This is the best Chinese I’ve had in Omaha. I love that they have the option of getting American style or traditional style Chinese food so that we can try something new. Also, they give you A LOT of food. We will definitely be coming back! P.S. Try the bulgogi - you’ll thank me later!

Very delicious food, nice clean atmosphere and friendly staff. The hot and sour soup was delicious, the cashew chicken and garlic chicken were a delight. They even have a traditional Chinese dishes selection. Definitely will be back again.

Admittedly I have been a snob about the Chinese food scene in Omaha after experiencing Chinatowns in NYC, San Fran, and DC. Blue and Fly definitely changes that. They offer a Traditional-Chinese menu with amazing authentic dishes. There is an American-Chinese menu as well. Everything is executed perfectly and full of fresh flavor. The dishes are a fun experience to enjoy with anyone. This is our go-to for Chinese. They do get crowded during peak hours

Absolutely loved Blue & Fly when we went to Omaha this last week! My 10 yr old son got Mongolian beef and I got the pork in spicy garlic sauce dish per the waitress' recommendation. Both were cooked perfectly and plated beautifully. The waitress was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. We will absolutely be back next time we're in Omaha.

Saw this on a *must try* Omaha restaurant list. Unassuming at the edge of a strip mall. The menu is mostly what you would expect, same with prices. Service was great, despite a sign on the door saying they had new staff members and to be patient. The food was good, not excellent but the beautiful plating helped. I would come back. Portion sizes are large and saw many things I wanted to try. Paid 36 for 2 egg rolls, 2 soup, 2 entrees, soda and the fried rice that came with the entree.

Food was yummy. One dish was cold but our other dinners were fine. Service was excellent and our food was served very quickly.

Coming from a Chinese American from LA, this was the some best Chinese food I've had in the US. Good price, ingredients were fresh and cooked perfectly. Highly recommend ordering the traditional dishes rather than the Americanized ones!

Absolutely blown away, the pork belly was so flavorful. My wife order the sizzlin steak and shrimp combo. Perfectly cooked shrimp and tender steak. Great veggies. Came out super hot and fresh. My daughter got the orange chicken and it was made correctly and was very crispy and perfect sauce. Great drinks, great service. We were so pleased

My dad and I went here for a quick dinner about 7:30 on a Tuesday… super nice staff, not a bad waiting time and the they have a wonderful selection on their split American and Authentic Chinese menu. I got the Seared Lamb soup with rice noodle and he got the Sliced Beef boiled in Spicy Szechuan Sauce. The presentation was impeccable… The glassware, plates, bowls and utensils were good quality and had cute designs. When the waitress brought out the food, we both knew it was going to be good without even trying. Both dishes were full of flavor, and you can tell how much hard work and love go into them. I’m 100% coming back to try more! 11/10 and I’ll recommend to anybody

The food was delicious!!! We had the scallion pancakes, wonton soup was AMAZING, Kung Pao chicken was very good and the Hot & crispy chicken was also delicious! I also like that they have spice levels. Waitresses were friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was clean and pleasant!!

How have I been sleeping on Blue & Fly Asian Kitchen?! I tried their lunch special with hot & sour soup + Mongolian beef w/ fried rice. Everything was perfect and so filling! Nice sized portions and friendly staff, you can tell they do this from the soul. I can’t wait to go back. 🍴

Best Chinese food in Omaha! Their specials and traditional menu really set them apart! Their standard Americanized food is also top notch! I go to eat here all the time because their food is always good, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is comfortable/welcoming. Pricing is about standard, maybe slightly expensive if you are used to very cheap Chinese food but the quality difference between B&F and a cheap place is huge. The staff are all extremely nice and care about their work. One of the best restaurants in Omaha, you're truly missing out if you haven't been here yet!

While the Blue & Fly Asian Kitchen does not disappoint, it does not impress. If you’re looking for a restaurant with traditional Chinese food, look no further. I ordered the following: sweet & sour soup = good fried rice = ok General Tso Chicken and Sesame Chicken = good, fried breaded chicken was great!

Some of the best Asian cuisine I've had. The hot and sour soup is the perfect amount of hot and sour. It sips well. Its new and deserves a little more credit for being stuck in a corner on 72nd Street. The service is also nice and attentive. The entrée of Hot and crispy shrimp that I order was flavorful and tangy. Wasn't too spicy, at least to me. GET THEIR PLUM WINE YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED ITS PHENOMENAL.

My wife and i have eaten here many times. They have the best Hot & Sour soup in Omaha. We have tried many different dishes. Some of my favorites include the Stir Fried Hot and Sour Napa Cabbage, Salt and Pepper Fish Filets, Stir Fried Tofu Family Style (pretty spicy), Home Made Dumplings, and, they have amazing Chop Suey (the best I have had)!! Dine in or get it to go, you will not be disappointed!

We're sitting here now. We ordered one appetizer and one entree. It's problematic. We've been here well over an hour and only had our appetizer.... It's Christmas eve. It is my belief they should have been prepared for this, whatever this is.... Overabundance of the to go orders whatever.

Has been my favorite Chinese restaurant in Omaha for years! The food is absolutely top notch. Can't recommend it highly enough. My favorite dishes are the Mongolian triple crown and the peanut butter chicken, but everything I've had here is fantastic.

The general Tso’s chicken is pretty sweet even compared to other American Chinese recipes. Will try more traditional food next round. Very nice and clean, lovely people.

Pretty good experience. Dishes had an overwhelming amount of veggies to meat. But it was tasty.

This is the best Chinese place in Omaha by far! Get both traditional and Americnaized Chinese food here. Service is great. Feeling bold? Try the CHONGQING CHICKEN. It's the best.

Delicious food, unflappable wait staff. A place to have good conversations as it takes a beat to be seated & served, worth the time involved. A place for delightful evening with good foods, bring your friends.

First time here with a friend. We will be back...soon! We had sweet&sour chicken and deep fried pork tenderloin with salt &pepper on the side and both were very good. Pleasantly surprised by the generous portions. Our friend was adventurous and had clams with fermented soybean and said it was good, and spicy just like described. Our server was excellent and patient with our questions and did not rush us while we explored the menu. Nice ambience. Didn't realize until driving home that I never got my hot&sour soup that was supposed to come with my entree, but will be back and will get to try it then. Very good, would highly recommend.
