The staff were friendly, professional and very personable. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The room was pretty spacious. I absolutely loved the bed AND the pillows. I'm always nervous about the mattress and pillows when I travel. Sometimes I even take my own pillow. Not needed here. These pillows are so good you can purchase them...at a nice price. The mattress was so comfortable we pulled back the sheets to see what it was. We didn't see it. I will definitely stay here again!

I had the BEST experience! I was in omaha for 3 weeks of training. Eric the front desk associate every day greeted me, asked how my day was welcomed me back! What a great associate and face of a company. I appreciated his kindness and willingness to be as helpful as he was! Thank you Eric for making my stay as great as it was!

It was very clean and comfortable. Everyone of the staff members were super nice and friendly even the housekeepers and maintenance. Definitely recommend this place. It is located next to everything you might need, Walmart is across the street walking distance .. Along with all kinds of shops, fast food, dine in etc...the front desk made us feel welcome and at home the minute we arrived thanks Kim. We are extended stay. So the kitchen was a blessing .. Has everything u need. Down to the utensils and dish soap. I rate this place 5 stars and the employees 6 stars everyone of them...oh almost forgot the best part .My dog is allowed.

This was a very nice hotel for the money that we spent. The rooms were clean and it had a stove and refrigerator along with it. This made it very convenient for us in the short time that we stayed there.. There were only 2 complaints that I had and the 1st being not having bottled water free available to their customers. I would have rated this a 5 star, but I cannot rate anything that high that makes their employees wear face coverings while at work. Otherwise they were courteous and friendly people.

Very nice nice and clean rooms came here just for an overnight stay but it was amazing definitely will have to go back!

To begin, we needed an early check-in. Marquisa made notes to this request and Brittany followed through. The room was clean, comfortable and water pressure was excellent. Parking lot is well lit and no feeling of security issues. Great stay and kudos to Marquees and Brittany. Convenient location off of 132nd & 'L' (North of 'L'). Stayed three nights at this hotel. Plenty of parking and walking distance to Sam's club, Walmart, Starbucks & Target. Hotel & room were clean. The shower pressure is one of the strongest i have experienced in any hotel. Full kitchen with utensils, dishes, a pan, coffee maker and coffee packets. Bathroom was roomy and the bathtub actually kept the water in without leaking. Bed was comfortable and thermostat on wall worked well. Want to give thanks to Marquisha (front desk) for her superior customer service and personable personality. Great stay - highly recommend.

I was in Omaha for a last minute funeral after my best friend's sister passed away. Really awful experience working with this hotel. Was told by the front desk to request a refund for the previous night as flight was delayed and didn't get in until 4am. The third party site the room was booked through understood the situation and was willing to offer a refund with the consent of the hotel. The general manager then refused to issue a refund despite it being the suggestion of his own staff member. Didn't appear he was actually reading or understanding the situation either. Additionally, front desk staff has loud conversations about hotel guests on the phone to the point of it being uncomfortable. I am not a "Karen," plenty of other Google reviews I've written to prove that, but the service here was just piss poor. No empathy or compassion or wanting to "do the right thing." The room was OK. Bed/pillows were comfortable, very quiet, good water pressure, and no housekeeping services. *Extremely* overpriced for what it is. Edited to add: For the 50th time, I only followed up with this **after** being encouraged by your staff to try and get a refund since he marked me as a no show for that night and because the rooms were exorbitantly overpriced. You never would have heard from me otherwise. But you're welcome for the review; wishing you safe travels as well. 👍

We had a scheduling issue on our end. The front desk assistant along with the manager literally jumped through hoops to get us taken care of. We will be returning for a long period of time and will definitely be returning to this location.

The GM, Aaron, is one of the best GM's that I have encountered in a very long time! He obviously cares about his guests and his hotel! If you are ever in the area, you should definitely stay here! Aaron will make sure that you have a fabulous experience!

Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Bed was very comfortable Had a nice kitchenette. Staff was personable and friendly.

So… I had a serious issue with the staff. It seemed to be defective. Unfortunately I was also arrested within the residence because of murder

I have been here a year, with my husband while he works in omaha. The rooms are very comfortable, and the staff here gives all they can to make your stay better. The laundry room and gym are awesome, and im so glad they offer these!!! Ive stayed in many hotels over my 58years and i have to rate this place at the top of my list! They make me feel comfortable and safe, thats huge now a days!
