Just do NOT stay here. Ac broken, tv didn't work. We arrived at 9.30 pm and notified the front desk of the issues. 2 hours later at 11.30 pm after being in our room for 2 hours and going to bed, we hear a loud knock on the door. We told them to go away, we were already in bed. At midnight the front desk called our room again. OK, so you were coming to fix the TV. At midnight?? Very dirty, sketchy parking lot with hotel residents, yes residents, living here. Pretty sketchy clientele. The staff were not friendly, they just looked at you when you ask a question with no reply The place or at least our room had an awful odor and windows didn't open. Miserable, hot, disturbing night. Never again

We walked in the room and started slipping around because the floor was greasy. The smell was very bad. There was blood on the toilet. We removed the towels from the holder and they were damp and also had blood on them. We were afraid to sleep in the bed because the sheets looked dirty. All this after driving across seven states. We paid $108 just to leave the room after a couple hours. My son had a room as well and the TV was falling off the wall. The person at the desk wouldn't even come and look after we complained. Stay as far away from this place as possible. If I could give it zero stars I would.

If you are a picky person, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It was not the most appealing place to stay, but it was satisfactory. Floors were slippery from some sort of cleaning supplies I’d guess, and TV remote didn’t work. It was also very humid in the room, the hallways smelled like smoke but the bedroom was fine. Overall I would stay again because no huge complaints. Good for the price.

Great service they will go above and beyond for their guests. The rooms are really clean. Will be staying here again. Would recommend

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I requested to have our rooms together as we had 3 and they were able to complete this. In addition, they provided us with fresh towels and took out our trash when we didn't want our room fully clean (we were in out of the room with dance competition). Will stay here again

My partner & I stayed here after spending all day on the road during the middle of a move. The service was cold, our sheets were dirty, there were literal dead bugs in the bathroom & mold growing on the ADA equipment (I took tons of pictures!). The lobby held multiple screaming kids until past 11pm, with no reprimanding from the lobby attendant. The bathroom had a slick film on the floor. Honestly, I would have rather slept in my car. The kicker was calling Motel 6, assuring me that they would get back to me — no one did. This company sucks.

Do not stay here. Staff is awful. Rude, hard to understand & always on their personal phone. They don’t hang up to help you, your supposed to wait for them to get done. Room was dirty and they did not come to clean it the next day.

After traveling 900 miles for the day we decided to find the next Motel 6 available and get a room. This by far is the worst Motel 6 we have ever stayed at. After entering our room we noticed the dried looking blood fingerprints on the back of the door, the tub had dirt in the bottom of it, the towels had stains, the shower curtain had no liner. We complained to the front desk and asked to be move and was told no and had to sit and watch as a employee cleaned the room. I would not recommend this Motel 6 to my arch enemy! Drive far away from this place as possible.

Just as an update to my previous review, the motel never refunded my money, and corporate said they wouldn't help. In the meantime, yesterday, 10/26, a man ran from the police and hid in this motel, taking a woman and her child hostage in the process. Police had to bust out the window and use tear gas. Google it! Stay at this place at your own peril! UPDATE: As you can see, they apologized for falling short of my expectations. I guess that if someone getting shot and killed at your motel, and then it being used in a hostage situation later on, is considered "falling short of expectations", then yes you sure did. Please don't stay here. Bad things will probably happen to you.

Were regulars that come in, & lately the receptionists have been lying to us & and charging us EXTRA. a night ago, we got a room & told us the total would be 69$, included with taxes. I didn’t trust a word they told me, because this isnt the first time they’ve done something this ridiculous. This morning I checked my bank acc & they had charged us 120$. They Love to scam!!

The room smelled horrible. There was mold everywhere, the walls looked like they were sweating, the bed was damp and stank bad, and the bathroom was disgusting as well. Simply the worst motel experience I have ever had. Not worth the $69 I paid.

How this has a 3.0 rating is beyond me. As soon as my husband and I walked in our room. We knew this was going to be a difficult stay. First of all, even though we informed the hotel that it was going to be two people in this room, there was only one pillow on the bed. Dirt and grime cake the walls, and there is a stench of cigarettes (and weed) present in every corner of this motel. One of the vending machines didn't work. Even when the proper amount of money was placed in as stated for the item I was wanting. There isn't even a sink in the bathroom (it's outside the room). Which is more of a construction problem and really isn't the staff's fault. There was loud commotion in many areas of this location. Including loud fighting that could be heard while traveling around the bottom floors hallway. Card readers sometimes stop working out of nowhere. The TV remote's batteries were dead almost right after we started using it. The TV was practically broken and nearly falling off the wall. In lamens terms: Do NOT stay here unless you really have no other choice like we did. If I could give negative stars, I would. This place is a joke. Don't stay here. You've been warned.

This was the most awful hotel stay I have ever experienced. No garbage bins, dirty towels and the floor was the most disgusting combination of stickiness and grime. I wrote to customer service and they didn't even acknowledge receipt of my complaint. The clerk didn't even bother to tell me what the room charge was. Please, please, if you can, avoid this property.

We have a dog so we often stay at Motel 6's. Usually a pretty good value that accepts dogs. This place was pathetic in so many ways.

Nice clean room. I checked in at 12:30 AM and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I saw other reviews that claim no fridge or microwave, my room had both and a working TV contrary to others statements. Next time I'm in Omaha, I'll definitely be staying here.

