The hotel is an amazing place but the hotel staff needs overhaul. They lack professionalism, The owner's vision is well interpreted in the design, furnishings and the environment.. But Staff team is zero, the lady at the Bar is just like been forced to attend to customers, busy on the phone, behavior like someone working as a favor.. The room service needs serious training , They appear unkempt, including the receptionists, looking too relax like people at home in their bedrooms. The House Keeping needs to improve more and always remember to keep toilet tissues and drinking water in the room. The food is amazing, good chef, the food is very decent and delicious, including the breakfast. Overall I will like to rate the hotel 4 Star..

Serene environment, cool colours, and welcoming rooms. Horrible staff, poor kitchen/restaurant attendants, poor customer service. I'd like to visit again, in the hopes for a more rewarding experience.

Hospitable location, large compound, Professional Staffs. Beautiful interiors with great illumination. Free Orange juice on arrival. You can't get it wrong with Zoe. Highly recommended!

Wanted to use the pool and the pool attendant was very unprofessional and uninterested.kept us for 1 hour waiting for water to be treated. I won't repeat my visit there.

The location of the hotel is in a prime area and its a little secluded, however if you like a place that is quiet and private then I would suggest this place. The standard room is a bit small but the beds are comfortable. The A/c works, TV works, however the reason I have reduced 1 star is because the water heater does not work and it has happened to me the second time that I have visited them. However the stay was good... Overall a very good experience. The staff is very responsive and customer centric... So please try this place.

Rooms are decent & comfortable. Poor Restaurant service. They take hours to delivery the food. Has a pool to sit and relax. Staffs are relatively polite compared to other hotels. Good for business trip.
