    The food wasn't all that great. The biscuits and gravy was uneatable. It was rock hard. The service was great. An older lady. Wish I remembered her name. Very 50s service. Like a diner. Super cute.

    I got there and they said my order wasn’t ready yet. It was. It was sitting on a counter and by the time I got it, it was cold. But that wasn’t the worst part. I added avocados to my order and this is what they gave me. Who sees this and thinks “yeah, they’re good enough to eat”. I paid extra for ROTTEN avocados. Where’s the common sense? Why couldn’t they just say they didn’t have any? If I could give negative stars, I would.

    Giving two stars because the waitress was nice. Other then that I wouldn’t of gone here with out the kids meal being free and the free birthday slam. Denny’s needs to seriously Step up there quality it was gross and not even worth the free food. Coffee was good

    Food was great and exactly what I ordered. The cinnamon roll pancakes are the greatest thing ever. I will never want normal pancakes again after those. They were busy but the bathroom was torn apart or the rating would be higher.

    Was there for about an hour and these tables still weren't cleared off. I'd understand if the place was super busy, but it wasn't. The waitress forgot to write down what we ordered, so we didn't get some of our food. When we asked for ranch or a refill, she'd go to the back and forget about it. Her hair touched our food at one point while she brought it out. The bathrooms are in dire need of some maintenance. But props to whoever the cook was for making our food very quickly!

    I use to work for this restaurant and I'm telling you this place is disgusting. These are pictures I personally took and tried to get the GM to take care of. The restaurant is so filled and infested with cockroachs and they are in the food they run through the food. This restaurant should truthfully be shut down for health reasons.

    Understaffed on one of their busiest days of the year. Took half an hour to get seated. There were plenty of open tables but only 3 servers. Took another 10 minutes to be seen by our server. Grand total 1.5 hours for 2 people. Oh yeah, had to flag down the server to get my ticket, as she never came back to check on us after our food was delivered. I was prepared to leave a $20 cash tip because it was Veteran's Day and I know sometimes they get stiffed. Just a five today.

    Stayed at the Motel 6 behind this specific Denny's and was more than happy to have a place within walking distance to eat at on Christmas Day! I'm a restaurant worker myself and both the service and the food, especially on a holiday was incredible. I ate here twice, once in the morning and then did a take out later that night and both were really good. I'd recommend this location any day. Great service, great food, and it was very nice inside.

    I knew this was going to be a bad experience as soon as we pulled into the parking lot as there was broken glass and trash all over. Our waiter barely spoke two words to us and never smiled. He didn't bring plates for our appetizers and once he brought out our food he didn't come back to check on us until we were finished and he brought our check. The food was okay but not worth the money.

    Terrible service I came in with my family from out of state thinking Dennys would take care of use but was I wrong. We arrived at 9:46 am and had to wait 20 minutes to be seated, after we were seated we had to wait an additional 30 minutes to place our order... No big deal, right, Wrong after we placed our order we had to wait an 1½ hours that when i had to ask the manager when we were gonna get our food we ordered an he informed use that it's done an on the way that he cooked it personally, 20 more minutes later our food arrived that's when we discovered the chicken was under cooked an when we asked the manager to fix it he replied there's nothing wrong with the chicken when it was pink an raw I will not recommend anyone come here

    Our server was Jill, she showed one of the best customer service I have seen in a very long time. She was very polite, helpful and respectful towards us and the other customers she was passing by. Kudos to the Kitchen staffs as well the food was great!!!!

    Staff is so unprofessional and slow there’s like at least 7 employees running around trying to manage a half empty restaurant. Didn’t even get a “Hi” from anyone. I remember 5 people in New York serving about 300 people at the same time. Restaurant “National” in Brighton Beach check it out you’ll learn something Dennys. They would clean, serve and refresh drinks without a delay. Here the staff is so lost and have no proper training to handle a bit of busyness so a question comes up… Why tf are you still in business!?!

    9/5 great omelet good service! 10/07 best omelet breakfast great service! 5/13 breakfast 3 egg white vegetable omelet very good! I got an email stating it was National Coffee day for free coffee. So i went and they said they weren't participating in the offer. I would have had coffee at home if i knew that! ":(

    We got multiple times a month on Saturdays because of the service Ricky provides. The food is great compared to similar restaurants. The price is great for the amount of food you get. But the main reason we keep coming back is the service provided by Ricky. Like yesterday they were down 2 servers but we still got top notch service. Coffee always full and he checks up on us to see if we needed anything every 5 minutes or so.

    Me and my husband go here and have never been disappointed. There is a waitress named Jill there who is amazing and super sweet and a hard worker, she will make sure that if your having a bad day it will be much better when u leave. she deserves recognition for all that she does.

    Listen let me say we went to ihop previously coming here and were seated for ten minutes and no one came and greeted us or anything so we decided to stop into Denny’s! Immediately was sat drinks was made and order was taken within the first five minutes. Here’s the kicker there was one server there wish I got his name but he was tall dreads deep voice. Outstanding service he was serving the whole restaurant and he did that excellent! He needs a raise promotion the way he was handling that restaurant last night! And he had a party of ten come in and let me say baby I gave that man an exactly what he deserved thanks for the great service!

    We go here and the service is amazing the food is great we honestly have never been disappointed. The waitress Jill she is amazing as well super sweet and hard working, if your having a bad day she will make sure your day is so much better we love her so much and don't want any other waitress or waiter

    Anayeli provided great service. The food was below the standard quality I normally find at a Denny's. The Philly cheese steak omelette wasn't very warm and the cheese steak itself was tough and in huge chunks I had to cut myself into manageable pieces. The bathroom was dirty.

