*This review is for lady in charge of Grooming* I really like PetValu, I buy everything for my dog there, so this review is not about the store. I call to setup an grooming appointment for my Goldendoodle...I specified in the call that he weighted 23 kilos. When I get to the appointment, the grooming lady was very rude and told me "He doesn't weight 23 pounds at all", so I told her, "No, I clearly said 23 kilos". She proceeded to ask me to fill a form with my information and then told me that my dog's fur was too mated and that she needed to charge extra...and the grooming would start at a 100 dollars. I agreed, and she went away angrily. 3 minutes later, I got a phone call from her saying that she couldn't do the grooming and that I needed to pick him up...why? According to her, the fur in his ears is too mated and she cannot do anything... I simply pick up my dog and walked away...worst experience ever...never coming back for grooming service.

Brought the pup in for a Christmas bath good shower tub with soap/towels/dryer

Love going to this store with my dog Bowser. He gets so excited about the staff who are very friendly and helpful. It is great that they have a self serve dog wash too!

Orleans staff are helpful, knowledgeable and unrushed...a very good experience. Good place for specialized food for pets dietary requirements and a varied selection of kitty litter material A+ for that...and top notch groomer on site. Rain check call back experience excellent. satisfied customer

Their self dog wash station is a gem! We were able to bath our dirty puppy with only $12 They have everything you need on site. Shampoo, conditioner and towels.

I believe this Pet Value must be under new ownership. I miss the previous staff!! Everyone was always so friendly and helpful! Not anymore unfortunately. I've been in twice so far and they hardly even look at you. Sad as I used to love going in to purchase my pet supplies. Time to find another Pet Value!

I had such a wonderful experience at the Trim Pet Valu! I went into the store looking to purchase a product for my dog. When I went to a big box store I asked some staff for some recommendations and they seemed flabbergasted I had questions. At Pet Valu I was approached for questions and learned quite a bit. There was a very personal touch as they could recommend from their own experience! I am switching stores from now on.

Fast to ship, well packaged with a sweet a Thank You note and sweet free wipes. Thank you for the care! Have been indoors long ago to shop and they also are very caring to help with whatever. Great store too inside allot of goodies cant find at other places.

The staff was very nice and the service for curbside pickup was fast, within 15 minutes, witch at the time was much faster than PetSmart's 3 hours.

I have been going to this Pet Value for about a year now where I pick up my dog treats and bath him when necessary. The staff are always friendly and helpful (the bathing tubs are always clean and sterilized. Talking to the owner today, she indicated that she has had to put time limits on the amount of time you could use to wash your dog (not really enforced unless there is a line). I am thankful for this, as the last time I was there some lady took 60 minutes to wash her relatively small dog (even though there were three people in line). The owner said that there were people critical of this and she obtained some bad reviews. Personally, I believe anyone who is complaining about this requires some training in etiquette, it is a business after all. Overall extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend this store to others.

We adopted our first kitten as part of the OHS PAL program. Diane and her colleague were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the adoption process, made excellent recommendations about food and supplies, and answered all of our questions. Thank you for making the adoption process of our first fur baby better than we ever could have imagined!

I visited the Pet Valu Innes location this passed Friday, and needless to say the two girls Virginia and Tori were so helpful and kind! My dog Phoenix has many allergies and these two girls gave all the time in the world to help me pick the right food. Will definitely be returning soon; this is the best service I’ve experienced in a long time.

Came in tonight to look for some tropical fish, didn't have any, but Virginia and tori gave me free samples of dog treats. Loved it

Brought our dog by here to try and get him used to going in stores again, as the pandemic really limited our abilities with this. Our dog is very nervous and lacks alot of confidence, which is an added challenge. Initially our dog was scared, did not want to go into the store and was very unsure. The staff were super kind and helpful and came to the door to help encourage him and helped us make him more comfortable. Staff were also very understanding and helpful. We will be back!
