A very very nice hotel their services are superb, but it takes longer time before the meal you order for arrive I think that is the only lapses so far, the management should work on meal delivery timing

I’ve read some nice reviews about their customer service that got me wondering if I was there at the wrong time or maybe the receptionist that attended to me chose to be just rude cos I’m a lady. Anyways, it’s a nice hotel but the management is terrible. The room reserved had it’s windows wide open till 8pm when I checked in, then the kitchen department is terrible, their service is so slow! When the food finally god to me it was nothing to write home about. The egg source looked horrible the worst part is I ate raw Maggi in the meal. It’s advisable to bring your food while coming Biko

It's beautiful hotel that has a good ambience.This hotel is strategically located on port Harcourt road which is one of the main roads in owerri.although it does not have enough packing space some how they are able to put quite a number of cars in the compound and outside the compound as well.the rooms are okay and the customer service is cool I will recommend .Although they had issues severally with the electronic keys.

The Hotel is a good place for residence as it's easily accessible since it's near the road and living conditions are great and serene.

It's a well sighted hotel located at port Harcourt road Owerri

If I can give 👎🏿-0 that’s best, firstly the rooms smells of damp/ mildew, paid 25k never worth it . Secondly checked in as a couple but then told I have to pay for complimentary breakfast for it’s for one person per room😳 thirdly the beddings/bed sheet was so disgusting and what a nerve giving some a rag for a bath towel. Nothing cool about this place the staffs act like they don’t care , rude and careless, and disrespectful, gives you a non working Wi-Fi passcode and when called about it they ask you to come down and bring your phone/device for them to try it out themselves before they can reissue another one meanwhile this was a first call it not like it’s a multiple trial for Wi-Fi code, regretted my stay just that was too tired after a long trip to change hotel but it was a total opp experience the next day at owerri plaza. Won’t recommend! Worst hotel experience

It's a nice place to be and relax 💕

This is a very good resort located along Port Harcourt Road, by Concorde Junction, Owerri. It's far better than many of the hotels I have been in, both in terms of service and aesthetics. I like to commend their efficient internet (Wi-Fi) service, I value that a lot. I recommend this hotel because of the following features: * very neat, well lit and organized rooms * every facility in the room is working. The elevator is working too. * steady power supply * Good food. * Super clean toilet facilities. * A safe deposit box in the wardrobe. * serene environment * A very clean towel in the bathroom - some hotels don't have that nowadays. This is my assessment as at today 08/02/2019. I urge the management to keep up the good work

Had a prior full day workshop held in their hall, and lodged recently... Deluxe rooms very spacious. Service was prompt... Not satisfied with the breakfast that accompanies room...

It’s a nice and comfortable place to stay. The room is cozy and everything works fine. Shilling AC, neatly arranged, hot water and a tasty complimentary breakfast. Plus, it’s just off the busy Owerri-PH Expressway.

It's a beautiful hotel inside and outside. It's accessible as it's along Port Harcourt Road.

Gold Crown Hotels is a good choice within it's price range. It has fairly comfortable rooms and additional facilities to make a short stay enjoyable. The staff aren't exceptional in service and I wouldn't recommend the food. A/C isn't great and you might need to plan for external sources of entertainment.

Well located hotel. Just a short distance from Control. Friendly staff. Decent complimentary breakfast. The restaurant food is good. Nice bar. Some of the rooms have pungent odour eminating from the sewer. Beware of cockroaches in the rooms caused by used dishes and cutlery being left in the corridors for long periods. Suffers from frequent power outages and the hotel gen sometimes takes a while to get switched on.
