Surprisingly good We chose this restaurant due to the Omaha passport offer. We did not realize there was bingo.... The food was better than expected and service was very friendly and thoughtful though at times hard to get their attention. Parking is easy and plentiful. I did the bacon burger. 1/2 lb. They have some very good lunch deals. Portions were generous. Price of the burgers on their own weren't cheap but not ridiculous. Tator tots were very enjoyable. We asked for Cherry coke. I think they had Pepsi and did their own version by adding grenadine. It didn't taste like Cherry Pepsi buy that's fine as I prefer grenadine.

Third time here. The nachos are crazy huge! Service is great! And has whatever sports you want! It’s our new hot spot!!! 10/10

Good burgers and fries. Wait staff was very friendly. Website says the have burger deals and endless fries but they did get rid of the bottomless fries. We got well whiskey and cokes for $4 on Wednesdays.

This is just an all around good place to eat and have fun. Been here several times over the last couple months and the food is always fresh and delicious. Servers are all very attentive and you never have to try and find one.

Cheyenne is amazingly helpful. The atmosphere is perfect for sports watching and the drinks and food are first rate. I highly recommend Big Red Keno for any sports fan, especially Husker fans wanting a great experience whilst watching a game. Enjoy!

I love the potato skins here. I first had them at their Norfolk location, but they are just as good here. Relaxing atmosphere. Follow up multiple years later ...came back here for the potato skins and they no longer serve them. So disappointing! But, Jordan made up for it by doing a great job as our server. Can't say I will be back anytime soon though. The nachos were big, but just had some cold cheese sauce, cold beef sprinkled with shredded cheddar served with some salsa, jalapenos and sour cream. It would have been nice to have warm toppings.

The best thing about this place is the daily food and drink specials. $3-4 drink of the day, 99 cent wings on Monday, and a guest Nashville hot chicken on Tuesday is what i had. I will say the Nashville hot chicken is more of just a chicken sandwich, but it was a good large portion cooked just right. The mango habanero wings were cooked great as well. The gambling atmosphere is weird to me, but that's okay.

The macho nachos were fantastic, the cook took time layering this simple dish, good portion to share amongst 3 people. The steak Philly was tender. Our waitress Justine was friendly, quick, and courteous throughout or visit. Great food and service, specifically with our waitress.

Service was great. Husband had to send soup back because it wasn't warm. I had to send my fish back because it was still frozen in the middle. We've never had this happen at this establishment before.

Big Red is a straightforward place, I've never had any complaints. Solid prices on giant domestic drafts, service is always good, and there's plenty of huge TVs visible from every seat in the house. Like everything else there, the food gets the job done. I can't recommend ordering the (pictured) chili for carryout, though. Left just a bit to be desired.

Decent food, family friendly, solid happy hour, great staff. Only criticism I've got is I'd like to see a few local beers on tap. Spoiled for choice on good breweries around here 🤘

Went to Big Red last night for dinner and drinks with my parents for the first time. Our server was Ezra. We received great service from her. She got us refills whenever we asked her and she's very outgoing and attentive. The main reason I'm giving this review 3 stars is how slow our appetizers and food came out. We asked to get our appetizers before our meals and they ended up coming out at the same time. Ezra told us the kitchen was backed up with To-go orders and she was prompt on checking up on our food and communicating with us. So I definitely don't blame her. That's why I wanted to make sure to point out, that we had great service from Ezra and that it was mostly a kitchen problem. I'm hoping they get everything figured out with that. It's one of the few restaurant/bars close to where we live. We would love this to be one of our new Go-To spots :).

Food is always great (I get the Patty Melt every time and my hubby gets wings or whatever he's feeling at the time). Love the atmosphere. The service is always good but we had Jere this last time and she was perfect. Big Red is one of my favorite spots for "bar food" and a relaxed environment. Will come back again and again.

I asked for a 34oz beer. Was brought a 25. Then it took +20 min to get a beer during the game. This place is poorly run. I feel bad for the servers. way better bars that are better staffed and don't have $18 wings.

My first time going. My husband took down the Big Red Challenge burger. It was huge; 3 patties that weighs 1 1/2 pounds. I was very impressed. Our waitress was friendly and the atmosphere was chilled. I was able to play their slot machines which was pretty fun. I really enjoyed my mini fresh hot pretzel and cheese appetizer. Yum Yum Yum!

Waited an hour and a half for food on top of 30 minutes just to order. The fries were stale and the bun in my burger had hard edges. Do not recommend the food. Atmosphere was nice for a sports bar and grill though.

We go here once in a while. It is a Keno Restuarant place. Waitresses are thorough and friendly. Food is Keno food. Not always great but good. The mashed potatoes were gross this time but the shrimp were pretty good. It is kind of a hit and miss place. And I didn't win anything on Keno!! Lol

84 yr old aunt was craving a good chicken sandwich and this one was huge so she cut it in half to bring back to her assisted living place for dinner. Always great food and waitress was so friendly and attentive!!

Sat at a table for 5 minutes before a waiter said he'd be right back to get out drink orders.. Never came back. I paid $16 for two drinks I went and ordered from the bar. Ordered the Nachos. Never again. Big Red Keno, Never again.

This place is under new management and you can definitely tell! We tried this place over a year ago and it was horrible. Bad service, dirty environment, and the food was sub-par. However, we came here last weekend to watch NFL games it was GREAT! Super clean, the food menu was updated and everting tasted awesome! Our server was on point and very friendly. If you had a bad experience in the past I would give this place another shot! We'll be back!

