Pretty good Denny's style place. Friendly staff, good food, and reasonable prices. Clean restaurant as well. Would recommend!

First of all, the atmosphere was unsafe. They had to call the Call the cops for a situation. The staff complained about how everything was broken. The food was below standards and dripping with old age gravy. The steak was unseasoned and most likely cooked in a microwave. This is the first and last I'll ever eat at Perkins. One more thing, the server gave our dessert first before our dinner, which made no sense.

It was okay. My appetizer came out with my meal. The sausage links didn't seem to be thoroughly cooked. Bacon is soft still good. My kids killed the mozzarella sticks. The French toast was on point. The fried pickles tasted like High Blood Pressure on Sky Rocket.

Made a very early morning stop here for a breakfast treat after taking a friend to the airport. Service was prompt and friendly. I had the pumpkin spice pancakes (!) and was pleasantly surprised at how good they were! Sausage and scrambled eggs and coffee were fine, although the eggs were already a bit cold shortly after they were served. I also ordered a Belgian waffle to go, for my mom. It looked yummy!

Cleqn restaurant I had breakfast ham and cheese omelet with all the sides everything was warm when received. The kitchen was slow for a Perkins restaurant but staff shortages are everywhere so be patient. My server (Paula) was very accommodating while I visited I enjoyed my dinner

The food was delicious!! The server (Tracy) was so wonderful, friendly, accurate, speedy, and my coffee was never empty 😅 (that’s extra important)

Great food and one of the handful of restaurants that are open 24/7. The food was delicious and the service was second to none. Great place for us folks that work nights to go and eat to keep it schedule. You do have some late night characters that drop by causing a ruckus sometime and is entertaining.

Visited Perkins often bringing friends and family. All visits had been successful and food good and service team exceptional. However last visit produced poor food quality with hair found on plate. At that point had to wait for manager Bob who lackadaisically apologized with no response or request to return for another experience. Will not return to this location

No one was there to seat us. The manager was very slow helping customer’s out. So we found a seat and sat down. We had Monica for a server. She was very nice and patient working with her customer’s. Keep doing a great job Monica!

I've been to this restaurant three times now. I travel for work a ton and fly in and out of Omaha frequently. This restaurant is next door to a gas station where I can fill up my rental car and is close to hotels right by the airport. Because of its location is the reason I go back. I've only ever gotten breakfast here and it's never been better than ok. Edible but not fantastic. They really promote their bakery and I've had better muffins out of a package at a gas station. The restaurant is always clean - but the service is TERRBILE! I always have to wait to be seated even though the restaurant had very few people. My servers have always been nice but are not around if you need them or when you're ready to check out. It's like they have a TV on the back or something that they watch and never come out. Once I would write off as a fluke - but after three times I think it's systemic. I've never been when there was more than 5 tables - so if it was actually busy I'd just get Subway at the gas station next door. Coffee is terrible but warm, just keep your expectations low and they will be met!

I understand people make mistakes. However, Chicken Fried Steak, Mashed Potatoes BOTH with gravy. Do you SEE any gravy on pics? VERY disappointing. This was our 2nd time trying Perkins Abbott Dr, Omha. Last time we had another issue with our order, I have not bothered to contact the restaurant..we wont return. 2 for 2 orders both wrong. $63 Each time. Disappointing.

The food was freshly cooked and plated so so nice everything had a long lasting taste. This is a place to try with no hesitation. I'm going back

We stopped for breakfast after dropping my mom off at the airport. We were greeted and seated immediately by our server. She was friendly and attentive. We received our orders in a timely manner and was impressed with the portions. We both left with half of our breakfast for the next day. Overall nice experience and recommend coming back.

Went there for change of the hotel breakfast life. Definetly worth going!! Had a great breakfast experience. Also got some good pie 🥰

Perkins is always going to be a classic and even in 2024, this store is still true to the brand. Very clean and friendly environment. Had a nice chat with Jesse, who was our waiter and would recommend requesting him if you come in. Could tell that Perkins takes of their people. Good culture means alot these days in the work place. I'll be back next time I'm over this way.

