Good tea, coffee, and snacks! I love the avocado onigiri, it is pretty big! There’s tons of seating inside, but also nearby tons of retail stores nearby so you can get a drink to enjoy while/after you shop. I usually get a milk tea or the Vietnamese iced coffee! There are tons of flavors to choose from.

My first experience here, is top notch. There's plenty of varieties to choose from and I tried the Mango Lemonade, Strawberry Lemonade, Strawberry milk bobba. Everything is good. Personally I felt the milk bobba is less sweet but other than that this place is awesome. The staff were super friendly. I would go back here to try few more things.

This place is awesome. So many great flavors like lychee and passionfruit. Cant wait to try Matcha ice cream and the Vanilla Charcoal. Stupendous!

We actually really love this place, with do many selections of teas and food items it seems there is always something new to try. The service can be slow if you're getting something to eat but it's worth it. I love the rice and spam, it's sooo good. I believe Thirst Teas is absolutely worth going out of your way for.

I order that brown sugar boba somewhere else it wasn't good and I find that place and they make it and it was the best. the Asian lady makes it sweet the way I like it . I guess it depends on who makes your drinks too, sometimes they are good, and sometimes not .but yeah I like that place now .

Came specifically for the new vegan option: Dole Pineapple in a (dairy, egg, and nut free) waffle cone!and it was so delicious! Got coconut as the 1 included topping. $6 all together. The cashier was extremely kind with answering my questions. Clean, affordable and great service 10/10 do recommend.

I love thirst tea, but they made my sister's drink wrong (which that's okay. It happens..) but when my sister politely said she did not want boba, they all glared and the girl handling the drink rolled her eyes...so unnecessary.

Extremely rude employee. Forgot our order, which typically I would give the employee the benefit of the doubt, but the employee had the nerve to be rude to us. My assumption is that she probably felt bad about forgetting our order and wanted to make us feel bad too, so she could feel better. I even tipped these employees. Wish I could get my tip/my hard earned money back. I can't believe I tipped these rude people. I work with customers, and I experience rude ones all the time. I'm sure this rude employee knows what that's like, so she should know not to treat people rudely.

It super good! I love all of their foods and drinks as well as their desserts the only thing that makes me sad is when COVID hit they had to not put out chairs and the cute tables. But this is for our safety and I’m glad that even now their enforcing those rules! They think of their and our safety while giving us their top quality products! I love thirst Rea and believe that anyone who goes there will be completely satisfied 😁

I usually love this place since it’s close by but recently they’re just not it. I’ve had the problem where they leave my drinks on the counter but not call my number. People who ordered after me got their stuff before me. I try to be patience because I know most places are short staff but it’s irritating when this happens all the time I go there.

I go in there all the time. The store has a very inviting environment, from the employees, to the wonderful mural on the wall. The employees are always helpful on a recommendation, and they work meticulously to make sure their ice cream is photo worthy. 10/10, it's my favorite place to go on a hot summer day. Though they could invest in some outdoor seating.

Tried both the Takoyaki and the Spam Onigiri... delicious! They call their blended/snow drinks "Slush" so make sure you ask for it to be made that way. Otherwise, it's just a normal cold drink. I was very surprised that they offered crystal Bobas, so it was a win for me! Great overall service. 👍

Thai Tea soft serve and Taro soft serve were amazing. The staff went above and beyond in answering questions and in the presentation of the ice cream. We love going to this place for a guaranteed great treat.

Questioning why the drinks are never filled to the top? Even with minimal foam, the drinks here seems to never be filled all the way. I do love the space and ambiance of the shop but kinda sucks to pay for drinks and it not being filled fully.

The workers were extremely kind and patient with my friends and I. There is plenty of seating and some of the tables have cute drawings on them. The food and drinks are also extremely good and they even remade our drinks for free when we dropped them. The workers are so nice and the food is really good. I definitely recommend this place.

Very good service and items! If they expanded their kitchen and offered more great tasting food nd a bit of customization to somethings this place would be a great place to come for anything like lunch to quick snacks! Will definitely be going back

Drinks were good, service was not it... Person who took our order was very short and rude. I wanted to ask more questions as I was trying a new flavor and their attitude made me feel very uncomfortable and a bit stupid. I ended up just going with the drink I was trying to ask about. When waiting I teared up which is not a common occurrence anymore as I’m healing my severe social anxiety. Second employee was nicer but at that point we decided my boyfriend will be going in alone if we decide to get drinks here again.

Explicit music with tasteless lyrics, not very friendly environment for anyone looking to go someplace friendly. Staff are nice, but the music was inappropriate.

Ordered some wings and they were very good. I also ordered a large lemonade and they gave me something I didn't order. They did make me the correct drink but, they didn't put any ice in the lemonade.

I wish I could leave a better review, but the service was terrible. The employees seemed completely removed during the order proces. There were only 3 people in the shop and they handed our friend’s food order to the wrong person. We waited over 10 minutes for the rest of our onigiri while the employees played on their phones. Eventually I had to ask if they could please let us know how much longer it would take. Come to find out it had been finished long ago in the kitchen and we had been waiting for nothing. Milk tea did not have strong tea flavor. Left 2 stars because the onigiri was good.

Excellent boba teas. I love their seaweed onigiri too. Thankful they opened a location by the Asian market for its convenience. End up visiting almost every other week.

Went for the first time. A lot of choices and the lady taking our order was pleasant. Two other employees were not as nice, but overall it was a good experience. There is no dining in right now just fyi.

Staff is always so friendly and polite. I highly recommend the island twist! I'm not really big on the popping bobba so the island twist with it's mango jellies is a very refreshing and delightful taste to brighten your day.

I love thirst tea. It’s my favorite place to get boba and I get boba here at least 3 times a week..but I had a very bad experience with one of the workers here. She was very rude and impolite with my mom..when my mom asked a question about just purchasing popping boba she said with attitude “NO, we don’t sell the boba separately..you need to get a drink with it” it was very obvious she was irritated when it was not necessary to be angry. she also proceeded to mess up my order than get angry with me and aggressively placed the messed up drink down and tell me to pay the difference and gave me attitude..I worked in customer service in over a year and that is a very unprofessional way to handle a misunderstanding..I’d rather drive another 10 minutes to the further location than come here again. :/

Great tea and snacks. Open late.

They literally left dish soap in the cup while making my drink, so it was mixed into the final drink. I asked for a new one and the staff was extremely rude, got me a new drink, and it still tasted and looked like there was soap in it. The staff need to focus less on rushing through the dishes and make sure the drinks don’t have soap in them. Dish soap is extremely toxic for human consumption and could make someone seriously sick. Do better, thirst tea.
