If I could give this hotel negative stars I would. So gross and smelly that second we got to the room we checked everything. The chair was ripped and stained and the floors were sticky. It smelled of cigarettes and there were dark spots of unknown liquids on the bed and hairs everywhere. Very obviously not cleaned. We walked in and walked right out. Disgusting. I would never recommend. The man behind the counter was rude. There is no food, not even in the vending machines. Worse hotel ever.

It was a place to sleep. Kudos for not having any bed bugs, but honestly the place looks like that could be an issue. REALLY needs updates. The refrigerator in our room didn't work, and stunk to high heaven. The price was 70 dollars booked 3rd party, I hardly thought it was worth 50$ for the night. Laying in the bed, I could feel the footsteps of patrons walking in the hallway. It's like the floor was attached to the bed frame. 😮‍💨 so sleepy.

My daughter booked a room for her and I. The room smelled horrible the minute we walked in. We went to put some food and drinks in the fridge and it wasn't working. There were wires hanging from the ceiling from the smoke detector that was found in the dresser drawer. I was going to call the front desk and the phone would not work. We saw the phone wasn't plugged in and there wasn't anywhere to plug the phone in. My daughter called the front desk about the issues on her personal phone. The front desk clerk stated the phone in the room wasn't working. He also chose to give us a different room after a discussion with my daughter. While waiting at the front desk for our new room key, my daughter asked what time the complimentary breakfast was offered the next morning that was listed on the web site. She was told that there was no breakfast available. The pillows in this new room were big enough for a toddler. I went to take a shower and there wasn't any hot water, the water handle was broke, and there was rust on both ends of the shower curtain rod. My urine is warmer than the hot water was. I went downstairs to get something to eat and drink out of the vending machine and the vending machine would not accept my money. The clerk had to open the machine to get my items and give me my change. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

We weren’t expecting much, but they still managed to disappoint. The whole building had a old, patched together, new coat of paint=renovation feel to it. The mini-fridge in our room was warm and there was not remote for the TV. Our biggest complaint was that the advertised breakfast didn’t exist. Apparently there is no breakfast due to construction in their kitchen. We weren’t expecting a big breakfast, but we were expecting SOMETHING. We wouldn’t have booked there if we knew there wasn’t going to be breakfast.

The gentleman behind the counter was nice.. but other than that it was a poor experience. This hotel is extremely outdated and not kept up. The walls are paper thin and can hear everything from the room next door. The worst thing though was the smell. As soon as you walk in and catch a whiff of the odor, it about makes you want to throw up. This location is in major need of some renovations to fix all of the issues.. if nothing else tear the carpet up to get rid of the smell.

Staff is great with guest and helpful. In spite of some cosmetics there is always an awesome energy whenever I book. I was here sometime ago to return for the reopening and I felt special because they remembered me and also the room I booked. I was able to get the same comfortable room I enjoy having. 5 stars simply for an awesome family🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠

By far the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. Bedding was clearly not washed. There was hair all over our sheets and the bathroom. Grime on every surface, even inside the drawers. Things were broken and it smelled. I don’t think the halls have been vacuumed in a long time. Plus when we arrived there was somebody high and passing out on the stairs and another person being evicted. Sure was an experience at least.

The staff was very kind, and the room looked recently cleaned. Everything else was awful. The first two rooms I was given had doors that wouldn't lock from the outside unless you used the deadbolt. Not so helpful when you have to leave your things in the room. The ac was incredibly loud, the fridge didn't cool, and the tub was missing any texture to prevent falling in shower (which somehow I did). The vending machine took my money, and there is nothing available for breakfast due to "construction". 👎 Had I seen the Google photos of this place I'd have taken and shared my own. These photos make it look much nicer than it is.

Absolutely disgusting place! Crackers in the heater, peanut butter on the wall, dirt all around the edges. It clearly hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. Old soap in the shower, broken bathroom door and bath fan was hanging down. Advertised breakfast but then we were told just juice and coffee but the juice was only water. People hanging out in the parking late into the night. Terrible place. We should get our money back!

The rooms were in deplorable condition. I was reroomed and the second one didn't have a working TV and the carpet was sticky from years of neglect. I had to put the bedsheets down over them. Strange people outside in the parking lot all day. Druggies passed out in hallways during the day. Deadbolt was falling off so I never felt safe. I will say that the staff was very friendly. Do not stay here

No continental breakfast, they need to change their google page. But the room and bed and shower were clean. Bed was comfortable. This is good for a 2 to 3 star motel. The building and rooms are very dated and could use a face-lift, the sheets had burn holes from cigg. But they were clean. My room was clean did not smell like smoke. Good for a clean place to sleep for the night.

