Run. Quickly runaway go somewhere else. The rich person that gave me had bed bugs on the floor. I didn't even check the bed because I didn't get that far. Immediately turned around and requested another room at the front desk. I went to check the room and again bed bugs. I went back to the front desk they gave me a third room and this one didn't have any evidence of although I was scolded by the staff for pulling the sheets off the second room bedding in order to check for bed. They told me that should never be done they told me that all you do is open the door and then you decide right away if you want it or not you don't go in and check the bedding. They put a duplicate charge on my card. I have spoke with six different representatives of the property and each time was assured it was taken care of even though it was not I finally had to do a chargeback with my bank. They noticed you duplicate charge and resolve the issue was in the matter of an hour. To recap This is a Bed bug friendly property with poor service and inconsistent financial operations.

I feel this Hotel has potential and want to share my experience to hopefully help them succeed. I was born/raised in Omaha and was in town for a funeral. This was the first trip back where I had to stay in a hotel instead of at my parents' house (they passed away). With short notice, I booked the airfare, hotel, and car through Priceline, basing my decision on the location. Prior to arriving, I called to inquire what is served for their complimentary breakfast... if nothing appealing, I would stop at the grocery store on the way. The woman who answered the phone was rude... that was my first impression. Her answer was condescending... claiming I only paid $45 per night, so I should not expect much. I told her I bought the package and didn't know what I paid. My husband & I are retired, have traveled from Canada to Mexico to Europe... we have stayed in 5-Star Resorts. I wasn't looking for quality, just a convenient place to stay. But, if this Hotel was suitable, I would return since I travel to Omaha every year. One day I wanted to take a walk, but didn't want to leave the Hotel. The woman who worked there (I assume it's the same one on the phone) was watching me walk down the hall. When I got closer to her, she asked (in an unfriendly tone), "Are you looking for someone?" She didn't introduce herself or expIain why she was asking. I said I was taking a walk and asked if that was okay. I thought they might have a gym to work out in, but she said no. So I said I will keep walking. Instead of monitoring my actions, why didn't she or anyone else monitor the guests that were staying above my room and kept me up for 3 nights in a row with loud noises? Or the guests that show up at breakfast barefoot? Or take the time to put away the laundry that was sitting in breakfast area for 3 days in a row? One other unacceptable action was the male owner/employed stood behind us in the breakfast area coughing into his hand (not his sleeve). Regardless of Covid, he was too close to us. I ran my own business for 35 years... making people feel welcome should be a priority. If enough people point out the rudeness, perhaps they will make an effort to improve... then attract a higher class of guests

The worst possible option even when desperate. Several different times the front desk refused to do their job correctly. They refused look up and make sure a room key should be given to the person, just gave anyone a key to your room without question! Happened twice for me and several other guests I know of. My 1st room somehow got a mouse in it. It came in and gave birth in my clothes after chewing them up. So they changed my rooms. The second room has several issues from the cleaning to the key mechanism not working. Was told the batteries just needed to be changed but they never bothered to do this. The mechanism finally gave out to where it was impossible to open the door. Everyday for a week I either had to go to the front desk more than once or risk leaving the door opened in order to walk my dog. I finally got sso irritated and raised my voice a bit cuz they kept lying saying they would get it fixed and brush it off. They fixed it finally but told me to go elsewhere. None of the outside doors work except the front door. Some people have busted the locks or they put rocks in the door in order to get back inside as they also refuse to fix the doors. When I asked to speak to a manager or someone at the front desk over issues and because the staff was not acting appropriately, was told "no, no, no" over and and over. Every time I tried to speak with anyone either it be the owner or a manager or anyone who could say anything other than "no" in English I was brushed off and given a run around. Couldn't leave without issues and it became a headache in its own right. People hang around that shouldn't and are homeless. Steal from you and trash the place. Several times there were nasty dirty diapers right by the entrance. Trash everywhere! Also no cameras to speak of in the outside of the building or on the first floor hallways. Safety and security are definitely a big problem here. My friend had his motorcycle stolen right in the parking lot and they told us there wasn't any chance if a camera to help. This place is the worst possible option. They did nothing to make anything right, not even comping the room when the mouse gave birth in my clothes. Only made me sign a statement saying the room isn't ADA compliant and I'm ok to stay in it since I'm disabled and they didn't to fix the doors so I could easily and safely walk my dog! Also if your female or disabled be prepared for lots of discrimination. The discrimination I faced while there was well out of hand. You don't ask a person why they are disabled and constantly ask if I have a boyfriend from the staff at the front desk. I produced my prescription that proved my dog was legit service. There was no reason to demand it over and over or pry into my personal business like that afterwards. That's illegal but they don't seem to care. Going to add pictures from my stay there of the mice and the fire that happened ehile there and made it hard to breath the air alone. Sitting outside a whole night cuz the air quality is so poor really isn't fun when you've paid for a room to stay in. Also nothing was done to make it right except tell me to go elsewhere if they have so many issues . No breakfast at all there and they constantly replace the juice with just water especially if there are kids checked in and about a lot. Please be very cautious if you end up here esp with children as there are needles on the ground here even.... Seen a few right at the front entrance even. Far as price goes.... Cheapest around!

