I want to start off by saying thank you Sonja, the ring is outstanding. I have been eyeing a very specific engagement ring for months. Sonja helped me customize it to make it it's own one of a kind. The next step was choosing the diamond, it was a great experience, she didnt rush me to choose, she took her time to explain all the differences each diamond has and explained the grading and colour. I wanted this ring to be perfect and with Sonjas help we made it perfect. I wish i had a newer phone camera to pick out more detail that this ring has, it's truly one of a kind and is just amazing. My partner and I have known for a while we want to get married to each other so our engagement wasn't as traditional. He wanted me to be included in the ring purchase. I took my vintage engagement and weddings to Joe for repairs, the were absolutely worn out! Joe took the diamonds from them and from my late mum in law’s wedding set. When first entering the building the security system is impressive, with good reason. The quality of the product is off the charts. My late wife dealt in the jewelry business for 36 years and she was always disappointed with the cookie cutter style jewelry at the big chain stores, but Jewellery by Sanders stands out from the crowd as a standard of what is possible. Had a great experience going here for a custom ring. I wanted to use a stone that was significant to me and my fiancée in the final design, and Sonja and Joe were happy to do everything they could to incorporate it. They listened to all of my notes about the ring and balanced them with their professional knowledge to make the ring what I wanted but practical as well. I can’t say enough about the experience I had with Jewellery by Sanders. I brought in a few of my Mom’s pieces in order to have one ring made. The most important pieces were my Mom’s engagement ring and wedding band, and my only request was that the stones from those rings stay close together, otherwise I didn’t have any idea what I wanted. Sonja created the most incredible piece for me. I am blown away by the creativity and care that went into my ring. I came with my engagement ring needing a lot of repairs. Joe and Sonja were both very educational and very informative when it came the what needed to be repaired and were very quick in doing so. I will always recommend Sanders Jewelry.

I do metal detecting as my hobby, in December I took a c1840 Victorian Wax Letter Seal I'd found to Joe to make into a ring from me. I described the exact style of ring I wanted created, he then offered to show me a number of 'antique ring' designs he would have specially-made for my wax seal. We did not feel pressured to rush through the experience, and received mock up images very quickly after the consultation for our review. They ended up creating a stunning engagement ring, using a stone that will now be worn by 4 generations of women in my family, and wedding bands that feel uniquely us.

Picked up my wedding ring today and while I was their they fixed my son's ring. We are so happy with Sanders Jewerly and there friendly staff. It's so nice to see that there are still professional and curtious people providing a service that is second to none. Looking forward to visiting there business again soon.

After getting my wedding band back from Charm telling me my ring was "unfixable", and that i should just "buy a new one" i was referred to Joe. My experience with Joe was phenomenal from the start! Not only was i bombarded with possible options for fixing my ring, i turned out it was just coming apart as apparently i have a 3 piece ring. He took my ring upstairs and with in 3 mins returned with it just like new! A ring from "Unfixable" to like-new condition in a few mins! If i could turn back the clock i would have done all my business with this man! I certainly will going forward!

My fiancé proposed yesterday with the most gorgeous ring I could ever imagine. He proposed holding our new puppy that we picked out recently. I have a very old broach from my grandmother, passed on to my mom, then to myself. I wanted it turned into a pendant necklace. This company has been there a long time so I felt they must know what they are doing. I was correct! The right size silver chain and clasp were used and the overall job is very professional and beautifully done. Thank you, you folks did an excellent job…I now wear the necklace every day and love how it looks!

I couldn’t have asked for or imagined a better experience with Jewellery by Saunders! I came in with a broken chain that I’d had no luck repairing myself and they were able to have it fixed within less than 5mins. They not only fixed the issue, but they reinforced the strength to ensure it wouldn’t happen again in the future without me even asking. My husband had my engagement ring custom made here and it is everything I ever wanted! It’s beautiful and the quality is nothing less than perfection. I have had sooo many compliments and I proudly tell them where it’s from. We also got our wedding bands from here as well. I took to rings, one being my grandmother's gold band and my vintage genuine turquoise Ring to be bonded together. I was charged $500. and was extremely disappointed with the lack of quality workmanship. It appeared that the turquoise was Saudered to the band BUT looked unfinished as the sides of the ring were left short and stubby ........I did go back and share my disappointed and dissatisfaction to no avail. Never to return.

Would give 10 stars for work JOE did on my fathers ring ive worn 30 yrs. broke in 3 places Joe fixed made ring look better then new just Beautiful great guy great staff THANKS RING IS IRREPLACABLE

Best jewellery store I have ever been to! Hunted all over town for a marquee style diamond in 2019 for an engagement ring couldn't find one anywhere walked in here and not only did he have multiple to choose from it was also the best price I've seen. I've gone in a few times since to pick up a few small things and they're always super helpful.

I came in with a handful of inspiration photos for the type of engagement ring I wanted. Process was pretty smooth between picking a diamond to approving a design for my engagement ring. He created the ring of my dreams and would highly recommend!!