Very dissatisfied with my one night stay. I was traveling from Minnesota to Colorado and stopped for the night. When I walked in there was an older man sitting on the credenza (no shoes) by the door (sanitation and first impression) . The person working the desk did not look up until I said "Hello". He said he would give me a "deal, since Friday night was a busy night." There were quite a few cars in the parking lot. An electrical outlet in the room did not have a cover (safety issue, especially if traveling with young kids). The towels were rough and blood stained (although the towels were clean). The room air/heat did not work. I did not stay for the breakfast or use any of the other amenities.

Walked in and someone had been waiting for fifteen minutes to check in. I had to call the motel phone to get someone. Got into my room and the smoke detector was laying on the dresser with the battery pulled. Bugs were crawling on the floor. I checked out within an hour. Edited to add that I was charged for a third day. When I called, the manager said there would be no refunds and hung up on me. Originally he thought I still had a worker checked into the room. I'm currently on the phone with Wyndham Customer Service trying to get a refund for at least the day that I shouldn't have been charged, and hopefully for the day that I did not even stay in the room.

Dirty damp towels, crazy amount stained bedding, and bugs in the bathroom. Staff became very rude after I brought up my lack of confidence. Refused to give me any sort of communication method to any of their supervisors

The hotel itself is a fairly typical Super 8. It is clean, well-managed, and is close to the interstate. There is an adequate selection of fast and fast-casual dining establishments in the area. That being said, the area is not what it once was, and seems to draw some less-than-desirable elements, particularly after dark.

All front office staff is very pleasant! Rooms are nice and clean and the beds are very comfortable. Daily room service if needed! I cannot complain at all. Wish i would have come here the first 6 weeks of my contract! I had to move from another hotel unexpectedly and they did their best to accommodate me and did an excellent job! I highly recommend this place!

Zero stars. I was so tired from traveling, I didn't think I'd care, but I couldn't sleep here anyway. Room is "don't touch anything" disgusting dirty. Gum on the carpet. Carpet in the room and hallway appears to be not vacuumed for months. No paper holder. No pillow cases. Screaming children across the hallway. Hair in the shower. Dirt and dust, crumbs everywhere. Door lock catchy, Dank dirty smell. Noisy. Slamming doors. No screens on our second story window! Not restful.

A horrifying experience. Hair in both beds that had been slept it. The employees argued with me that the room was indeed clean. They refuse to give a refund. STAY AWAY

Honestly, this was the worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed at. There was dirt everywhere on the floor, especially the bathroom; there was NO towel bar and No toilet paper holder; it looked like someone wiped something on the wall in the bathroom; there were punch holes in the back of the bathroom door; the latch at the top of the room door was missing half of the hardware so it wouldn't lock; there were stains on the sheets and comforter; there was even a burn mark on the sheets going through to the mattress cover; the clock wasn't even plugged in; on one of the light switches, there was some nasty looking substance and I only stayed 1 night but I was charged for 2 and the guy at the front desk told me I would NOT be charged for the second night. Oh and there was absolutely no breakfast provided like it says online. I called and couldn't understand what they even said but I thought they said they would call be back. I haven't received anything yet.

Place was disgusting the beds had dried blood and hair on them as well as the pillow cases no hot water for shower they said wait 10 mins and it should warm up but it didn’t got a tv remote that didn’t go to that tv thought I would get breakfast in the morning nope don’t have anything people leaving a candle lit in the hallway trash all over the hallway on the 3rd floor DO NOT STAY HERE! ZERO STARS I see people saying the same stuff yet no one is doing anything about it but apologizing do better..

Pretty disappointing place, the staff was very unfriendly. Both check in and out. Several smoke detectors on the third floor were chirping low battery. I was awaken at 2:00am in my room by a chirping smoke alarm due to low battery. Had to fix it myself due to the time it happened. No breakfast of any kind provided. I would never stay here again.

It’s a place to sleep. That’s about it. Towels were dirty, sheets didn’t stay on the bed. Tv worked, hot water worked and heat worked. House keeping didn’t even knock just tried to open our door at 9am to clean out our room, check out is 11. They then waited outside our door from 10:15 until we finished packing up all our stuff and two small children

Not the best motel I've ever stayed in nor the worst. Considering the price, I'd say average at best. Service was decent. Me and my wife stayed there two nights just recently. The first night there was okay. I really dislike the fact they don't have an elevator. But other than that, the first night wasn't bad. Our second night there though was borderline horrible. Didn't get hardly any sleep because of the obvious dope dealing going on in the hallways. I never actually saw any dope dealing occur. I just assumed that's what it had to be due to the fact that all throughout the night the rooms on either side of us had constant visitors at all hours of the night from multiple people.

Don't stay here. Filthy, bugs in bed when we pulled cover back. We reserved non-smoking room. But wreaked of smoke. Cigarette burns all over the bedspread. We asked for a different room and when we tried to unlock the door somebody asked what we were doing, it was already rented to someone else. So then they put us in our third room and the recliner had an arm broken off, bugs in the bed, filthy in the bathroom, holes in the wall. They wouldn't refund their money so we just left.

