This place is always so busy and the wait times are really long in the drive thru as well as waiting inside. I was standing at the counter for more than 5 minutes to grab a coffee and there was no one to get my order. I had to call the location to get someone to come up front cause they were all servicing the drive thru. The manager did get my coffee quickly after. I do like the decorations and look of the place inside.

Not sure what the issue today was, 1 car in the dual serve thru, I pull up to the 2nd lane. Order takers asks me to hold but forgot to turn off his headset. Casually having a conversation with another employee. Different customer pulls up in lane 1, order taken without issue. Finally comes back to me after 5 mins as I was driving off.

The people who work there must have a policy not to talk to customers because I never get a response back from them. Not even a hello, hi, buy. Never thanking the customer either but even when you talk to them they just look back at you and not say anything. Not sure who is hiring at that location but worst customer service and that says alot when is McDonald's.

the manager on 09/22/23 at 4:00pm was screaming at his employees and making jokes about their mistakes. He degraded his employees and requires them to call him "boss." I come here every single day for breakfast and lunch, but have never come inside before. Just as I am typing this, I heard "boss" scream OUT LOUD that he is "better than [his employee team]," and then said he would "prove it." The women in the back have grim faces and one of them came from the kitchen crying, she got water and calmed down without saying a word. SHE is a TROOPER. Nobody deserves to be treated that way. NOBODY. How much of a bottom feeder does it take to do this for hours on end? People keep buying food like they don't hear him. He is able to complain about the things he doesn't like on the job, and does so LOUDLY. Then if he hears a single PEEP from his employees, as I am typing this now, he screamed "JUST DO YOUR JOB!" SHAME TO HELL! SHAME! How can I eat here knowing this is how those human beings are being treated in the back. I have been here for an hour now and my day is ruined. I am crying, heartbroken for them, in the lobby. I am DISGUSTED!

This is no doubt one of the better McDonald's locations in Omaha! I have never once had an issue with my order, and surprisingly, the fries have always been fresh and hot! We never eat inside, always go thru the drive thru, so I can confidently say I trust them to get things right. We'll be back for sure!

They're pretty quick getting to thru the drive thru line, but when waiting at the windows can sometimes take a few. But at least it's "fresh" right?

Air conditioner inside is never working and it's always full of homeless people on the 3 separate times that I've dined-in. Tables are rarely clean. Food is lower quality than standard, but theyre fast, hence the 2 stars. I would recommend going across the street to the Burger King or finding a McDonald's elsewhere.

Fries are almost always either over cooked or cold. People mess up the ordering or there’s a missing food item. Idk what happened to the automated lady but bring her back! 😂 order your fries fresh otherwise enjoy a hard potato-less fry. I’m not even joking my fries are so over fried it’s just a fry shell with no potato in the middle. Majority of the staff (not all) doesn’t care and it’s been showing. DONT USE THEIR KETCHUP INSIDE. That stuff looks so old it’s orangey-red colored when it comes out. Just expect a hit or miss when you go there. Plus side is the inside looks decently cleaned.

No real changes noticed given all the advertising as to all the quality and specialized types of menu items. In fact, the only real change was the large price increase. What was a affordable family geared place to eat has now evolved into a pricey pit stop with restaurant sitdown pricing.

Dude, this place was so nice that it made me touch the sun with my feet and say dang it’s cold, but like, when the waiter came I said dude do you like working here and he said yeah, and I was like, “bro you should work at McDonald’s and he said, well I can’t remember what he said because those fries are so good I tuned out and scarfed them down like a last meal, them fries made me go to the moon and serve aliens pizza from Mars.
