    Power distribution utility in south Chattogram area. It's the headquarters and has 6 zonal office, 2 sub-zonal office in Patiya, Boalkhali, Anowara, Karnafuly, Chandanaish, Banskhali, Lohagara and Satkaniya upazila. It covers more than 90% area under the said upazilas and rest of the area got power from BPDB.
