First
time
here
and
will
never
come
back,
traveled
from
out
of
state
and
was
told
about
this
place.
Downloaded
the
app
to
do
an
order
ahead
of
time.
When
I
arrived
the
place
was
closed
no
one
in
the
little
shack.
Waited
for
30
mins
and
nothing.
Ended
up
going
down
the
street
to
Dunkin
where
I
got
what
I
wanted
and
was
treated
with
the
best
customer
service
I
have
ever
had
even
when
they
didn't
have
the
bread
for
the
sandwich
I
ordered.
Was
on
my
way
back
to
my
family's
house
when
I
noticed
scooters
coffee
had
the
light
all
on,
decided
to
stop
in
to
see
about
refund
was
told
all
the
stuff
was
deleted
and
should
not
be
charged.
I
didn't
like
that
answer
as
there
is
no
way
to
even
know
about
a
refund
beging
processed
that
only
tells
me
you
deleted
the
order.
Abby
was
explaining
stuff
to
me
and
when
I
asked
for
a
number
to
corporate
or
office
I
was
told
to
use
app.
She
tried
to
say
it
was
closed
do
to
a
shift
change
and
that's
something
I
could
understand
but
I
also
think
if
that
was
the
case
why
not
leave
a
sign
or
note
stating
that
so
when
someone
like
me
that
orders
on
the
app
knows
to
come
back.
Abby
was
very
rude
after
I
pointed
that
out.
Not
sure
if
it
was
stress
but
she
told
me
we
need
to
move
this
along
and
closed
the
window
on
me.
This
is
not
the
way
to
treat
customers
especially
first
time
customers.
I
have
been
in
customer
service
nearly
10
years
there
are
right
ways
to
handle
situations.....
Abby
does
not
possess
the
knowledge
to
do
so.
