New place is cramped. Feel like the cardio people are right on top of you when using many of the machines.

Staff and facility are great. The people who workout there are chill too. The only improvement IMO would be to not have the cardio machines facing the weights. Its kind of weird staring at each other. Or those random eye locks. Lmao. Otherwise great place.

Good location. Clean, plenty of cardio. Decent amount of equipment too.

This location on 133rd and Center is Amazing. Staff went above and beyond. I was injured while working out and couldn’t walk. This staff member without hesitation carried me to the front and into my son’s car. We need more human kindness like this! Thank you to all the staff that night… Planet Fitness is lucky to have you all…..

I came in at 530, their busier times. I stood at front counter almost 10 minutes. No employees anywhere even though busy. At 15 minutes I called the gym..phone rang and girl came out of office still eating food. As she went to answer phone i told her it was me calling as no one could be found!!!

It has great gym equipment but it's almost always busy

I cancelled my membership in person and was still being charged a month later, so I had to to go in and cancel it again. I don't know why they make you cancel it in person if they're not even going to actually cancel it. It's been about a month and I haven't gotten a refund. This is getting ridiculous at this point...

This is the ONLY location where no one is ever behind the desk! I let it slide the first 2 times but waiting for 5+ mins at the front is unacceptable. I’ve also seen it happen to other guests while I was working out.

I appreciate the staff working so hard to keep this place picked up and clean! When I have a need, they are quick to find a solution!

Friendly staff & clean. Not super busy and you can get on equipment. Love the Hybrid Red Light Therapy/Tanning booth.

Very nice facility; I go early mornings, and it's always clean and plenty of equipment for a workout to start my day!

Been working out at 4 or 5 different genesis over the last 2 years, only 1 was clean and well maintained and at least 30% of the workers there were rude, after a month a this planet fitness I can say it is far superior to any genesis I have been to as long as you can deal with only 75 pound dumbbells and no barbells not attached to a smith machine. The environment is much much cleaner and well maintained, the staff is much nicer, and the locker room actually have working clean showers! This is my only experience with planet fitness but it has been very good!

Planet fitness in general makes it really difficult to cancel your membership. I tried to cancel and had my membership at another planet fitness. They required me to transfer locations or come into the store that my previous membership was at (2 and a half hours away) and because of that I have to come in AGAIN to cancel it after 24 hours. Don’t appreciate how they make canceling so difficult it should just be available to do on the app.

Dusting treadmills while people are on them is probable not a good idea. The dust was flying up , probably should wait until nobody is on them or near them.

Men's showers are kinda warm. Could be raised to hot.

Nice location as it’s better than where they were before but employees aren’t very friendly and should learn how to be more attentive to the proper duties.

The gym is good. Clean. But the staff need be more friendly, the attendants seem to be in a bad mood every day.

The trainers. They actually care. John Kelly is so good at treating the elderly with some respect and motivation. He is also good at giving out pointers on form and training. Also the manager Angelica is also on her toes. Actually takes care of the place.

Everything about this gym is perfect. The location, the price, the staff, the patrons, the equipment, the locker rooms and the entire environment. I hope they are making enough money to stick around for a long time.

Love the gym. There are plenty of machines. I didn't have to wait for any one of them. There are also PLENTY of cleaning stations throughout to wipe things down. You can't beat the value!

I love planet fitness, the layout of the equipment just makes sense and I love the stretching area. The membership is CHEAP for everything you get with it. Black card membership is what I have. The only thing I suggest is the employees really pay attention to if people need eyewear and be able to give suggestions on times for the tanning beds. Other than that I definitely recommend!

I recently popped into this PF location for a workout for the first time. My home gym is another PF location. I had an great experience at this West Omaha location. The facilities were new, clean, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I recently started my kids at the Goldfish Swim School across the street. We love it so much that I think I'm going to switch my "home" gym location to this one. There's also an Aldi next door, and other retailers nearby, so very convenient for busy families on the go.