It's really hard to leave reviews under 3 for me. And I reserve 1 for not trying or taking advantage of the customer. At least the girl at the front desk was super pleasant. The rooms were pretty bad though. Smelt like BO and musty towels. I went to open the window to air it out, but the window was shattered. No lie. See picture. Didn't feel clean anywhere, but that's what BO smells will do. Lighting was very low tone but with white lights. Very weird. Toilet seat broken, ceiling was clearly showing water damage and a breakthrough (see pic). And breakfast was pretty scant. Classic waffles, two cereals no one wants, toast, oatmeal. That was it. Awesome by no standard other than those who are in desperate need of food. Not for those charged $100 a night. At least it's next to Jericho's Streak House. Overall, can't do so much with it. Had to sleep with the window open too. A/C smelled dreadful. It has to be a 2. Sorry. Would not come back.

After a harrowing night 700 miles from home where the hotel I had reserved would not accommodate me, I came to the super 8 and got a room and had a perfect one night stay! The hotel is very clean, the mattresses looked brand new, and there was new equipment going into rooms. The staff was friendly and easy to work with, the coffee was strong, and the breakfast was hot! If I could give 10 stars I would! Thanks for a great stay! This will be my spot when I travel to Omaha in the future no questions!

I made the reservation online for 3 nights for a king non smoking room .Upon arriving, they put me in a smoking room. I tried for 30 minutes to get what I reserved, but was unsuccessful. When I entered the room, there were several stains on the walls which looked like blood and makeup. There were holes in the walls and the bathroom was horrible. There wasn't any towels or toilet paper and there was dirt in the sink. People were slamming doors and yelling all night. The wind from outside was blowing into the room. It was -13 degrees outside. I have never experienced such disgusting surroundings.

Our room was priced right and the bed was very comfortable. Continental breakfast was filling, has amble parking, right off the freeway between two exists, quiet, with many restaurants close to it. I'm guessing it's family owned and the lady was very nice to us.

Cheap enough for one night. Tv and phone didn't work. Bed was clean, room was not. No coffee. Heater/ac worked flawlessly. Did allow a dog. Well lit parking lot.

It took three attempts to find a room. The first room had been occupied, was dirty and had a backed up sink with black water in it. Second room was damaged, a desk had been ripped off the wall and there wasn’t a knob for the shower/bath. The third room I stayed in was marginally better so I stayed there. The shower was damaged and dirty, decided not to use it. The toilet paper holder was broken. Stains on the walls and there were missing outlet plates with exposed wires, clearly a safety violation. No coffee maker in the room. The carpet throughout seemed sticky and dirty. Dirty hallways with numerous scuffs on the walls. Their “free” breakfast was basically 2 types of cereal, half a loaf of bread and a dirty waffle station. Even the coffee was bad. I am a very experienced traveler and this was on of the worst hotels I ever stayed at. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

OMG!! I can not believe i tried staying here. The pictures on line are NOT even close to what the rooms look like. They are absolutely discusting!! I wouldnt even sit on the chairs or bed. I grabbed my things and left after asking to be moved to another room and that room was just as bad as the 1st. WOW!! How can a hotel stay running with rooms this discusting? There wasnt a clean wall in the room. Airconditioner didnt work, no light bulbs in the lamps, no wash clothes, hand towels, ice bucket or cups. The top blanket didnt fit the bed, dirty old towels left behind door, burn holes everywhere and holes in the walls. It stunk to high heaven! I'll never stay in another Super 8 again!!

The smell was way to much. Not a dirty smell but deodorizer but way way way too strong. Had to cover mouth and nose going in and out. Opened the window and turned on fan for 2 hrs to get smell out of my room. Breakfast only had toast or cold cereal coffee and OJ and apple juice.

This is a great place to stay! I had a slight AC issue with the first room, and they came to the room to help me fix it but just gave me a new room with an updated AC system. The rooms are well kept, everything is clean, the photos don't do any justice. Would stay again, thank you!

The staff at this motel works extremely hard and maintain the motel in a very efficient and cleanly manner. I've had to spend over a month here as I had nowhere else to go and was essentially homeless. The staff at the front desk are always helpful and greet customers with a smile and positive attitude. They are willing to go above and beyond to help you should you have an issue. The maids/house keepers are incredibly respectful if you wish not to be disturbed. The motel's prices are very competitive and some of the lowest in the Omaha metro. They're very accommodating to people, like myself, who have pets traveling with them. The building itself is almost always clean, it's a bit older of a building but management is actively restoring and updating the motel. I'd just like to thank the entire staff, from management to house keepers to front desk clerks. You're doing an amazing job and I'd happily stay here again!

