The hotel doesn't look like a 4 star. Rooms without balconies and with small beds. The room has poor soundproofing, you can perfectly hear how people are talking in the next room. In addition, the hotel is located on a noisy street and the bars downstairs are open until 2 or even 4 at night, which may interfere with your sleep. Breakfast is poor. Parking on the street for a fee of 10 euros per day

Great central location, but This is NOT a 4-star hotel as advertised! The air-conditioning is a small fan. Very loud location. Not modern and stylish like their website says. I am a professional travel blogger who stays at 40-50 hotels per year, so I have a fair amount of experience to draw from.

Quite ok hotel. Little bit old fashioned but you have everything what you need. Very big rooms. Mini bar. Huge safe where you could lock a dwarf inside. Located in an area full of pubs and bars so if you have a windows facing a Main Street it might be very loud in the night. Check out at 12 which is unusual so you can have a proper sleep before leaving the place. Breakfast is a nice surprise as well. Big selection and tasty enough!

Quite decent, rooms where fine but the TV didnt work (in the most expensive room btw) and the Breakfast was just nasty. Personal was kind and helpful, they didnt mind me taking my GF into my room everyday and even for overnight stays. Just for the kindness the 5 Stars, well deserved

This hotel offers 3 stars comfort, not 4. However quiet rooms, good beds. Bathroom could use an update. Price/quality ok. In the city center. Good tram connection (line 1-2) to main train station.

A nice place in a good location. The receptionists spoke many languages and were very nice. We spent 1 night there and we had breakfast. The breakfast had a good variety of things to eat. The hotel has wheelcair access, the elevator and the rooms are adapted for people with disabilities, that is a plus for me.

Nice clean hotel, good food and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The only downside might be the location, depending on what your plans are. If you want to be right in the middle of things, surrounded by pubs, clubs and restaurants, this place would be perfect, But if you're hoping for a quiet, early night, you're probably not going to be very happy. Thumping disco from next door and lots of street noise. Five stars for the service, minus one for the noise.

Everything was perfect and the breakfast was delicious with different types like sweets and salty plates! The receptionist was helpful.

Good hotel in public center of Ostrava, many pubs, restaurants around.I did not like only the pillow, one and very large, it is not comfortable to sleep. Accessible room is big with two beds.

The room was undergoing an unfinished refurbishment just before our stay. Resulted in one of the walls not yet painted and very dirty carpet. Also, currently the hotel restaurant is closed right after breakfasts. None of this information was available before checking into the hotel and seeing the room :) For the advantages: great location and decent breakfast.

Hotel located in the heart of Stodolní Street, which is famous for the partying in Ostrava. The rooms are very clean yet not newly furbished. Service is OK but going extra mile
