We stayed one night while in town for the College World Series. The prices of all hotels were jacked up, like seriously price gouging. My fiance paid approximately $180 for one night here. We got in at 11pm and were immediately hit by the stale smell of cigarettes in the lobby. None of the amenities were available due to covid and probably lack of maintenance. We got checked into our room and noticed that it was a smoking room, even though we booked a non-smoking room. I'm not sure that would have even mattered because the whole building smelled like smoke. Who even still has smoking rooms available in 2021??? The room was pretty run down. The wall jack for the coaxial cable was ripped out of the wall, one of the bedside lamps had the shade knocked off, the other lamp didn't work. The telephone wasn't plugged into the wall and the telephone receiver didn't even have a cord going to the body of the phone so it was literally useless. They ran the carpet up the wall instead of using baseboards. For some reason the couch cushions were off the couch when we got into the room. We both woke up congested due to the smell of cigarettes. Lastly, the comforter was like a paper towel and we couldn't get warm. The staff was nice when we checked in so there's that...

I'm glad other people had a great experience. Unfortunately, we did not. My family and I arrived to see a beautiful hotel on the outside but not on the inside. Our first room hadn't been cleaned. We got the second room and thought all was well but the water drains out the tub slowly and there are bugs in the room. I would never stay here again and I'm over Omaha, NE. I'm tempted to checkout and keep driving.

Our stay was convenient and reliable. We booked our room online and our check-in process was very quick. The room smelled like it had been recently cleaned. Our biggest complaint was the pillows on the beds were uncomfortable. I kept moving around trying to find a comfortable position to sleep in throughout the night. Checking out was very quick as well. It was nice to have breakfast included.

Severely overpriced for a place that’s one step above a pay by the hour hotel. Busy weekend so yes all hotel prices were elevated. Arrived at 230, for 3pm check in but didn’t get checked in until 340. All amenities were closed despite being advertised as open. No pool, no breakfast, no laundry, no business center, etc. Old old facility. Hasn’t seen an update since the 80s. Stains and scratches all over the walls and carpets. Had to get my room key rekeyed just to get in the room. Housekeeping also tried coming into the room an hour before checkout. Worst hotel experience of my life.

This was not a good stay. When I looked at the hotel online, pictures were super nice. They're obviously outdated pictures. When I got there it was not nice at all. The outside of the building has overgrown weeds everywhere and smelled awful of what seemed like leaked oil from a car all over the parking lot. When I checked in I told the lady "I'd like to check in please" and she literally said no. Then she proceeded to say "it's a long day and I'm ready to be done no more check-ins". There was what appeared to be a very nice pool in the pictures, well it was closed. The pool from my sliding door looked disgusting and like it hadn't been even touched in years. Breakfast was closed. The Wi-Fi didn't work and when I called the front desk someone said "yeah the Wi-Fi is hit or miss". I'm sorry but if you're going to offer a pool, breakfast, and Wi-Fi on your website, you better disclose that they are not available on your website and lower your price drastically. $100 is way too much for this place. I said $50 a night at most. Those amenities are what people pay for. This was one of the worst experiences of customer service I've ever seen. The hotel inside smelled musty and smokey. The shower pressure in the hotel room was bare minimal and it didn't get very warm. It started to rain hard and water came pouring in to the hotel through the outside door. The carpet felt damp when walking on it in the room. The electrical is so cheap the bathroom lights are connected to a reset switch in the hallway. There's no fan in the bathroom. The outside door doesn't lock. An absolutely awful place and I do not recommend. There's a ton of other places I could have gone that are way nicer for that price. I am going to contact Wyndham and complain because this is absolutely no way to run a business. So unprofessional.

Really wishing that we had read the reviews before staying here. The room was clearly not cleaned before we stayed here- bedding was dirty, the travel shampoos & conditioners were all partially used and left in our room, wifi connection is basically nonexistent, there were stains on the walls and curtains, the pool and continental breakfast were both closed due to covid but the staff wasn't wearing masks (so they clearly don't care about covid)... Just really disappointing since we have had several really good experiences at other Days Inn's, just not this one. The stay here was cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Big delay with front desk staff when we came in to get a room, but they were very friendly and helpful. Place smelled of cigarette smoke and weed even though smoking is prohibited. Room smelled clean and was stocked well, but there was a large stain that looked like blood on the carpet, large cigarette burn on the couch, stains on bedding and comforter as well on bathroom walls. The tub faucet was falling off, screws were barley screwed in. Would only stay if absolutely necessary and had no other options.

