Employees are by and large fantastic. The blonde with pigtails is a little rude/rolls her eyes at times, but everyone else is friendly and welcoming. The issue I have is limited hours. I joined because it is a 24 hour gym. That changed, and the excuse that it is because of Covid doesn’t cut it with me. I know it’s because of staffing. Please fix this issue. If you need to offer better incentives to retain staff, it makes sense to do so, to make this a better experience for your customers

We were members of this gym for 2 years and loved it! I loved that the staff was incredibly professional and kind. Also that the gym is impeccably clean. It seemed like there was at least one staff member cleaning at all times! My husband appreciated the large amount of equipment and space - he never had to wait for a piece of equipment. This is the best gym I’ve ever been to, and gyms in our new town just do not hold a candle to this location. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to this location for a long time and never had any issues. I went this morning around 4:30am and the overnight gym staff had a sign on the front desk that said “Ladies smile if you think we’re attractive”. I thought this was kind of gross, especially Planet Fitness prides itself as being a safe, judgement-free place for people to work out. People go to gyms to exercise, not to hit on people or get hit on themselves.

I’m giving a 3 because I love the gym and for the most part the gym goers are respectful with the equipment but my only warning is that the morning female staff are rude and do NOT make you feel welcome. You are met with eye roles, or body language as if you are inconveniencing them when asking for tanning set up or really anything. The rest of the staff is friendly. I don’t think any staff really monitor the floor usage or the 30 minute station area to help educate guests in proper gym etiquette. If they would do that more that would be great.

They always greet me so I feel welcomed and it’s very clean! The staff has always answered any questions I had and never bothered me when I was working out! There are plenty of machines to use that benefit anyone! The tanning is what I went for but grew to love the workout now! I go late now that it 24/7 because I work late and I feel safe inside and going back out to my car!

Friendly and courteous staff on my first time in! Clean and spotless facility, socially distanced equipment, everything I need in a gym without the high dollar monthly dues. And the hydro massage chairs are amazing! That right there is worth the few extra bucks a month for the black card membership! Super excited to be back in a gym and super excited to keep going here! Awesome job!!!

The Staff here is iffy… customer service is hit or miss. For example I walked in today with a guest for the first time and was yelled at by Emily for not knowing the process. Not to mention I tanned yesterday and requested 5 mins… by the time I realized no timer was set 8.5 mins passed. I’m fried! Also, vacuuming the rugs & standing RIGhT next to guests while they are relaxing in a massage setting makes zero sense. * the people here need training for a GYM setting.

I really am glad I got this membership. The Black card experience is everything. The staff are super friendly and it's a respectful environment to be in. The Hydrobed and massage chairs is what gives me life after workout. I visit the one on 90th n Fort.

Terry at the front desk is wonderful. He goes above and beyond, making members of all ages feel comfortable. Love this location! It’s very clean and I’ve never had to wait for a machine to open up during my workout.

Clean to fool your eyes while they steal your cash . . . Don't go to this place it's not worth it's when they really say they're going to charge you $10 a month but then they charge you a different amount every month. I got charged $25 I've got charged $52 37 dollars $43 $25 and $10. Seriously this is a scam. I don't care how clean the facility is if they're lying to your face and stealing your hard-earned money. It's a freaking trap and I am filing a consumer report against them and also the bank is allowing me to report their charges as fraudulent.

This location has by far the worst front staff. If you go after 4pm, you better not need any sort of staff assistance. If you call the phone number, they don't answer or hang up.

Staff is trash. Rude and snotty. I canceled my planet fitness membership because of the staff at this location. Would HIGHLY suggest going to a different gym. So many good gyms in Omaha where the staff isn’t going to run you out and be douchebags to you.

Nice PF facility, clean and well maintained. Has newer equipment, including cardio machines. Wish there was a little more space for floor work but overall it's a great gym, especially for the price.

The male staff are really nice and always greet me, very friendly and welcoming and say good-bye as I leave!

A shout out to staff especially Shane. I'm visiting from South Carolina and just saying I love this location. Kindness and happiness is the feeling afterwards.

Ive been to all the gyms. World, Golds Powerhouse, 24hr the Y and alpha. I have to say I prefer PLANET FITNEES to them all. Always a great experience there. I recommend them daily. You cant beat the numerous locations, clean quality equipment and price.

I am impressed with Planet Fitness for these reasons: 1. Always greeted by name when I come into the gym. 2. Facility is continually being cleaned and disinfected by staff members. 3.The equipment is always in working order. I have never seen an "out-of-order" sign posted on any of the equipment. 4. Planet Fitness has the widest variety of equipment available. The two employees I know...Jason & Terri...continually go out of their way to make me feel welcome at Planet Fitness. In the past I have been a member at 24 Hr Fitness, Anytime Fitness, and the YMCA. In comparison I think Planet Fitness is the best all round Gym in town.

Overall I really like this location. It is always clean and the staff is friendly. What bothers me is that the bathrooms are always out of order, sometimes closing all of them in the locker room so I have to go next door to use the bathroom. It gets annoying. If they can fix the plumbing issuea, I would give this location 5 stars.

Front desk was friendly, and answered my questions. Walked me through setting up the ap and using the facility. Not excited about the account access, but so far the experience has been great.

I’ve been going to this location for about 6 months and couldn’t be happier! Front desk (especially Terry) are some of the friendliest people you’ll meet which is pretty rare where some gyms can be judgmental. Gym is clean and perfect for everyday workouts!

I thought this location was great until I went on a Monday evening. It is absolutely the worst gym ever in terms of available equipment. I was there for nearly 2 hours and wasn't able to get one of the smith machines once. Meanwhile a bunch of hot dogs are using the Smith machine as they do dumbbell curls.

Well I’ve never had a membership here but, you guys deliberately continued to slam late fee charges on my credit card after my friend whom I helped pay for her one-time payment canceled her membership and now you can’t refund the money according to my friend. How dare you.

The staff are friendly & nice. I've been working with the personal trainer Donovan for about 2 months before he stopped working here & I've never received a meal plan but I did receive a couple of workout spreadsheets that are not very detailed.

They've cut their weekend hour, early close Friday, only open 12 hours on Saturday and don't open until 7 Sunday. I signed up and pay for 24/7 access, I have yet to see a reduction in my payment.

Well, the folks who work there are very nice and knowledgeable. The facility is always clean. The equipment rocks. And my fellow patrons follow the cleanliness guidelines. Finally, I cannot believe that I get ALL of that for only $10 per month. Thank you!!
