It was freaking horrible I'll never stay there again after I paid for the room and got the keys we noticed that there were roaches and bedbugs all over the counters, the beds, floors, the bathroom, you name it. I did request a refund which at first he didn't want to give me. And he said he would but I paid for part of it with a card and I requested to have it refunded in cash so that I may Reserve another room somewhere else since it was paid with debit. Long story short he refused under no uncertain terms. He won't even give a discount.

**DON’T BOOK** This is the most disgusting Motel I have ever come across. We didn’t even stay after checking in and getting up to the room and seeing the condition of the room and beds. we Immediately asked for a refund. The man that checked us in showed us a new room but we could still see the stains on all the bedding. We were so disappointed in this place. It was described as a Hotel not a Motel (and I have nothing against Motels) but we also were told it was downtown Omaha and it was not. The bedding in the rooms were stained all over and had holes and burns. We booked a King suite but both rooms we were shown came with 2 “double beds” which were very small. The man that worked there said I am giving you 2 beds for the price of 1, but we are a couple and we didn’t want or need 2 small beds and we had already paid for a king SUITE. So if I could give this place ZERO stars I would. This experience ruined our entire trip because we had to spend all night trying to find a new place to stay but every place was booked solid and we had our reservations days before. We ended up driving back and not being able to do anything we planned on our weekend away, it was a total waste.

0 stars...here because it was the only room available over the weekend in Omaha for less than $150 a night...should have paid the extra money for a better place. Room is disgusting, there is not even an attempt by housekeeping to clean the room. If I had the extra money to move hotels I would. Too. Is so bad I went to Walmart and got Lysol and paper towels to clean the room where it was at least somewhat tolerable....left door open for hours to air out smell. Mold growing in bathroom walls and sink area. Cigarette Burns and heavy smell in the carpet, bedspreads, tub, toilet and counters. Hair and filth everywhere. This is literally the most disgusting place I have seen in over 20 years of business travels. If this is the kind of place that Choice hotels attaches their name to I guarantee I will never stay at a Choice branded hotel again. Manager was not rude, but very inept....just a miserable experience all the way around.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Dirty, and disgusting. Recently taken over by some Indians who according to a local gas station employee, jacked the prices up from $60 to about $100. Not worth more than $20 for the quality. Bedsheets were stained, and everything was dirty. Our room had a dresser that was so lopsided the drawers wouldn't stay closed, and was propped up with several small bits of wood and even a rock. If it weren't for the working at, I'd have just slept in my car. We we're lucky enough to not find bugs or other major filth problems beyond major areas being neglected. The mini fridge was disgusting and had hairs as well as stains in it. We kept everything in our cooler.

Decent prices and great location. I did not care much for the continental breakfast though. Also, the pillows were pretty flat, although I was able to get another one from the front desk. Great place for a budget minded traveler.

Not only did the room not look like what they pictured.. there were people outside all night long yelling and screaming. I literally had to go buy cleaning supplies before I felt a little comfortable taking a shower.. they also have floating trash cans too.. they seem to land right in the middle of the stairs.. and let’s not forget about the week old sock someone decided to hang in the wall right above the television.. in what appeared to be a smoke detector.. hopefully they won’t need that.. and last but not least only one of the outlets in the whole room actually worked... choice hotels needs to remove them from a recommended hotel..

I just checked. I paid through an online third party, so the price that I paid ending up being higher than if I had come off of the street. The guy at the desk gave poor customer service. He gave me a key to a room with the light and tv on and the beds were not made. I went to inform him and he gave me another room. The covers look dirty. The room is not maintained and is not cleaned. I'm going to make the best of it, but I won't do it again.

The first room that I was given smelled so bad that I had to investigate before I settled in. I found fuzzy mold growing up the walls of the bathroom--I have pictures. I called the front desk and asked to be moved. They didn't have a king room but moved me to what I had hoped was a better room. This one also smelled very bad--I went to target before I settled in to buy air freshener--it was that bad. There were holes in the wall, the bathroom had mud and filth in the corners. The toilet was broken and glued back together. The tub did not drain and bugs crawled up out of the drain when I turned the water on. The bedspreads were some polyester from the 70's that had cigarette burns in them. Seriously. I was a bit afraid to be there but had paid in advance and places like that don't give refunds. Oh, I also forgot to mention that I rented one hotel chain and apparently it had changed to Roadway Inn and failed to update listings with Expedia. I could say much more but I'm sure that you already have a good idea of what to expect here

Room was very clean, cleaner then I expect. It also seems to have been remodeled recently, beds were comfy and the room had a microwave and refrigerator in it which was very convenient. For the price I would definitely stay here again. If I ever needed a room for a few days again.

The Hotel that I booked was a okay stay, but the other room that i reserved was dissatisfied. The room was a non smoking room but it smelled like cigarettes. While sitting on the chair, there was a needle that has been used came out from between the chair. There was lots of not trusted people around who would look through other rooms window. While going into the ice room, there was someone sitting behind the vending machine charging it's phone. We also found little bugs that looks like fleas and ticks crawling on the bed. Bed sheets and blankets has lots of stain on it. It looked washed but it looks very old and filthy. Seems like they need to replace those old blankets and sheet for new one. Over all, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone regardless they are friends, families or any other people. I didn't feel safe at all. I was only there, because everywhere in omaha and council bluffs was booked due to a huge car event with over 5k people during that weekend. Other than that, i would never go back. first and last time there.