We booked this hotel based on reviews from trip advisor, but should have checked Google instead. I’m a small business owner so I don’t like to make bad reviews, but this place is not good and I wouldn’t want any other family to stay here. We just needed a clean quiet place to sleep while we broke up 2 days of driving. We got none of that. Arrived at 11 pm, checked into our room only to find the bed unmade and dirty towels. As we walked back to the lobby the smoke smell and weed smell was terrible. There was also loud crying from some older kid or adult coming from a room. Got our second room and it was ok. The hotel is older so I understand it might look tired, but this place is just dirty. Outside there are random grills and a bunch of clothes outside one room. Like someone got mad and dumped all the clothes off the balcony. About 5:30 am we were worked up to doors slamming and someone having a domestic argument. It was a bit scary for a few minutes. Based on the cars in the parking lot and overall experience this hotel is being used for long term housing. The overall clientele were not travelers. I hate to think what else is going on there. If we hadn’t used miles for the hotel, I would have asked for my money back. During days of Covid cleanliness and safety are very important. Also no breakfast, no fitness room and no pool access

Surprise! Need to pay another 100$ deposit besides the online booking fee. Hotel smells sooooo bad in the hallways and immediately upon entering. That was my first red flag. Turning the heater on smells like dead animals. Toilet seat broke, TV won't turn on, walls dirty, carpet filthy, no breakfast as advertised (wouldn't dare eat here anyhow) pool out of order, all blamed on covid. This place will give you the creeps! Never ever again! It's going to be one of the longest nights ever! I will have to have my suitcase professionally cleaned after this place. Just hope I am not scammed out of the deposit- that's the vibe this place gives you. You will not feel safe, happy, or healthy here.

If it was possible to rate this hotel lower than a 1 I would. Checked in at the front lady told us they lied on the website, no breakfast no pool. We got up to the room and we ALWAYS check mattresses to look for bed bugs. As soon as we started checking we found an adult bed bug crawling across the sheets. We checked out immediately and waited FOR EVER for a refund. Highly would not recommend.

Cheap and for a reason. First room was unbearably hot, tv didn’t work, headboard was hanging on by a nail. Went to front desk and was moved to a second room. That room had such a putrid smell that burned your lungs with every breath. I’m not sure how the good reviews are good, but 10/10 I DONT recommend.

Clean an comfortable. Staff is friendly. They need to pay more attention to basic maintenance issues though. The towel rack next to the bathroom sink fell off the wall when I touched it. One lampshade was torn. In addition, one outside security door was damaged, and could not be opened with a hotel card key. The room could use some updates to include USB charging ports for cell phones or else accessible outlets by the desk. The only accessible outlets were on a lamp by the bed. The hotel charged an exorbitant $50 fee for allowing a small dog to occupy the room.

Where is the government health authority? People should not be allowed to stay here. All the other guests have accurately described it—stains on ceiling, food stuck in AC/heat unit. Advertised breakfast (who would eat here?), but you paid for it. Pool has not been touched in over a year—clearly a hazard, not to mention disgusting. The entire place has not been maintained—weeds everywhere. I worried about my car being vandalized or stolen. Yes, doors near the parking lots that were supposed to be key card access only were broken. NOT safe at all. Overall, paid $100 a night. Whole place smelled like cigarette smoke. What a scam. Please do not stay here. Definitely not children. I want my money back. Staff needs help—clearly overwhelmed. Owners: do the right thing and close, then redo this place if you plan to stay open.

This place is disgusting and front staff was not friendly. My parents also had a room and the toilet was dirty, along with the floors not being vacuumed. Asked to be moved to another room, and was, but never received any sort of apology. The window to my room had been shot, by a pellet gun, or something similar, and the glass hadnt been replaced. Absolutely filthy and unsure how this place is still operating. Will be emailing corporate a complaint, along with all the photos I took. Complaints go back months, with responses stating they will address the problems, but clearly nothing has been done. How is this a 3 star hotel?!
