Pros:
The
location
is
good--close
to
the
airport,
downtown
(by
car
only,
there's
not
much
within
walking
distance--except
sports
stadiums--but
it's
Omaha
so
that's
true
for
almost
anywhere),
and
Creighton.
The
staff
was
solid
enough
despite
being
understaffed.
The
rooms
were
clean.
Good
air
quality.
Cons:
The
rooms
appear
nice
at
first
glance
but
upon
closer
inspection
reveal
shoddy
workmanship
the
general
contractor
should
never
have
signed
off
on
(and
it's
not
like
this
is
a
brand
new
construction
so
maintenance
should
have
fixed
these
issues):
the
toilet
was
not
properly
seated
and
rocked
when
I
(slightly
below
avg
weight
female)
sat
down,
there
was
a
gap
under
the
front
door
(and
all
doors
I
looked
at
on
my
floor
and
another
guest's
I
visited),
the
shower
flange
was
left
dangling,
the
shower
temp
indicator
was
installed
backwards
(plus
one
screw
was
just
sitting
there),
and
the
shower
handle
was
missing.
Oh,
and
one
of
the
lights
was
flickering.
I've
never
been
in
a
hotel
with
this
level
of
issues
left
over
from
construction.
Even
two
would
be
excusable
for
a
busy
staff
to
miss,
but
5-6
show
an
extended
lack
of
care
by
either
management
or
ownership.
My
room
was
also
fairly
noisy
and
shook
since
it
was
located
above
the
laundry.
I
would
avoid
the
second
floor
off
to
the
right
of
the
elevators
if
you
can.
Thankfully
there
wasn't
much
noise
from
the
hall
or
other
rooms.
The
mini
fridge
was
more
so
a
freezer
and
all
of
my
items
were
ice
or
slushies
in
the
morning
,
unfortunately.
This
was
doubly
annoying
because
there
is
no
microwave
in
the
room,
just
a
single
one
in
the
lobby.
If
you
have
meds
that
need
refrigeration,
I'd
steer
clear
and
bring
a
cooler
to
use
with
ice.
---
One
surprise
bonus,
though
was
the
excellent
air
quality.
If
you're
concerned
about
COVID
or
other
respiratory
diseases,
the
rooms
had
individual
ACs
bringing
in
outside
air
and
the
CO2
levels
were
always
fairly
low
(600-900s)
with
just
me
in
the
room.
Obviously
the
air
from
the
hallways,
given
the
gap
under
the
door,
is
an
issue.