First off the front counter employee was pretty brash and seemed to have been in a bad mood. The size of the room was nice but smelled like cigarettes as soon as I walked in. A/C unit was barely functioning, the fridge was not cooling even at max cold, not even a trash bin in the room or bathroom, white towels with a black stain on them. Would not recommend.

Just don't do it. The employees were nice but this place is sketchy, smelly, and dirty. Drive another 30 minutes w I-80 and you'll find 100 better options. The screen is the window was missing so we couldn't open it to let fresh air in. We had our dog sleep on the bed bed because the floor was so dirty, she kept finding random pieces of dog food to eat. The outside was even pretty trashy. If we weren't so tired from driving all day we would've left, not that I could sleep with how unsafe we felt.

I was very disappointed with the staff. I stayed there for work cause it was the cheapest place i could find. I knew the rooms weren’t going to be the best (you get what you pay for) but I didn’t have an issue with that. The issue was that there’s a guy at the front desk (younger guy) with beard and I believe his wife or girlfriend work the same shift, usually evenings and he was VERY RUDE! Literally the rudest guy I have ever met. I seen him get in arguments with a couple guys while I stayed there. He’ll literally treat you like you’re nothing. I packed my stuff and left. I rather pay more at another place, but Atleast I’ll get treated with respect. I WONT BE GOING BACK.

It was okay. Lobby was dirty and smelled weird. Guy working the front desk seemed friendly. There is NO breakfast and vending machines were basically empty. Would have never stayed here if I knew there was no breakfast like the website claimed. The hotel beside it is abandoned with graffiti everywhere. Walls are paper thin. Anytime someone walks in the hallway it shakes the entire room. Should have read the reviews before I booked.

3/11/23 - My buddy and I stayed here on our way back home to MN during our road trip. This place is outdated, smelled like cigarette. We got our stuff from the vehicle and used the side door, which was being prop open with a rock, which makes the place doesn't feel secure. No hot water when we were going to take a shower at around 7-8pm. I could hear people in other rooms. 1 key card as given and the room number and password was written on the key card with a pencil, barely readable. Room feels dingy. Wrong fire safety sheet on the door, it says you are here in room 321 when the room we are in is 314. When we were going to sleep, we heard a loud noise in the room, come to find out, the hvac unit cover fell off causing my buddy and I to jump out of our bed scaring us. We only stayed 1 night to sleep during our travel, wouldn't want to stay any more longer.

This was a terrible experience, it smelled like smoke in the hallways even though it's no smoking your can hear everyone in the room next to you on either side and even across the hall and even the room above you. We stayed on the 1st floor and that was the only perk. It had no outlet covering couldn't take a bath as it had nothing to keep the water in I hurried and shower just didn't feel comfortable in the shower. The bed was soft but you get 3 pillows we only had one towl. If you really need to catch some sleep before heading out and need a cheap place then yes go here but I truly don't recommend it. Everything just seemed sketchy. Oh and the windows barely locked there was also no clock no phone a desk but no chair.

This was one of the cleanest hotel I have ever visited! Rooms were clean, beds were well made.As much as I tried to make my own bed, housekeeping will come in and remake them professionally. I don't know if it's a Midwest or professional thing but everyone I interacted with was very very nice. Please keep it up. It's simply the best hotel I have ever stayed in and it's highly recommended!

The worst place I've ever stayed. Idk how super 8 let's them be affiliated to be honest. Stayed there a few years ago and I had no idea how run down it had become. Most definitely should of looked at reviews before not after. Stopped got room & went & ate. Got back 2-3 hours later tired from driving & it was late. Knew we were probably not going to like it when opening the door the jam was completely missing. Turned on light what a horror movie view. The bedspreads on both beds had drops of blood on them bright red so fresh. Please awfull looking stains all over. Carpet shredded in many places. Smoke alarm missing * wires hanging out. Stuff on walls God only knows where from. Fridge disgusting crap stains all over. The bathroom was a disaster paint drippings everywhere. Tub had stains all over. Corners of floors hadn't been cleaned forever. No covers on outlets. The outside door to enter had jam ripped out and card machine for entry was torn off. Had rock propping door open no idea why with all safetyfeatures broke. Was another door other than entry door. Many many other things but you get the picture. Went to front desk and got someone to come to room & they said the problem was that we waited almost 3 hours to bring it to their attention so we couldn't have a refund or get moved to a new room. They did finally bring clean bedding and we had to change it. It was late & extremely tired so we slept with clothes on. 1st time ever did that. First 1 awake & up & out of there. AC heater didn't work right all night. I have no idea how Omaha let's this place be open. Heard from others after the fact that it's not a good idea to stay there and people of Omaha pretty much know what goes on there. Should be condemned & shut down. Too many violations to list. Oh plus of course no advertised breakfast. Only know that from others. Wouldn't consider water after being in desert for a year. If they offered $2000 to stay again I'd stay in car in another parking lot. Negative a quintillion stars.
