Fluid Coffee's Freddo is my new go-to iced coffee delight. Their rich espresso shots chilled over ice result in a smooth, refreshing beverage that highlights the specialty beans' complex flavors. The barista allow you to customize the strength and sweetness to perfection. Topped with silky cold foam, the Freddo has an ideal balance of bold espresso and sweetness. Sipping this icy treat is a blissful coffee experience. Fluid has mastered the art of iced coffee just as flawlessly as their hot drinks. This is a 5-star cold coffee beverage that provides a quality caffeine fix any time of day!

The Temple of Coffee, with an emphasis on latte art. They have a Titus-tuned EK43s, specialty coffee from several roasters (this week I had a double shot from Yume and one EKspresso from a Diego Bermudez Manhattan filter roast, and a really crisp V60 from a Pink Bourbon). What is nice is that if you want to taste differences between a lever and pump, you can do it here because they have a QM Rapida (commercial lever with a group like the Bosco group) besides a pump machine. They grind for espresso either using the EK43s or a Ceado 37s (83mm SSP burrs). The barista, Florin, is advanced in latte-art skills so if that is a preference, he can perform :)

Fluid Coffee stands out not only for its exceptional coffee quality but also for its owner, a true national champion in English-language latte art. His talent in this field adds a distinctive touch to the Fluid Coffee experience. Through his mastery of latte art, the owner manages to turn each cup into an ephemeral work of art, bringing a spectacular visual element to the coffee-drinking ritual. This unique skill reflects his commitment to excellence and a passion for providing customers not just with coffee but with an authentic and memorable experience.

Definitely the place in town where you can drink the best espresso. What I appreciate most is that Florin (owner and barista) goes way beyond the classic espresso. From the same coffee beans (and he has some really good examples both from his own roastery and from premium European roasteries) he can extract different shots in terms of characteristics and notes. You can’t find this attention and love for coffee anywhere else in Bucharest. Highly recommend.

Very good specialty coffee! I had a flat white and a ricotta cookie. Tasty cookie, good coffee, friendly and smiling staff. A perfect stop to enjoy coffee in Bucharest!

What a wonderful unexpected find! We loved our drinks. My espresso had a lovely citrus back note flavour. We will hopefully return soon.

Nice neighbourhood coffee shop, great coffee and service, with few seats indoors and kerbside benches. Will definitely recommend a visit for your morning coffee fix.

Best specialty coffee. I love the cappuccino. The place is very small, it's more like to go.