The dinner was good, but the server wasn’t. He had no personality. He also never checked on us at all after our food arrived. He checked on the customers on each side of us. I had to ask for ketchup as he was passing by our table getting something for another table. He finally stopped by and asked if I wanted a refill on my drink. But we were already done. Also, the gravy on my chicken fried steak had too much pepper.

my boyfriend and i came in from texas this morning and wanted to grab a quick bite, and we both LOVED our food. our server, Kristen is SO sweet and made us feel at home! such an attentive and kind girl who checked on us frequently with a smile. my eggs benedict was perfect, and my boyfriend says that it was the best breading he has ever had on a country fried steak! the fried pickles are also addictive! definitely coming back next time im in omaha!

Our waitress spilled a tray of water on me, which I understand happens. Right after spilling the tray , I asked for another coffee cup because I told her my husband and I were both having coffee. She then goes into a lecture about how we will have to pay for the extra cup (which I was already aware of).....literally right after she spilled a tray on me, and I was understanding about it. I didn't expect any comps, but I also didn't expect her "don't really care" attitude.

Wow! I have been to Perkins several times, but this location is exceptionally great! We waited for our meal but when it came out we were very impressed. It was hot and placed on our plate with care. Perkins in our town puts it on the plate, but this cook placed it on the plate with great care! Thank you for an amazing meal as we travel 😋

The wait was told to us would be 25min. Was more like 35-40. The dinning room was only half full. Was told that the kitchen was short staffed. Our waitress was very slow to serve us. Took another 45 minutes to get our food. The management seemed to be like "well we are the only place open at this time of night. The food was good once we received it.

I thoroughly enjoyed their skillet! They got some great breakfast options. It is a great place to go if you wake up and don’t feel like cooking. It is very comparable to an Ihop (not as great on the pancakes though) but they make up for it with their meat and egg items. I especially like the bottomless coffee. They had good service and we got our food quickly and it was delicious. I would recommend!

Perfect breakfast spot for the family. Yummy food and great service. An upscale IHOP at reasonable prices.

The Bbq Tangler burger I had here was delicious-Review from a burger fanatic But seriously, the service here is outstanding, not to mention their raspberry sponge cake.

We came to Perkins around 8 in the morning, there was a few other customers there, but not a lot. We ordered our drinks and then our meals. We waited almost an hour and still had no food on our table. Our waitress said that they were almost done or working on it 3 or 4 times but then stopped coming to our table. During this, more people were coming in and ordering and getting their food within 10-15 minutes.

Decent food and quick service. Relatively close to most airport hotels. Many dinner options, home cooked, burgers, salads, pizzas etc Great selection of bakery goods.

Pancakes were good, but biscuits and sausage gravy was the grossest thing we've ever ordered. It was a plate with hard biscuits, two sausage links and a bowl of milk! Needless to say we had to stop on the way home for food, won't be back

After waiting an hour four food. Online orders are more important. Thanks to the chef (cook) our order was pushed back. 55 minutes in we couldn’t back out. 4 people at $15 a tip ($60) our waiter lost out on some good tips. Thank the cook an ya manager on ya tip. My tip would be focus on customers inside with cash vs online orders. Just saying. People behind us ate an left before the waiter put our order in. Never again. Been here over an hour at this point. Good food. The service is a bit slow probably because of short staffing, it takes forever for a team member to come greet you and then seat you. Overall the food and the atmosphere is good.

The place was nice and clean. It wasn't very busy while eating there. I haven't been to a Perkins since I lived in South Bend many years ago and was eager to try them again here in Omaha. The good was ok. Nothing to write home about. No different than any other place like Denny's or IHOP. The waitress, Ava, was short and to the point when at the table. The guy who brought the food out refilled my drink, bright extra napkins and other condiments. He should have gotten a tip. The waitress came by once the whole time we were there. So all in all, it has hotels and airport to keep them going but after this visit I doubt I'll be back.

After basketball 🏀 and Volleyball 🏐 on this Saturday morning we were all very hungry!!!! We stopped by this Perkins and the food was amazing! We all got full and the servers were above average and very nice.Food came out in a timely manner and was delicious. The experience was splendid!
