First time here and will never come back, traveled from out of state and was told about this place. Downloaded the app to do an order ahead of time. When I arrived the place was closed no one in the little shack. Waited for 30 mins and nothing. Ended up going down the street to Dunkin where I got what I wanted and was treated with the best customer service I have ever had even when they didn't have the bread for the sandwich I ordered. Was on my way back to my family's house when I noticed scooters coffee had the light all on, decided to stop in to see about refund was told all the stuff was deleted and should not be charged. I didn't like that answer as there is no way to even know about a refund beging processed that only tells me you deleted the order. Abby was explaining stuff to me and when I asked for a number to corporate or office I was told to use app. She tried to say it was closed do to a shift change and that's something I could understand but I also think if that was the case why not leave a sign or note stating that so when someone like me that orders on the app knows to come back. Abby was very rude after I pointed that out. Not sure if it was stress but she told me we need to move this along and closed the window on me. This is not the way to treat customers especially first time customers. I have been in customer service nearly 10 years there are right ways to handle situations..... Abby does not possess the knowledge to do so.

My kids were super stoked to go this morning…..only to be disappointed. There was 1 person working at 7am. Very slow! They didn’t have bananas so they couldn’t make a strawberry banana. Ok strawberry is fine can you add whip? “Our milk man brought us expired whip cream” Asked for birthday cake cake bites. They only had red velvet. I tried to use a coupon as well and he said it wouldn’t scan. The car on the other side of me card didn’t work so they had to use it from the app. Who ever manages this location needs to fix something. Will never be attending this one again.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Months ago I drove through and was over charged a buck for my normal order. I let it go and hadn't been back until today. This time I can't even receive my correct order. You'd think placing your order face-to-face would yield better accuracy but no. The lines are ridiculously long making goin b for a correction a headache.

Sam is such a little light. She always has a smile on her face. She is extremely sweet! She doesn’t let being busy take her smile. She does an amazing job!

Very busy coffee shop in the mornings as people head to work, be warned. Great selection of product, with everything other than plain coffee made as you order and served fresh!!

Fast service by far. Even when they were busy when i showed up . was in line for about 5 minutes total . This was my forst coffee shop to go to in this state . Coffee was good .Price was very nice . Staff was super friendly . I probably will never go to another coffee shop in omaha and stick with these guys .

Scooters is a great chain here in the Midwest with signature drinks like the carmelicious. The baristas that work at this location are super friendly and try to know all their customers by name. They can make pretty much any drink that Starbucks can and they do it better.

One of the more awkward Scooter's Coffee Drive-Thrus. There's something about the way the asphalt slopes down and away from the building combined with where the parking bollards are placed that result in you sitting at an angle a little too far from the window. It's just bad design. However, the weekday afternoon employees are very friendly. Service is fast. Coffee is good. Use their app to earn rewards. There are TWO drive thru lanes at this location. One on either side of the building. So, make use of both., Don't wait in line behind a couple of other cars when the other side of the building has nobody waiting.

Came on 11/4/23 at 6:30PM and she said their espresso machine was cleaning and then proceeded yo get on her phone and text before we drove away. This is bad business. I will be avoiding this location.

This is my go-to stop as I live in the neighborhood behind the coffee shop. It's always great service so for that I thank you!! Make sure u tip them $1 a drink tho peps. Gotta take care of our own!!

Always good and never really mess up, the only issue is how slow they are. With 2-4 people working at a time you’d think they would be zooming through orders.

There was a line of people waiting over 10 minutes. Older lady in front of me got out of her car and asked me if they were open, the open sign and lights were on and I pulled around to the pay window and knocked, where a girl was crouching down on her phone in the back. She said she was in the bathroom, but that was a lie. Lol Maybe she’s having a rough day? Hopefully, not everyday.

I look forward to getting a snack at Scooters. Service is good, people are nice.

Folks closing this store tonight closed it early. Sign said open til 8. I guess that means 8 o’clock or when they decide to close the drawer before 8 o’clock. Not great service. I’m not impressed with shortcuts at the expense of the customer so someone can jam out early.

I payed for two drinks then they told me that they had no ice? And I could only get one drink. Once I asked for a refund they said they had ice and can make my drink. Then made my drink completely wrong. I will not be coming back!

This Scooters used to be one of the best in town, but it seems like lately they've had a high turn around in staff and the service has become extremely slow and incompetent.

For the price it was a great time. However I did get hurt but a falling box the worker was carrying though the complex. He was nice and got me an ice pack and filed an accident report. The kids and grandkids had so much fun. The food is good and fresh. Had a good time

The drinks were good the sandwiches were destroyed and missing top buns. We accidentally handed them the wrong card at first and it got declined. We then handed them our second card and they said it was all good and paid for. We’re still getting notifications of scooters trying to charge us. Repeatedly. We have to go through our bank to dispute this charge to even get it dropped. My husband and I have tried calling the store to talk to anyone at this point and the phone does not work. I’m honestly tired of these scooters franchises popping up everywhere (I know this one’s been here for a bit) and it being 50/50 if they’re going to be good or not.

I had the opportunity to visit this location a couple times this week as I picked up my niece from school. Scooters is my main coffee spot and we love their drinks but this location needs some staffing assistance. I felt super bad for the young lady. She was alone and having to manage two lines of traffic in this kiosk. I don’t know this young lady but she was amazing as she held it together and still had service with a smile. That was impressive to me!!! Three stars as no one should be made to work like this and it also made for long lines/waits for customers.

Diane, Hannah, Michelle and the rest of the baristas at this location ROCK! I bring my disabled adult son with me each morning and they are so patient with him as he orders his muffin, takes his cup of milk and gives them money. Diane even sings Row Row Row Your Boat with him. And they always get my order right!

The best scooters in all of Omaha! I don't go to the Scooters across the street because this Scooters mixes the best drinks! Also the best personalized service, they often have your drink made for you when you get up to the window..... Once you become a regular.....

The coffee drink tasted good but as I got towards the end I noticed a small hair sticking to the side of my cup on the inside with the drink. So I threw the last half away. Yikes

Absolutely horrible and and I recommending all my friends to not only boycott this one but all Scooter. They refused to serve me as a walk up. I’m a truck driver delivering to a local business that recommend this place to me to go while they were unloading me and then I was refused service. They said it was for safety reasons but I had already been standing in line for 10 minutes and the three cars that were behind me knew I was there and were already stopped so what’s the difference at that point in time? I will never go to this one or another one ever even when I am in a car. I will also be posting this on all the social media sites that I belong to.

Zero stars I asked for whipped cream on my drink and she handed it to me with no whip so I didn't take the drink and said I need whip please she proceeds to sigh and put a dot of it on my smoothie just poor service I'm already paying 7 bucks a drink don't be stingy

I received my order from a smiling employee. It was exactly as ordered and was asked to return anytime.

We just ordered 3 coffees and it came without whipping cream on top. Just ice and coffee that doesn’t even have flavor in it. Also we ordered iced mango and you can barely test the mango flavor. The only thing that has little bit of flavor was strawberry smoothie. Employees who are working there they have no knowledge of the work. It was bad experience. It look like we paid for icing water not coffee.
