I'm a disabled veteran on Memorial day weekend and called ahead and when arrived, i asked for a quiet accessable room. He gave me the room in the middle of hotel and next door to the pool. Hotel was filled with kids, needless to say they ran and yelled up and down the floor, slammed doors. I approached the front desk and apparently the manager next morning and explained my concerns and was not offered a new room or discount. Will not stay here again. Shower and bed were all I needed and those were ok. Don't make coffee in room, coffee maker was nasty and all scaled. No info about hotel or area in room. Parking spaces are very narrow.

We stayed here for a basketball tournament. We were reluctant on staying here based off of previous reviews. Those reviews were so off from what we experienced. Upon entering the hotel we were greeted by the counter person (guy) forgot his name on 4-1 at 5:40 pm. He was extremely nice. The lobby was clean, the rooms were clean, the bathroom was nice. The room was spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. My only downside about my room was it was located next to the fitness center. I could here the treadmill and the slamming of the door got on my nerves. But this is NO fault of the hotel. I recommend requesting your room away from the workout room. Lol. Other than that our stay was very pleasant and very comfortable. Sorry i didn’t take pics before we got in bed. Looking for a nice place with friendly staff and conveniently located then call this hotel.

This location re-charged my bank account for a stay that was last December. this was an UNAUTHORIZED charge to the tune of $800. They took no ownership nor even apologized for the obvious error. No urgency given to try and resolve the issue. Simply said not our fault. We have stayed at this facility a number of times in the past and always enjoyed it. NO MORE. I am making it my life mission to ensure everyone I come in contact with knows what a crock of $@&# this facilities owner is. To make matters worse, I tried calling customer service and after 25 minutes waiting for an agent they called me a liar. Sorry but I have my bank record showing the charge. So they have stolen $800 from me and not one apology or offer of resolution.

Staff is awesome. Super friendly, and efficient. Checked us in quickly, and kept everything clean. Rooms are clean, which is most of what we want when we select a room. Our room was super cold, which after a day at the zoo, was so refreshing. Our only real issue is in the setup of the room, the A/C blows directly on the feet of everyone in the bed. Which if you are like me, you love it. But if you're like my wife, it makes for a frustratingly cold night. So more of a design issue than anything with the hotel.

Brought the family here after having a rough experience in same brand of hotels in Colorado. Very pleasantly surprised. Spacious rooms that are modern, clean, open with friendly staff. Enjoyed it!

Absolutely wonderful stay!!! The staff was outstanding, the room was large, breakfast was very good and the location was very convenient!!! This was a last-minute booking, and it was super quick and easy. The whole place was super clean, including the parking lot! Can't say enough good things about my stay. Great job, Comfort Suites West Omaha!!!!

I originally booked a room for Friday to Saturday, but because of some issues outside of our control, our trip was cut short and we headed home early. After some checking, I was told I would be allowed to switch my night from Friday to Wednesday. When we arrived, I loved that we were in what appeared to be a safer part of town, the hotel lobby was beautiful and the front desk guy was very nice. We unloaded our stuff, started a load of laundry ($4 to wash and $4 to dry=astronomically high to what we are used to), went to the pool to swim and then went up to our room to find a delivery service for supper. My children noticed 3 sheriff's pull up outside, followed by 2 more. They watched as the sheriff's ran up the sidewalk and back down, one had their gun drawn and one ran to their car for their shield. Not sure what happened, but because of this we didn't want to get delivery and have a delivery person walk into this, so we waited until all was over. We finally got our food delivered at 8. The beds were comfortable and the room was very nice, but the pull out couch was much smaller than I realized so my 2 kids sleeping on it had a rough night sleep. My 9 year old heard a knock on the door at 3:38 am followed by someone saying hotel. This happened 2 times. Around 4 am, my mom found our invoice on the floor by our door. My kids loved the breakfast choices. It was a decent stay, but not sure if I would stay again.

