The staff was kind and helpful with all questions. Breakfast offer is huge and tasty. Unfortunately the bar is closed therefore only four stars. Haven’t checked out the spa area, but many people praised it. So I’ll give it a try next time…

It would not be my choice but I was there on a business trip. The interior is not to my liking, but I know that probably MANY MANY years ago, this was supposed to be “modern and fancy”, but the room was clean…and it had a bath; there’s shampoo, soap and body cream, but no conditioner - so bring it yourself. The internet was HORRIBLE; but we were told they’re dealing with it… The spa is owned by another company and they open at 10 am, so none of my colleagues were able to use the wellness voucher… seriously?! however, the staff is very kind and helpful! :) that I must say and the breakfast is quite nice and delicious.

We stayed at several hotels during our seven day trip (most of them was 3 or 4 star). Clarion was far the best. We had a very clean and spacious room, the staff was very kind and competent, breakfast was georgeous. The only thing what could be improved is that the spa should be open 0-24. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and I can really reccomend the hotel.

The only 5 star experience in this Hotel is the price you pay for the fat bill , unfortunately...

We were not overnight guests of the hotel, but ate there after every World Junior Hockey game. We found the food to be excellent and would like to mention in particular Radek Kastovsky. While serving so many customers, he is attentive to everyone’s needs. A definite asset to your hotel!

Hotel restaurant does not operate.

The stay exceeded my expectations. The place was nice, comfortable and reasonably priced. The breakfast was gorgeous, I loved the freshly made omelette. A pleasant surprise was a complimentary visit to their well equipped spa.

Another amazing stay here. Very comfortable, great food and locat ion. Friendly staff. Looking forward to next time.

Quiet place, clean rooms, excellent breakfast (especially home made cakes), great service and very nice wellness center !

Business conference held st nearby stadium. Hotel staff, particularly at reception were exceptionally helpful. Superb.

Very Good and helpful service

A bit older rooms and lowish water stream in showers are more than compensated by excellent friendly staff - older waitresses on breakfasts feel more like grandmothers - and completely great breakfasts. Super eggs etc., but mainly soups. I love that and hope to have a chance also to eat in the restaurant next time. Such chefs cannot fail...

Terrible hotel. I wouldn't recommend It. The Girls in the reception talk to you like they are part of the royal family. The room smells bad, the cleaners are using a very cheap spray. The parking was a joke, they sell the access apart and then i had no space because It was full, people had to park in handycap... Food was very nice and the Ladies of the catering very polite and hardworking.

Great hotel with facilities. Near the stadium and spacious hotel. Good food and nice breakfast too. Comfortable and cosy. Will be back
