    I had a really unpleasant experience at this Starbucks today. I was in the drive through and when trying to get to the order box I miscalculated and stopped with my car partially in the crosswalk and couldn't back up because there was a car behind me. A Starbucks employee approached me and told me in a rude tone to move out of the way and not block the crosswalk. I understand that it's important to keep crosswalks clear and that I was in the wrong, but the way the employee spoke to me was completely uncalled for and left me feeling really uncomfortable. Furthermore, even though I couldn't back up far enough to get out of the crosswalk there was enough room for the employee to walk behind my car and go about their business. What's more, I noticed that the employee didn't say anything to any of the other drivers who stopped in the crosswalk while I was there - they were allowed to stop their cars and trucks without any problem. It felt like the employee was singling me out and had a sour attitude towards me for no reason. I've been a loyal customer at this Starbucks for years, but this kind of behavior is unacceptable. I hope that the management at this location takes this complaint seriously and addresses the issue with their employees. No one should be made to feel unwelcome or uncomfortable when visiting a store. And when someone is in the wrong delivery and professionalism is important. I hope this was a one time event and that this person was just having a bad day, but if this is a pattern then I hope management addresses it properly. Additionally, I hope that this location is able to mark their crosswalks more clearly (I suggest signs, other places do this) for those (like myself) who have difficulties in seeing in order to be more inclusive and address their crosswalk policy in a more professional, efficient way.

    We had to wait at the drive-through for a few minutes. The barista came on the speaker twice to thank us for our patience and then took our order after a bit. Not a problem. They just usually are faster.

    Today is my 50th birthday and I came to this Starbucks and walked in at 7:59 PM, the door was unlocked, with my certificate in hand for a complementary food or drink item (Didn’t realize Starbucks closed early here in the Midwest, I just moved my big city). The two people inside, one female and the other one… Gender unclear, anyway, they refused to serve me. Said they were closing and would not even take my birthday certificate for the gift item from Starbucks! Which expires before tomorrow by the way. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and absolutely not the kind of people that should be representing Starbucks! The door was unlocked and it was not yet 8 PM and I had my certificate in hand for the gift Starbucks offers it’s account members on their birthday. Pathetic Customer service !!

    I received the wrong drink in the drive-through came back through to the inside explained. I received the wrong drink, and had to wait another 10 minutes to have it replace only for it to still be the wrong drink.

    Worst service ever. After 15 minutes of waiting had to remind them I was there. Oh we must have lost the order. Tried to get to the Contact us on your web page as you instructed. Felt like i was in a loop and couldn't get out. Gave all my info to a virtual assistant and then waited over 8 minutes while they were connecting me to a live person. Which never happened. Opinion of Starbucks is even lower.

    I had a Venti Dirty Chai Latte. It was delicious! The lobby was clean and warm. Staff was happy and attentive. The manager brought out samples of a Hazelnut coffee shake with toffee nut syrup. He said it is a new drink they are offering. It was wonderful!

    This is the closest Starbucks to my home and I try to avoid going to this one as much as possible. The staff is rude and unwelcoming. Today the lady gave me a hot drink without a sleeve and when I asked for one she smirked and said we was told not give them unless you ask, which is untrue. The time before I did a mobile order and when I arrived the girl told me next time I need to wait a little before arriving to give them time to complete the order so they don't get a line, but there was absolutely no one in the drive through, but me. I really think these girls don't like their job or don't like people, either way the service is garbage.

    I have frequented this location almost every day since it opened. Never had a problem until today I got served the wrong latte and was told I need to order better and look at the board! First of all, I’ve been going here for years in many states and I did NOT get my drink wrong. She was so rude I called corporate and won’t be back. Shocked at the interaction and went into the store in front of everyone and told them so. I won’t be spending my $$$ here again!

    The man with brown hair and earrings at the drive thru window around 6pm on 11/25/2022 was extremely rude, messed up the order when I repeated back what I said I ordered and looked to see if I left a tip got a instant attitude, I said thank you, and he walks off sliding the door closed on me.

    Normal Starbucks! Staff was polite and friendly. I had a white chocolate mocha with a couple pumps of caramel (not the healthiest choice on the menu!). It was delicious. It was late in the day, so there were no other customers, and service was fast and frienly!

    Saddlecreek Starbucks has great service and friendly baristas. Give them a smile and a little patience during rush hour! I've never had an incorrect order or a delay without an apology. Highly recommended.

    I am a local/regular and always get treated amazingly. the line tends to be a little long, but the employees do a great job moving it along as fast as possible. def one of my fav starbucks stores in omaha !

    Friendly service and if you like old milk and want to feel like you are going to throw up after the first sip by all means come here, otherwise I suggest a different location. They also said they'd refund us.. took the receipt, acted like they did but never did. Go somewhere else.

    It's 5:20am. They open at 5am. Yet I'm not getting any service at the drive through. The driver through menu is not even on. I pulled up to the window to see if they had adjusted their hours and nothing indicates that they're not open. If this is my "Karen" moment...it's 5:20am and I want some coffee.

    Kind of disappointed. Made horribly and couldn't even exchange it for a new one because of how bad it tasted (old milk? I have no idea how a green tea tastes so bad or coffee but it definitelydidnt taste fresh or refreshing at all :/ ). Anyway, if you want to puke, this is the perfect place for you.

    No one in line inside or waiting. Ordered right away, waited 15 mins while they made 10+ pick up orders and helped the entire drive thru before my drink was even started. They then made someone else’s drink in between my two drinks on the same order. I’ve never had this happen at the other Starbucks I frequent.

    This is my go to Starbucks as it’s close by. This Starbucks has never gotten my order incorrectly and are always pretty speedy for a Starbucks that almost always has a line out the street. Today I had a mobile order, and as I was opening the door my goofy self dropped my drink before I took a sip. Disheveled, I walked back in fully expecting to pay for another drink. When I went to the counter and explained what happened and that I would be more than willing to pay for the new drink, the attendant offered to buy it for me. She insisted that she paid for it, and said “we can’t let that happen to you on a Sunday.” Even though it was my fault! I am very appreciative of the employee paying for my replacement! I wish I would have gotten her name to recognize her, but alas I did not. Regardless her and the rest of the staff at this location have always been super nice! Thank you!

    I love going to this branch of Starbucks on the way to work. They have a friendly staff who are cheerful, and they work hard to keep a positive environment. These folks are also very accurate with your orders the time, and they are speedy fast. On the weekends, this cafe is a good place to meet up with your friends, chill, or finish some work.

    the absolute worst starbucks in omaha.10/10 would not recommend. so ridiculously slow. never actually has the ingredients you need for your drink. and the employees are incredibly rude. waste of time

    I order over the App. Close to my house. They are ready to go when I get there. Everyone I've ever talked to there have been pleasant and nice. They have never messed one of my orders up and the drinks are great. Fridays seem to be the busiest morning for drive through. Make sure to get there five minutes earlier. The lines are handled quickly though.
