Their
has
been
a
significant
drop
in
customer
service
quality
throughout
every
store
in
ottawa
that
I've
been
at
and
it's
Probably
due
to
covid
staffing
challenges
and
covid
social
stressors
etc
..
needles
to
say
it's
frustrating
to
see
it
be
so
prevalent
everywhere
..
that
being
said
perseverance
does
help
resolve
and
protect
from
problems
and
errors
and
miscommunications
etc.
Had
me
an
appreciated
positive
problem
resolution
with
Alex
(assist.
Managr.)
Well
hopefully
as
due
to
software
issues
throughout
stores
..
store
merging
with
online
orders
can
be
difficult
to
resolve
for
everyone.
But
ridgid
grinder
and
usb
adapter
is
payed
and
on
order
..
hopefully
arriving
at
the
store
sooner
than
later
..
Alex
spent
more
than
an
hour
looking
into
resolving
things
..
he's
quite
the
dedicated
trouper
and
listened
to
my
points
of
concerns
and
complaints
and
issues..
hopefully
he'll
be
recognized
as
a
shining
example
to
every
other
employe
there,
as
when
a
customer
comes
in
and
asks
for
something
the
customer
shouldn't
be
dismissed
easily
nor
quickly
nor
judgementally
nor
ignored
nor
hung
up
on
nor
pass
onto
some
other
unprofessional
team
member
who
is
also
as
unknowledgeable
or
worse
than
previous
etc.
Or
left
waiting
and
wanting
..etc.
I've
read
many
a
reviews
and
i
hope
somehow
Customer
Service
gets
improved
quickly
and
significantly.
We
are
all
humans
and
all
have
life
challenges
..
and
employes
should
always
be
doing
their
best
and
not
unload
their
frustrations
onto
customers
via
passive
agression
or
tiredness
or
absentmindedness
or
incompetence
or
severe
immaturity
or
lack
of
being
able
to
speak
one
of
two
official
languages..
or
all
of
the
above
at
the
same
time
..as
well
us
costumers
should
always
be
nice
to
all
workers
as
well
..
I've
seen
some
pretty
nasty
people
unloading
on
cashiers
etc
for
the
simplest
of
stupidities
..
anyhow
I'm
going
to
keep
giving
home
depot
five
stars
..
for
good
choice
of
products,
effort
to
resolve
issues,
decent
return
policy,
decent
customer
service,
etc
..
But
two
starts
for
cleanliness,
tidyness,
precision
of
product
placement,
computer
issues,,
insufficient
new
recruit
training,
etc
Three
stars
for
product
pricing
..
as
i
really
dislike
placement
marketing,
pricing
errors,
pricing
details
conflicts,
inflation
and
i
feel
canadian
prices
should
be
reduced
significantly
to
drive
up
affordability
and
sales
and
revenues
and
quality
of
life
for
people
and
force
a
reduction
of
ceo
revenues
etc
back
down
to
comparable
incomes
of
the
general
population
so
as
to
avoid
elitist
mentality
pricing
and
policies
and
the
social
economic
riffs
currently
affecting
millions.
Housing
and
quality
of
life
should
be
affordable
and
stores
like
home
Depot
can
be
social
leaders
all
the
while
trailblazing
profitable
revenues
through
way
more
modest
profit
margins
..
because
the
current
typical
corporate
Penneys
type
lip
service
contributions
to
non
profit
orgs
just
simply
are
not
enough
in
these
times
of
social
economic
crisis
..
also
home
depot
corporate
should
be
a
trailblazer
in
providing
every
single
product
at
or
below
costs
to
those
in
need
when
they
are
approached
by
such
poverty
stricken
folks
such
as
those
on
long
term
OW
,
ODSP,
homeless
individuals,
etc.
I've
personally
advocated
for
this
across
the
city
for
decades
even
when
i
was
a
fully
working
and
contributing
member
of
society.
And
now
being
on
ODSP
what
with
my
own
daily
challenges
i
just
don't
have
it
in
me
to
voice
so
often
this
social
improvement
..
but
it
just
crossed
my
mind
that
this
comment
section
might
just
be
the
place
to
share
and
advocate
for
it
and
to
seek
public
support
to
help
show
that
these
times
are
the
perfect
storm
for
positive
changes
in
corporate
mindsets
and
portfolio
characteristics
to
adapt
and
sail
and
sales
(lol)
through
up
coming
market
challenges
..
come
on
people
wake
up
..