If you are a persons of color, no shade but this may not be the place for you. Sadly when my family and I walked through the door we could feel the unwelcomeness. We would have canceled and made reservations elsewhere but the cancellation fee was the cost of the room so we decided to give this place the benefit of the doubt; and ignored the fact that at first she acted oblivious to us even having reservations then acted like she had no clue how many of us there was and acted annoyed like there was an issue but before booking to make sure our family size was accommodated (6) we put how many guests there were, my family and I came so the kids could get a break from being in the house for the cold season and let them let their hair down and go for a good swim, mind you WE WERE THE ONLY ONES IN THE POOL AT THE TIME and the person (the one who made us feel unwelcomed) came in and told us she received a complaint by other pool guests (which while we were in the pool area NOBODY ELSE WAS THERE) that we were jumping in and being rowdy?! Like, seriously?! Anyways other people came in after about an hour or so (their children were jumping, running and playing (Caucasian)) and she said NOTHING at all to them meanwhile my children are scared to even get in the pool because she made them feel uncomfortable!!! Can't wait to leave this place and NEVER RETURN! Don't bother wasting your money or your time!! Find somewhere else, ANYWHERE else!! You're better off going to Home Depot and getting a cardboard box and staying the night in that than paying to stay at this place!!!

The rooms are clean and nice. The property is nice. Not much room if you have a trailer. I could hear the TV and someone snoring next door. Was intermittently loud from people upstairs also. Standard hotel breakfast. Great restaurant next door.

Great location actually had a view of a country side not of the city which was nice... Staff was nice, room was clean. Window opens just enough to get some fresh air. Elevator, heated pool is nice for the kids and a work out room that over looks the pool.

I can’t understand any bad reviews of this motel. I stay in Hilton Suites regularly and this motel is every bit as good. The service is great, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. Good shelf space and sitting room. The breakfast is great—eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, and good coffee. And it’s priced well. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

We got unexpectedly stuck overnight during a trip. Rolled in the lobby around 11:30 pm. The 2 employees working that night - didn’t catch names - were extremely accommodating. Quick check in. They gave a small discount for booking multiple rooms. Even found us a charger to borrow when we realized we had lost one we needed. One of the guys even offered to loan us one from his car. In a world where customer service is dying, those 2 dudes were great. Rooms are basic. But are clean and well maintained. No complaints. Mattress was better than expected. Lobby bathroom was dirty, but everything else was very clean, tidy and well stocked.

Very reasonable price for large, clean, and comfortable room. Very attentive staff, just in a learning curve with new employees. Am sure they will be great once they have learned the ropes. Would definitely stay here again.

I booked this hotel in error, thinking it was another, west Omaha Location. When I arrived where I thought I should be I learned the error. So I tried to cancel and was not allowed because it was after the allowed cancellation time. By about 3 hours, and the desk agent couldn't authorize, but said to call the 800 number. So I did. In the mean time booked a room where I was, because i needed that location as I had a follow-on reservation and didnt want to move. Both places are Comfort Suites, both in west Omaha. The 800 Nr rep contacted the hotel and was given the same story, and said he couldn’t override it. He then created a case number and told me to call back in the morning with that number and they would contact the manager. I did that and the manager of this hotel opted not to refund my stay. I am a Platinum member of Choice hotels, and expect a little better resolution than this. Service keeps customers! I’ll reconsider staying again with Choice.

Breakfast is ok, coffee is super watered down, stayed for 3 nights and wouldn't let us check out 30 min late. No spa like it was advertised. Shower door didn't close, caused a lot of leaking. Room needed upkeep, wall paint falling off and cigarette burns on carpet. Lazlos restaurant is in walking distance, pretty good food.

This is my second time staying at this hotel while traveling to Omaha. The staff is very professional and polite, the rooms have always been clean and comfortable, and the hotel is easily accessible. I would recommend this hotel during your stay in Omaha.
