I
was
in
Omaha
for
a
last
minute
funeral
after
my
best
friend's
sister
passed
away.
Really
awful
experience
working
with
this
hotel.
Was
told
by
the
front
desk
to
request
a
refund
for
the
previous
night
as
flight
was
delayed
and
didn't
get
in
until
4am.
The
third
party
site
the
room
was
booked
through
understood
the
situation
and
was
willing
to
offer
a
refund
with
the
consent
of
the
hotel.
The
general
manager
then
refused
to
issue
a
refund
despite
it
being
the
suggestion
of
his
own
staff
member.
Didn't
appear
he
was
actually
reading
or
understanding
the
situation
either.
Additionally,
front
desk
staff
has
loud
conversations
about
hotel
guests
on
the
phone
to
the
point
of
it
being
uncomfortable.
I
am
not
a
"Karen,"
plenty
of
other
Google
reviews
I've
written
to
prove
that,
but
the
service
here
was
just
piss
poor.
No
empathy
or
compassion
or
wanting
to
"do
the
right
thing."
The
room
was
OK.
Bed/pillows
were
comfortable,
very
quiet,
good
water
pressure,
and
no
housekeeping
services.
*Extremely*
overpriced
for
what
it
is.
Edited

add:
For
the
50th
time,
I
only
followed
up
with
this
**after**
being
encouraged
by
your
staff
to
try
and
get
a
refund
since
he
marked
me
as
a
no
show
for
that
night
and
because
the
rooms
were
exorbitantly
overpriced.
You
never
would
have
heard
from
me
otherwise.
But
you're

for
the
review;
wishing
you
safe
travels
as
well.
