For
our
first
stay
at
the
Peninsula,
we
had
the
chance
to
enjoy
the
spa
during
a
quiet
time
of
the
year.
We
were
alone
in
the
spa
facilities,
and
almost
had
the
impression
that
it
was
privatized
for
us!
This
made
the
experience
all
the
more
enjoyable.
The
very
small
downsides
that
I
noticed:
-
the
hammam
produces
little
steam,
it
remains
at
the
top
of
the
room
and
gives
us
the
impression
of
not
being
hot
enough
if
we
sit
on
the
benches.
Also,
playing
music
would
make
the
experience
all
the
more
pleasant,
but
it's
really
a
detail.
-
The
rest
room
is
a
little
small
(only
4
beds
which
have
difficulty
being
remade
between
each
client,
there
were
two
of
us
on
one
bed
because
the
others
were
occupied
and
our
pillowcase
was
stained).
Juices
and
sweets
are
available
while
you
wait.
-
A
little
kouac
crept
into
our
experience:
we
had
booked
a
duo
massage
at
4:45
p.m.
and
arrived
around
4:30
p.m.
We
completed
the
questionnaire
then
waited
in
the
relaxation
room.
At
4:56
p.m.
we
were
still
there,
and
decided
to
ask
the
spa
reception
if
this
delay
was
normal.
We
were
placed
in
another
room
to
wait
so
that
the
team
understood
what
was
happening,
then
our
practitioners
came
to
get
us.
They
took
us
to
individual
cabins,
and
we
therefore
clarified
that
this
treatment
was
planned
as
a
duo.
We
waited
again
in
the
small
room
while
the
duo
cabin
was
prepared,
then
our
practitioners
installed
us
in
the
correct
cabin
around
5:05
p.m.
This
is
a
bit
of
a
shame
because
it
may
suggest
that
there
is
poor
general
organization
or
a
lack
of
communication.
However,
errors
are
human,
and
this
did
not
spoil
our
experience
in
this
place
because
the
service
was
very
qualitative.
The
very
positive
points:
-
The
Peninsula
Spa
is
a
magnificent
and
peaceful
place:
the
scents
are
very
pleasant,
the
subdued
atmosphere
and
the
decoration
make
us
feel
good,
the
swimming
pool
is
superb.
-
The
staff
is
both
discreet
and
attentive,
we
are
warmly
welcomed.
-
The
changing
rooms
are
large
and
well
equipped.
-
The
cabin
was
sumptuous
with
a
second
large
bathroom
for
changing,
and
the
furniture
was
comfortable.
-
Our
practitioners
remained
very
professional
despite
the
potential
stress
they
may
have
felt
and
the
delay
that
was
caused.
I
even
believe
that
our
massage
lasted
longer
than
expected,
probably
as
compensation,
and
if
this
is
the
case
we
sincerely
appreciate
this
gesture.
-
I
had
the
chance
to
have
a
massage
from
Marina,
and
it
was
one
of
the
best
massages
I
have
received
in
my
life.
I
speak
with
knowledge,
I
myself
am
assistant
manager
of
a
spa
in
a
5-star
hotel
and
titled
3rd
best
spa
practitioner
in
France.
She
was
able
to
listen
to
my
body
and
adapt
her
techniques
to
my
needs.
A
big
thank
you

her
for
this
divine
moment
in
her
hands!

be
able
to
repeat
the
experience
next