Most definitely not the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Only real complaints are the pillows (only 2 on the bed, every hotel I've ever been at puts at least 4) and cleanliness. The place wasn't really clean but it wasn't filthy if that makes any sense

RUN AWAY! This place is awful. Smells like smoke, even in non-smoking room. The bathtub was absolutely filthy, with the coating peeling off of it. Breakfast was a few pieces of bread and some packets of oatmeal. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Worst hotel experience ever. Upon check in, lobby and stairs covered in chunks of dirt and dried mud. In the hallways there was trash and towels. The trashcan outside of the stairway was overflowing with bags and boxes and food on the ground. Light switch in room didn’t work. Unrepaired hole in wall behind door. Burn marks on the floor. Holes in the blankets. Broken screen from window leaned up against wall in room. Room and hallways wreaked of cigarette and marijuana. Ice machine not working. Next morning, all trash and food and laundry still on hallway floors. Front desk staff had small children in office behind counter. Trash in hallways and next to stairway went days before being picked up. Floors in hallways obviously not vacuumed for days as there were piles of dirt and powders that were left for days. One day when we returned to our room we found that two towels we had hung up to dry had been taken but not replaced. As housekeeping was obviously in our room, trashes were not taken out, bathroom was not refreshed, beds were not made. Could hear dogs barking in rooms as we walked down the halls. Ended up leaving two days early because it was all so uncomfortable.

SUPER 8 by Wyndham is a decent 3 star hotel with an acceptable breakfast.. nothing fancy just a clean room at a reasonable price.

Website says you accept pets but mine are emotional support animals and the lady at the front desk says you don't accept support animals. That's just wrong. I guess pets are different than service animals. I doubt you'll do anything once you read this review.

TV not working, somebody's leftover food in the freezer, dirty sock behind the nightstand, my friend's room was no better. Sink was clogged and full, moved her to another room where the shower had been freshly painted and was still wet, and there was a plastic bag over the smoke detector. Other friend had trash on the floor and in the tub, no tissue, one towel. At least it was cheap. Now we know why.

When i got there, it was ok. That was the highlight of the stay. There wasn't a remote for the tv, i went to the desk, and the only one they had turned it on but wouldn't change channels. The buttons on the side also only turned it on, but it's stuck on the home shopping network. They put me in the room right at the top of the stairs, so i hear everyone coming and going as well as all the people checking in. This room should not be rented out. The microwave or the extension cord that it was plugged into kept shorting out so it would turn off then beep when power was restored. As i was getting into bed, i noticed hair on top of the comforter that was not mine. Then, I noticed the stains on the sheets (not too visible)

Friendly stuff, they gave us room 214 and the lights did not work, they changed as to room 212 out of the three lamps only 2 worked. Water on sink would not go down. Comfy beds.

It was excellent service! My mom and I were looking for somewhere affordable to stay and this place was only $70 a night for a room and it’s very clean. The other hotel we stayed at was $350 a night and they didn’t even have a refrigerator or microwave like this place. Highly recommend staying here the owner was very nice the whole stay.

This was one of the nicer Super 8s we have stayed at. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was the least expensive, pet friendly hotel we could find. The pet charge was $25 per night. A couple of minor issues: not the greatest coffee, no soap, and a few minor maintenance issues needed to be addressed. Overall. It was a good budget hotel, and we would return.

Very dirty, with the exception of the bed. Had to scrub the whole bathroom and all the appliances. Not her to burn the company, but maybe put a little more effort into your business.

fantastic staff. Very welcoming and inviting motel. The rooms are wonderfully maintained. I will only stay at this motel when I am in Omaha.

Owners are extremely unprofessional. They hate Americans for sure. They do so many things that are not cool, I wouldn't know where to begin. Don't ever bring your kids here, def not a place for kids.

According to all the online booking sites prices are in the $88 to $93 range. But if you book directly with the motel they charge $247.00 a nite! It's barely liveable. I didn't expect much for $88 to $93 a night. But $247!! What a rip-off. Black mold on the ceiling on the bathroom. Shower sprays water on the ceiling and then it drips down on you while you're showering. No room cleaning, no fresh towels. Bugs on the floor in the bathroom. You have to be a tv expert to get the tv to work on the cable channels. There's construction material in the haulway. They use the breakfast area to fold laundry. The safety chain for the entry door is laying on the floor, broken off the lock.

  • 2/5 Dmitri K. 1 year ago on Google
very long checkin. There was only one set of towels in the room with one large bed. towels are old and dirty. They haven't changed in three days. The garbage is not removed, the floor in the room is dirty. there were crumbs in the fridge. From the pros there is breakfast, good internet. it was pretty quiet.

  • 1/5 Clint S. 1 year ago on Google
Very rude!! to start. I booked it online which when I got here she said I had to cancel because that's not the price of the room. I said you have to honor the price I paid for regardless of what she wants to change. The first room the door didn't even close/lock, went and got a different room. Nicer but still dirty, not vacuum, tub had dirt still in it. Should I keep going.