Big Red Keno is always consistent with great food and friendly atmosphere. The young lady Randi is always pleasant and brings my food out fast and fresh. 😊

We had them cater our work lunch and it was amazing the Chicken was crispy, sandwiches were great and the quesadillas were the best. Food arrived warm and on time!

Went to lunch with my family and some friends on a Sunday afternoon to the 156th and Ida location near Bennington. Manager was quick to accommodate our group as there were only smaller tables available at the time. He and his staff were very friendly with us, the food was great, and I would recommend this place to anyone. It's great to have a place with Keno that is stylish, comfortable atmosphere (for all members of the family) with a very friendly staff to visit on a regular basis. We will be regulars here soon. I recommend the wings!!

Was very excited to try the new location out as it’s close to home. Server was amazing but was disappointed on their on tap beer selection. No local beers on tap?? If you like normal boring beer this is your place. The place is also small and pretty unimpressive. Not an inviting atmosphere. I just hope they can step it up a bit because I would love to have a decent place that is close. Food was decent but I stuck with drinking lemonade. Please try harder. Great job to the server though!

Man, last attempt. They mess up my food every time we come here. Consistent as hell. This is 3 times in a row! I ordered crispy wings with SOS. They brought out boneless wings that were burned to a char. Never even asked why I only ate 1. Manager was nice. Invited us to move tables to accommodate our party. That was cool. Besides that, they pour a beer ok I guess.

Great Keno place! It's the hub of Big Red Keno, so if you want to see the numbered balls come up, perfect. Food is always good, too!

I will start by prefacing my review with sharing that we went to Big Red with a very large group during the college World Series (though we did have a reservation). We were here for 2.5 hours in total. Several individuals from our group never got food. I took mine to go and ate in the car. My daughters kids meal was cold. Our server did nothing wrong. There was no manager present to check in with our group and apologize for the wait. This was a terrible experience. We will not be going back.

This place surprised me. It was the only place open still serving food in our area one night, so we stopped in for a burger after a really long day driving. The service is hit or miss. Some servers are top notch, some get caught up in conversation with each other. The food is pretty darn good. Fries come out crisp and hot, the BLT is packed with bacon. Burgers are thick and juicy. I expected it to be loud, but it’s really not. We’ve been in a few times and it’s only ever been really busy one time. A good stop for bar food and a low key dinner.

The nachos were good but the portion was MUCH smaller and more expensive than other sports bars/restaurants that I've visited. To their credit, there was a lot of beef on the chips (almost too much) and the salsa was ok. It was super busy at first because of the spectacular end of the Husker Football game, but the tickets for our table got mixed up despite the waitress going back and attempting to fix them. The TVs are great... well placed for all seats... and the atmosphere was terrific. Overall, a good time with a couple one-offs.

First time here in a long time. Such a wonderful and kind staff. Plus, the food is amazing and exactly what I ordered. I'll be back for sure!!

Wow! What a turn around this place has had, within the last month or so of coming. Very astonishing! I actually want to come back and eat. The service was incredible! Our waitress was extremely friendly and very attentive. She's been there 16 years I think. The food, oh my goodness! It came out hot and fast. This place has really made a turnaround. I'm glad the managers are making improvements. Couldn't complain about my family's experience! We went on a Friday around dinner time and didn't wait Thank you

We love the atmosphere at Big Red Keno! Aaron is an amazing manager, he is attentive, personable, and has a great personality! He is a great team leader and is respected highly by other team members. We never get bad service or are disappointed here. You can tell the staff enjoy working there and care about their job! The general manager is clearly doing something right!

We had an awful experience here. Customer service was poor from entry and it literally took 80 minutes for us to get our food. Then after an absurd wait, our food was sub-par at best. Our waitress was nice enough to give us a huge discount due to our wait and for that, one star. Decent Keno.

If you have not had a chance to try their boneless "wings" (chicken nuggets)... you have to try them. They are the BEST in town. They are good in size, always moist, fresh and delicious. Burgers are always a great choice.

Usually our go to for dinner. Not tonight. Kid wanted lemonade, out of that. I Wanted a Philly , informed they were out of steak. So ordered chicken fried chicken with baked potato. Came back, out of baked potatoes. So decided to go with mashed. Food came out. Kids chicken strips were burnt, my chicken was was extremely dry. Not appetizing at all. Service was good though. Can’t say we’ll be back anytime soon. Super disappointing

Ability to keep track of individual tabs was not able to be done. Drink majority of group was drinking was gone by 9pm.Then was charged multiple costs for same drink ordered, after primary choice was out. The "prize" for doing Big Red Challenge burger, was not available & given glasses & dessert coupons for next visit. (None of the receiptants eat sweets) Extremely disappointed with total experience & over charged for items. But after 20-30 min waiting for final tabs keeping being redone, just gave up & paid the screwed up charges. Better service, training, follow through & methods of keeping tabs needed. Keep track of anything you order & double check your final tab... Don't do groups more then 3-4, or server won't know how to keep track of stuff or how to even seat your group. Disappointed in all areas of business relations to customer/s. After the GM leaving a comment to reach out, which i did; it's been almost 2 weeks and have heard nothing back to email sent....

Under staffed. Wings were good. Friendly BT when she could get time to stop by. NFL ticket only reason to go back.
