

    My boyfriend and I have been craving seafood so we thought we’d go for some good ol’ Red Lobster and it didn’t disappoint!! I haven’t had it in forever, but I dreamt about those Cheddar Bay Biscuits all darn day. Our server was Katie, and she was wonderful!!! Super Friendly. We never had an empty drink and she made sure we had everything we needed throughout our dinner service. She promptly brought us a basket of Cheddar Bay Biscuits and I was in heaven! My boyfriend ordered the shrimp skewers and I got the Walt’s Favorite Shrimp. We also shared some crab legs. Everything was awesome!!! Oh, and they have some good ranch too. :) Decent portions (I could only eat half and brought the other half to air fry for lunch the next day.) and a much better price than some of the other seafood restaurants in town. This place really hit the spot!

    My kids and husband went to celebrate my birthday. We had a great time. I had a peach margarita which was the best ever. Oh it was blended. We had the ultimate feast and it was wonderful. Our waitress could not of been nicer. If your a seafood person I recommend to try. Next time I will get pictures.

    All you can eat shrimp! Is there anything more to be said. Yes, I only get one refill, but just knowing that the extra plate is free just makes me so happy. Service was very good, and she was busting her butt on several tables just in my area, and it was pretty packed.

    I took my friend Ray to a doctor's appointment today. He treated me to a Red Lobster treat☺️. Our server was wonderful 😊. Didn't know they had the all the shrimp 🍤 for $20. Disappointed in the clam chowder I usually get. But all in all Thanks for a good 👍 meal.

    Fully endorsed for fine dining by the Menu Whisper Jesse Kelly and me! Cheddar Bay Biscuits - check! Walt’s Favorite Shrimp - check! Fried Flounder - check! Side of broccoli was perfect. Oh, and the surprise. White Wine and Roasted Garlic Mussels. Bueno!     We waited over an hour for cold food. My son's "New York strip" was ordered rare and came well done. And, it wasn't a NY strip. Two of our party never got our sides, even though we reminded the server. He never removed any dirty dishes from our table, even from our apps. Our drinks were never refilled. My husband ordered endless shrimp, and we had to have another server ask if he wanted refills. We asked for a box for my daughter's leftovers, and we had to remind him. Red Lobster has always been one of my favorites, and I dragged my family along. I have never been this disappointed.

    I visited the branch at oak view area! I will not go back there again. Service was horrible. Everyone around my table was being served excellently. I don’t know why the waiter didn’t like us. I always tip 20% and I am very polite and respect all people so I don’t know why he disliked me and my mom. I still have him a tip but it was 10%.

    Been to Red Lobster in LA and it was terrible. Glad I gave it another chance in Omaha. Service was great and atmosphere was much better - real family restaraunt rather than buffet in LA. Most surprisingly food was also much better. So much farther from a coast but better seafood. Go figure.

    I ordered food for a small office lunch on the website. Ordering was easy, and they offer 2 cheddar biscuits for an entree when ordered online. Curbside pickup was about 10 minutes late, so I went inside. The staff was friendly and they weren't terribly busy, but I just had to wait for my food. Not the end of the world... Inside the restaurant it seemed clean and the liquor seemed expansive - as I stood there and looked while waiting. The food was tastier than I expected (my first time eating from here). My coworkers loved their food too. I got the fried flounder meal and there was about 6 filets 🤯 plus two sides. The broccoli was seasoned nicely. Ordering online was simple, and I was able to schedule a pick up time - even though, it wasn't ready exactly when I expected. I'd eat here again if the occasion arises.

    If I could give more than five stars I absolutely would.. First let me say the gentleman who seated us was very kind and courtesy.. Even when we got ready to leave he held the door open and thanked us for coming.. Now to our waiter.. OMG Adam, where do I start. His is absolutely amazing, funny, outgoing, outspoken and OMG his personality was at a all 100... He answered all of our questions. He made sure we never needed anything else and came to check on us often. I also heard other customers giving him praise how he goes beyond and above for ppl. I surely will go back for Adam because his efficiency and respect for his customers made me feel like he really cared and that's what matters!! Thank you Adam for been a great person!!