Rooms were clean and very simply. Remote didn't work, there was no fridge, but hey, my dogs were able to stay there for free. The location was ok. When I got there, there was a dude working on his car in the parking lot, but he was evidently successful because when I got back he was gone. When I got back from dinner, there were dudes shooting craps on a luggage dolley in the parking lot. I thought it was very industrial of them. Either way, bottom line, my dogs and myself staying in a clean, quiet room at an affordable rate. Which in the end, is all that matters.

This motel was super clean. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. I love that pets stay free. It was quiet and close to alot of places. I would recommend staying here if ur looking for something reasonably priced.

Don’t make this mistake. Accessible from highway and allow pets, but that’s where benefits end. You can find other local options similar in price. I prepaid sight unseen because places were booked up. In retrospect, sleeping in car would have been a better choice.

Decent property, staff & nice rooms with new furniture. Parking was easy & convenient and looked lively with a lot of light. Also, WiFi worked great. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: fast check in. No issues after making reservation on Travelocity. Clean room. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Good lighting in parking lot for vehicle safety at night. Cons: loud AC unit had to be on constantly to maintain comfortable temp. No mini fridge or microwave or coffee maker. Difficulty hooking personal electronics into tv to use. Overall acceptable for a short cheap stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! I literally never leave reviews and am always dubious of one stars, but I absolutely mean it. Every last thing here has been a struggle, a disappointment and now ACTIVELY HAVING ALUMINUM SIDING BEING CUT IN FRONT IF OUR ROOM AT 8:30 IN THE MORNING!!! Front desk is a joke, the lack of anything a normal motel would provide is appalling, and not for nothing, but the lighting is heinous. First time in Omaha and last time at a motel 6 for me. I am not a dramatic or hyperbolic person, just someone who wanted a nice vacation and got met with hostility and sub-bare bones amenities. Do yourself a favor and stay ANYWHERE else.

Jack was a nice person. They always very respectful and I hate to leave because they were so nice. If I find another hotel good like they were that's motel 6 on Jay Street

Very quality motel 6 my wife and I live on the road. Great value, nice bath, some minor TV issues. Definitely worth it thank you!

I got to motel after a 12 hour drive they gave my reservation to someone else had to get that fixed. I had to get switched to 3 different rooms till they could get me a room with 2 beds and the key pad would work. There was no fridge or microwave and had 2 towels and 1 washcloth in the room The outside doors was all open held by trash cans so anyone could walk right in. The pool doesn’t work and looked like it was being used for storage and hasn’t been up and running in a long time. I had the room booked for 3 nights I slept 5 hours and got up and got outta there worst experience I ever had at a motel 6 and would never ever go back

We stayed at 3 Motel 6s during the July 4th weekend. This was the best motel of the 3. Clean room, comfortable beds, small, but good shower.

Well this was not a great stay. We had a multi day stay as we visited the zoo and explored omaha. Each day we had to get our key reprogrammed until one of the front desk staff figured out it needed programmed to last the duration of our stay. We had 3 people in our room and they kept leaving a single set of towels so we has to go get extras. Also the whole place smells cigarette smoky even in non smoking rooms. One of our party was forced to move rooms since they originally gave him the wrong room. They spilled something on the bed and pulled the sheets off and the maid whom you can't refuse didn't change them. The price was right, but in retrospect we would have paid more for better rooms... #notrecommended

I have stayed here before, and the staff has always been great. Clean, comfortable rooms and free parking. Had a good night sleep. Trash was not overflowing like we have seen at so many other hotels.

Located near a busy highway so the road noise was pretty loud. There were bugs (not bedbugs) in our towels and a dead one under a pillow. There was also a cigarette burn in our blanket. Hallways smelled pretty bad of fresh paint. Price was inflated due to the College World Series and I should've just spent the extra money to stay elsewhere. I know better next time.

Front desk guy was extremely rude. Very bad for business. Came in in June 2. Whoever was working the desk that night was horrible. I will NOT be back. Run from this place as fast as you can.

Absolute worst experience with a motel 6 I've ever had. The rate for this hotel is exponentially more than what they should be charging. No fridge in rooms. Nothing in the room wasn't bolted down. Everything was damaged. Towels were not cleaned, had hair all over them and stains. Random loud guests screaming, running through the halls and knocking on doors in the early hours of the morning. Police and ambulances randomly showing up. Suspicious people walking around hotel at all hours of the day and night. Parking lot full of run down cars. Cleaning people were rude and would leave their carts sideways in the middle of the hallway. All doors except the front door did not work even though there are key readers on all doors. Building was cold as hell at night because they like to leave the front door open. No idea why. Signs of a rat infestation on the first floor right above the staircase. Would never stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone.

The tub drain is broke cause when I turned water on it came floating off from the water, the water was way to hot to burn your head and scalp. Dogs were barking from 8pm until 10:30pm and I was asleep and couldn't dogs barked the whole time. We only got one room key and I had to go down and get another key for my fiance so he could get it cause I paid for two adults, and my fiance was late for work cause of it. The afternoon worker was very rude and when I told him I needed another card he ripped it out of my hand and told my fiance I need your ID so it was really making my fiance mad and late for work. I will never stay here again

We bought a hotel room at another hotel, but they demanded $100 as a deposit rather than the $50 that was on the website and on the front desk. We only had $50 so I called this motel 6 and they gave us a room for $50 and no deposit. We would have had to sleep in our car had this motel not come through.