    I love coming to this location , the restaurant is very clean , food is always hot and fresh . Nancy is such a great server always fast, friendly, and attentive. I don’t have any complaints, but I definitely recommend their avocado bacon burgers and Nancy as a server !! 10/10

    Some way to end a good meal This young man was yelling at my server as I was going to leave because he felt entitled to. He was the biggest snowflake I've seen in years and wished he would have yelled at me or my wife like he did his co employee. He kept on for 5 minutes belittle his coworker and had the foulest mouth ever for a snowflake.

    Our server was amazing. Friendly and attentive, and full of smiles. I wish I had thought to get her name so I could give her props personally! The food was fresh and hot. The only that wasn’t deserving of 5 stars was the gravy on my biscuit. It was different than I remember, so it wasn’t my favorite but that is only a matter of my own taste. Would definitely recommend and I will eat here again when I get to this part of town again and I’m in the mood for diner food.

    I ordered the chicken fried chicken dinner with the red potatoe cubes and as suggested by the gentleman on register the grilled mixed veggies. Didn't realize it came with a house bread, blown away was very delicious. Even though it was dinner time I originally wanted breakfast so I got 2 eggs on the side I ordered over easy, cooked perfect!

    The place was ice cold. You needed a jacket. The pancakes had a weird taste to them. We had to get our own silverware. Never got any refills on coffee or other drinks. The strawberry jelly was some kind of liquid. Not even a jelly or jam. Not worth the price for sure

    Cleanly environment. Seated right away. Our waiter was certainly stretched thin which led to longer waits. I was super excited about my fried pancake balls, but wow- they served them charred. They tried to cover them up with enough powdered sugar. I just couldn’t believe they served it like that. Our waiter was so stretched thin that I didn’t make a drink and I was having an important meeting to complain about food. It took a long time to get my tab. Overall there’s lots of room for improvement.

    Our server Mendy was excellent. The restaurant was very busy today and yet she took time to get our order correctly the first time, ensured we had extra napkins without asking, and kept our drinks full. We could not ask for better service and she should be recognized for being very pleasant and made our visit enjoyable.

    George Denny's manager. I called to place an order and was told that was not an option & that orders had to be placed online. I said ok and disconnected the call. Dusty is the employee I spoke to on the phone. & who helped me upon arrival. Per Dusty that there was no POT ROAST to make my “Big Dipper melt”. I asked why did I not receive a phone call to provide me with any you yuthis information. Dusty told me There was no way for them to call me to inform me. I told Dusty that was false because I provided my phone number when placing the order and I called before placing the order so I know they have is working phone. I asked Dusty to call a supervisor because this was unacceptable. I spent quite a bit of time speaking with George the manager who told me he was not coming in to refund me for $14. My order was 13.290”George told me they go through a separate company & couldn’t refund&$$ the money without physically being here to do so. I asked George the name of the employee that called him because George keptn asking me t back in the kitchen & so he didn’t have to come out. George informed nme he didn’t know who it was that p him. I told George that wasn’t a good look that he didn’t know who his employee was. George repeatedly told me he would issue the refund when he arrived for his shift at 6AM. I told George I would not Leave w/o receiving a refund. Because what sense does that make for me to leave w/o getting a refund for them to state later that they don’t know anything about it. George asked for my name and when I gave it he asked was that the name on the order. I asked George for the number to corporate & he said I could have it when he arrived at 6AM. I asked Dusty if he could provide me the number & he said he didn’t know it. I expressed to George that not only his employee, but him provided poor customer service & he objected that the service I received was not poor. I informed I would not be taking any of the meal & now would like the entire meal refunded. He offered to refund the amount when he came in for his shift at 6AM with a free meal. Personally I do not trust people to make food when there is an issue. I’m addition to that, why would I want free food after the service I received. As a manager, I informed George it was his duty to rectify the situation because the employee was at fault. George disagreed & told me he was going to get up and shower just to come issue my refund. While also stating he shouldn’t have received the phone call in the 1st place! Asking someone to leave when money is owed & then come back for a refund is completely unacceptable & I have NEVER in my life heard search nonsense from not only the employee, but the manager in charge! I ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT BE RETURNING & DENNY’S can be SURE I will share this experience on all social media outlets & more!

    Rude late night employee. There are 2 groups in the restaurant. One is sitting at the bar, and 1 is sitting at the opposite end of the restaurant, and the people at the opposite end are extremely noisy. He puts me next to the extremely loud table and refuses to let me sit at the bar because he can't get it too dirty. Even though someone is already sitting up there and would rather let me leave Then get his precious bar too dirty whatever that even means.... I really can't believe the service here it's pathetic. . It's like you're an inconvenience coming in at night. And they don't actually want your service. I'm so sick of Denny's. I'm never going to anyone in the whole country.

    Me and lady have only been to this Denny’s twice and each time food has been on point but even better is the customer service. Today we have Dannie as our waitress, as usually service is spectacular!! Very rare to find a place with good food and wonderful customer service. Definitely look forward to coming in for our regular Saturday breakfast routine.

    Last night I went to this Denny's around 11:30 p.m. I was by myself and the guy who greeted me lightheartedly joked about me being alone. Then he chatted with me about my day and life in general. He was very friendly and kind! When he came over at the end of the meal he told me that my meal had been covered by "someone else". I was so surprised that I completely forgot to leave a tip, but I plan to make it right. I wish I had gotten his name. His kindness and generosity did not go unnoticed by me or other patrons in the restaurant who overheard our conversation! Thank you so much for a great experience! BTW, the cinnamon roll pancake breakfast is the bomb! Loving my leftovers today!

    The store cleanliness was adequate. While I observed other servers working and their cleanliness I noticed my server was very dedicated to her job and likes a clean area while the others had very few tables available and mainly were dirty. My server Misty was full of smiles and laughter. She stayed busy and was attentive to my needs.
