Your experience in a bad hotel helps you appreciate a good one when you see one. I did enjoy my stay even though the laundry wanted to misbehave. Reception was warm, the other staffs were friendly and the food was nice. Kudos to the management

A great hang out spot. Their gym is top notch. There’s an open roof balcony where you can enjoy natures beautiful view over a drink or whatever you seem worthy.

Clean right from the major road leading to the Hotel. Tiles even on the whole compound car park inclusive and neatly kept always. Portable. Not much outside space. Clean rooms too. Not noisy. Hope they keep to good maintenance practice.

This is more then a hotel , the feeling is like a family! They really care for you to have the best feeling and the safest place. I highly recommend this hotel.

Under this present management, city cruz is mess, expect you want to fall sick off mosquito bites and faintly cleaned utilities. It has become a drug zone for Gen Zs and the present management embraces it. Not ideal for mature minds. The GM is tag on this review

I loved the ambience and the staff carried out their duty efficiently. I noticed the bathroom needed a makeover as the ceiling was showing signs of aging and needed a new coat of paint. Their AC chills and everything works as expected. I'd lodge again

Good hotel but some tiny details that shouldn't be ignored. 1. my room had no extension, I had to call reception from my GSM line to place orders. 2. The cleaning services can do so much better. 3. The Staff in the resturant argued within themselves through out my breakfast, they paid no attention. 4. Cutleries, tea cups in the restaurant need to be changed and the plates be thoroughly cleaned.
